Good day all. Since the 2016 election, where Felonia von Pantsuit lost the election, the Progressives, Liberals, Democrats and CommuNazis, (But I’m repeating myself), have been screeching that “Felonia won the popular vote so she should be president!”
There is just one major issue with that. She didn’t win enough states to carry the electoral vote, and that is the vote that counts. (There are some serious question on her actually winning the popular vote due to all the fraud that’s been discovered) The answer to this, for the CommuNazis, is to get rid of the Electoral College. The CommuNazis of Colorado are now trying to do just that. Here are the details from Fox News:
The Democratic-controlled Colorado State Senate voted this week to join other blue states in a pact aimed at getting rid of the Electoral College system. The Senate on Monday approved a bill adding Colorado to the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. That pact would change the way presidents are picked by allocating each state’s electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote – regardless of how the state votes.
So much for one man, one vote.
In theory, the game-changing compact only takes effect once it signs on states representing at least 270 electoral votes, the threshold to win the presidency. With the addition of Connecticut’s seven electoral votes last year, the group now has 172.
There is just one small problem. It’s blatantly unconstitutional. If the CommuNazis were to actually try and steal an election this way, for instance, President Trump once again wins enough states to carry the electoral college, and the Democrats then flip it with this method and give it to their candidate, at best the Supreme court will slap them down. At worst, civil war.
The uphill campaign, if ever brought to fruition, would almost certainly face a court challenge. It has gained renewed attention amid Democrats grumbling about the Electoral College in the wake of President Trump’s 2016 win. While he defeated Hillary Clinton in the electoral vote, he lost the popular vote by 2.9 million ballots.
And, as I’ve mentioned above, it looks like that “Majority” was mostly fraudulent votes. There were many instances of electronic voting machines flipping votes from President Trump to Felonia von Pantsuit. There have been numerous reports of non-citizens being registered to vote and in many cases doing so. Then we have the blatant fraud coming out of Kalifornistan where many believe the CommuNazis were registering illegal aliens by the bus load.
The pact is meant to be a work-around to the constitutional requirements that created the Electoral College system, which awards each state’s electors to the winner of that state.
If you want to change this country from a Republic to one ruled by the mob, then amend the constitution. Of course, the CommuNazis don’t want to do that for a simple reason. The founders understood what happens if you have a direct democracy. The big states will stomp all over the smaller states. This is why they created the Electoral College in the first place. Since the majority of states have no desire to be ruled by the Moonbats in Kalifornistan, New York and the other blue states, they won’t support an amendment that strips them of their rights. As usual, the CommuNazis don’t give a damn.
Others that have joined the pact include Connecticut, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and the District of Columbia — all places where Clinton defeated Trump in 2016.
And almost every single one of those states is in the process of collapse. Why? With few exceptions, they are run by Progressives and are financially ruined. Hawaii and Taxachusetts are exceptions to this rule, but not through good budgeting. They’ve just been able to loot the taxpayers to just under the point that they leave the state. (Although, Hawaii has a huge income from Tourism)
From a constitutional perspective, the proposal could also run into obvious legal challenges.
“Not only did the framers of the Constitution expressly reject the idea of a direct, popular election for president, but also not one state either in the wake of ratification or at any time thereafter has ever sought to appoint its presidential electors on the basis of votes cast outside the state, as the National Popular Vote Compact requires,” law professor Norman R. Williams argued in the BYU Law Review.
The Founders never considered the Democrat party. This is a party that was started by rich, plantation owning slavers for the sole purpose of protecting their “Property.” (Slaves) Since then, the Democrats have started a civil war that killed a good 10% of the American population of the time, and now seems hell bent on doing it again. The last time killed 600K Americans. A repeat, if that percentage holds, will kill between 20-30 MILLION people. What the CommuNazis fail to grasp, it will be mostly them ending up in the mass graves.
The Democrat party has gone totally around the bend. They are moving as quickly as they can to introducing a Socialist Totalitarian state. The one problem with that is the majority of people, and in the Red States it’s the overwhelming majority, will not support that agenda. Since the Democrats can’t win honestly, they will move to their preferred means of winning. Lying, cheating and stealing. If they steal a presidential election through this process, the guns the Democrats hate so much will come out.
