Good day all. If the it is a day that end sin a “Y”, then Representative Alexandria Occasional-Cortex has said or done something stupid or illegal. In this case, it looks like she has broken the law again.
This all started when Occasional-Cortex held a 5K “Fun Run.” However, it seems that she neglected to tell the participants that their entry fee was actually going straight into her campaign bank account. This seems to have annoyed a few people. Here are the details from Fox News:
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez held a 5k in Queens Saturday that she billed as “a Family Fun Run supporting U.S. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal on the Saturday following Earth Day.”
But many of the 400 runners didn’t realize their $30 registration fees were going directly into the lawmaker’s campaign coffers.
“We’re getting together for our own health, for our planet’s health … and to fight for the Green New Deal together,” the freshman Democrat told the participants before they set off.
And to enrich Alexandria Occasional-Cortex of course. This reminds me of Al Gore’s “Carbon Credits” scam from a few years back.

And you actually believe that? Of course you do. You’re stupid.
“It’s to help the environment. To support the Green New Deal,” another woman said. “It’s a good cause.”
Have you ever noticed that when large groups of liberals get together for outdoor events, especially for “Environmental” causes, it takes the sanitation department days to clean up the mess they leave behind?
A vaguely worded notices on AOC’s Facebook page — saying that the run would support “U.S. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez & the Green New Deal” — worsened the confusion.
Typical of people like Occasional-Cortex, Since she is incapable of blinding people with her brilliance, she baffles them with bullshit.
But the fine print on a third event-related website revealed the truth.
Here it comes!
“Registration fees are contributions to AOC for Congress,” reads the legal disclosure on aoc5k.com, which lists the Federal Election Commission rules that donors must follow.
“It was a campaign fundraiser,” Ocasio-Cortez spokesman Corbin Trent said confirmed.
So rather then tell all these moonbats the truth, Alexandria Occasional-Cortex reverted to type, (Socialist elitist), and, for all intents and purposes, lied through her teeth again. I wonder if this is actually legal?
But by fudging the fact that those fees were actually campaign contributions, AOC may have enticed constituents into inadvertently breaking federal election laws. Parents, for example, can’t contribute their own funds in a child’s name.
Uh oh! This sounds like trouble!!
The amount raised is a drop in the bucket for AOC, whose superstar status and combative Twitter feed vaulted her into the fundraising stratosphere in the first quarter of this year, when she raised $726,000 through online solicitations.
About those online contributions, were they from her actual constituents?
But only 4 percent of that total came from constituents in her own district.
So that would be a no then. Of course, since she is a standard Communist Democrat, anything she does is just fine and should be complemented.
Some participants felt fooled.
“The site says it’s to benefit her environmental plan,” said one supporter who would not give his name. “If it is going to go directly to her campaign they should have said so.”
What’s that about a fool and his money?
Another did not mind.
“Even if that’s so,” said a female runner of her money going directly to a campaign, “it’s because it’s her plan and she is the one we need to push it.”
Alexandria Occasional-Cortex is already in hot water for campaign finance issues. There’s something like $1 million that’s unaccounted for. As for her “Green New Deal,” that is never going to happen. It’s nothing more than a plan to end the United States a free, constitutional republic and replace it with a soviet style totalitarian dictatorship with morons like her running things. It may be popular with the moron class, but real people will never allow it to happen. As for the attendees who forked over $30 each? Here’s where your money went.
