Good day all. Our old friends, the Fascist thugs of Antifa, have once again covered themselves with manure in their fight to end freedom and individual rights. Last Saturday, July 6th, they thought it would be a great idea to show their “Anti-fascist” credentials by trying to shut down a free speech rally.
Antifa, which is short, (allegedly), for Anti-Fascist, has been in the forefront of the violent attacks on Republicans, conservatives, middle of the roaders and anyone who supports President Trump. So far, they haven’t killed anyone, although it hasn’t been for lack of trying. Saturday, July 6th, they thought it would be a great idea to break up a rally supporting that thing they had so much, Freedom of Speech. Here are the details from Fox News:
Members of Antifa clashed with police Saturday after attempting to disrupt a “Demand Free Speech” rally on Saturday in Washington, D.C., according to reports. Several members of the far-left group were seen trying to grab “Make America Great Again” hats off the heads of supporters of President Trump, the Washington Times reported.
A “massive” group of District of Columbia police officers was assigned to the rally in an effort to prevent violence, according to the Post.
I wonder, were they operating under the same “Rules of engagement” as the Portland, Oregon police? You know, actively assisting Antifa in their assaults while protecting them from being slaughtered by their intended victims?
Police had broken up at least one direct clash between the conservative Proud Boys group and members of Antifa, according to the Post. Afterward, police worked to keep the two sides apart, the report said.
In my opinion, what the local police should have done was this:
Antifa members were seen dragging objects into the street to impede traffic in the rally area, the Times reported.
Ahh yes, their other tactic to encourage people to join their cause. Block them from getting home or to wherever they wanted to go.
No arrests were made, District police Chief Peter Newsham told the newspaper.
Why not?
According to the Post, authorities in the nation’s capital wanted to avoid a situation similar to last month’s violence in Portland, Ore., that prompted that city’s police to use tear gas against demonstrators.
So..in other words, they planned on ignoring the terroristic actions of Antifa?
On Wednesday, (July 10), former New York City police Commissioner Bernard Kerik told Fox News that he believes Antifa should be declared a domestic terror organization.
“This is an extremely violent group that goes out, threatens, intimidates, attacks with extreme violence for political reasons,” Kerik said on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”
You also may notice that Antifa never pulls these stunts in any location where there is a good chance that the local population might be armed, and fully prepared to use their personal defense weapons to put dozens of them into the ground. I guess they aren’t complete morons. However, I do agree with Mr. Kerkik that Antifa long ago crossed the line. I’m also very interested in where their funding is coming from.
Previous “Demand Free Speech” events were held in New York and San Francisco, the Post reported.
And these locations are deep in the world of Progressives and other totalitarians. They all say “We support freedom of speech” as long as it’s speech they agree with. If you say anything that they hate, they want you dead.
We have reached the break point in America. The left has decided to destroy everything that made America the greatest nation in history, and they will beat or kill anyone who stands in their way. It’s only a matter of time before the guns come out and the shooting starts.
I wish it wasn’t so, and I”m hoping the Democrats will pull these scum in, but when they are calling for the arrest of people making fun of members of congress, and an 8 year old girl is receiving death threats because she makes fun of Alexandria Occasional-Cortex?
