Good day all. The Fake Mexican, Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke announced during the last Democrat “Debate” that he would order the confiscation of “Assault weapons.”
The Democrats, also known as CommuNazis for their trend towards totalitarianism, have been pushing for the suppression of the 2nd Amendment for a while now. The Fake Mexican is the first, (Although he won’t be the last), to now state that he will order the confiscation of AR-15’s and other semi-automatic firearms if elected President. Here are the details from The Washington Examiner:
In a Friday morning interview, Beto O’Rourke doubled down on his desire to ban semi-automatic rifles in America. Speaking of his proposed change of law, O’Rourke rejected the notion that Americans could decide not to give up their guns. “It’s not voluntary. … It is mandatory,” O’Rourke said of his proposal. “It will be the law. You will be required to comply with the law.”
Oh that is hilarious! “I made it the law and you have to obey the law!!” How about, no? We won’t! What then you stupid spoiled brat?
The 2020 Democrat said that he did not believe the law would mean that federal agents would be coming to people’s homes to confiscate their rifles because he expected Americans to follow the law if it came to pass.
“As with many of our laws, we don’t go door to door searching people’s homes to see if they are, in fact, breaking the law,” he said. “We expect people to comply with the law.”
Dude, were you born stupid or did you go to school and learn to be stupid?
He cited recent conversations with gun owners that led him to believe that those who would be unwilling to hand over their rifles were the “far outlier.” “Most Americans are going to comply with the law,” he said.
No, actually, we’re not.
“I’m going to work with … law enforcement to make sure that we implement this in the most effective way possible,” O’Rourke said when asked how he would deal with people who did not willingly surrender their firearms.
So, it will be crashing doors, tossing in tear gas and stun grenades and shooting anything that twitches? Allow me to bring you up to speed dumbass. You might have a few that comply, but you will have millions, probably ‘s of millions flat out refusing. What then? Are you going to declare martial law? You’ve already announced that as far as you’re concerned, the Constitution is unimportant.
The type of ban and enforcement envisioned by O’Rourke may not be possible without changes to the Second Amendment to the Constitution. The House of Representatives passed a series of bills earlier this year that address background checks, red flag laws, and gun-free zones. They currently await a vote in the Republican-controlled Senate.
And all of those are unconstitutional as well. The “Red Flag” laws are flagrantly unconstitutional. Not only do they strip people of their 2nd Amendment rights, they also strip all due process and all presumption of innocence until proven guilty. There are already court challenges in the works in several states.
However, O’Rourke’s ideas have another problem besides constitutionality. It’s the very high level of probability that a full blown shooting civil war will start. The Fake Mexican, (While O’Rourke hasn’t pulled a “Fauxahontas Warren and claimed to BE of Mexican decent, he likes to imply it), has no chance of winning the election. Why he’s still in the race on the CommuNazi side is a good question.
However, his remarks that he will order the flat out confiscation of guns may have just sunk the Democrats chances in 2020 and beyond. O’Rourke and the other CommuNazis are so out of touch that they actually believe that people support what they are pushing. They need to get out of their bubble and understand that Americans basically want to be left alone.
The problem with O’Rourke and the other Progressive Totalitarian Liberal scum is that they can’t leave people alone. This and all their other ideas show just how bad they are, and this is why disarming Americans is at the top of their lists. “Beto” O’Rourke and the others need to be tossed on the ash heap of history, just like their model country, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
