Good day all. CNN has totally lost any credibility they once had as an independent source of news and information. Today, they are seen as nothing more then the propaganda mouthpiece for the Democrat Party. They’re so far gone that a recent opinion piece by Paul Callahan speculated how San Fran Nan Pelosi could end up as President of the United States.
This is all part and parcel to the railroad job being conducted against President Trump by Pelosi, Adam Schifthead and Jerry No Nads Nadler masquerading as an impeachment hearing. The basic idea is that after they impeach and remove President Trump, they would impeach and remove the new president, Mike Pence. Here is what Callahan has to say from CNN:
House Democrats will press forward on Thursday with a House vote to officially greenlight impeachment proceedings into President Donald Trump’s handling of aid to Ukraine while he was seeking an investigation of his political rival, Joe Biden.
In defending his actions, Trump has suggested that reporters should look into Vice President Mike Pence’s conversations with the Ukrainian president. And the White House has been evaluating whether to release notes of Pence’s talks with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
All of these developments raise the question of whether Pence could be drawn into the impeachment maelstrom.
And we see Callahan’s meds wearing off. Let’s see just how far down the rabbit hole he goes, shall we?
Should Democratic efforts to remove Trump from office succeed, Pence would succeed to the presidency — under normal circumstances.
That is what it says in the Constitution. I’m surprised you’ve actually read it.
Both history and constitutional law, however, suggest that other successors to the office are possible. It all depends on the magnitude and nature of the “bribery” or other “high crimes and misdemeanors” that may or may not be established by congressional investigators.
Bribery? Out of what bodily orifice did you pull that one out of? Callahan then starts digging a nice hole for himself speculating on “What did Pence know and when did he know it?” Feel free to read through it. He’s trying to line up forcing Pence out of office first, then getting President Trump.
What might follow could be a double impeachment scenario that would make heads spin and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi the president of the United States. After Pence, she’s next in the line of succession.
Callahan takes another hit off his crack pipe and starts talking about Pence’s meetings with the President of the Ukraine and that there had to be a “quid pro quo” discussion.
Pence has already admitted that he visited President Zelensky and raised concerns about corruption in Ukraine in the weeks after President Trump’s controversial and alleged “quid pro quo” discussion with the newly elected Ukrainian leader. One of Pence’s aides was on the call with the Ukrainian President. The specifics of that conversation have yet to be made public but will ultimately reveal whether Pence was actively involved in an attempt to improperly pressure the vulnerable Ukrainian leader.
Some sources cited by CNN reporting claim that the Vice President’s version of his conversation with the Zelensky is that it wasn’t about Biden, but about corruption generally in Ukraine. Pence brought Trump assurances from Zelensky that the Ukrainian leader would take action against corruption. In this account, Pence then made the case to Trump that the United States should lift its hold on aid to Ukraine, which is what happened.
So, are you saying that there was no pressure? No quid pro quo? Are you now admitting that this whole Ukraine nonsense is just that? Nonsense? So which is it?
If Trump and Pence were both implicated in the scandal and Pence’s resignation or removal from office occurred first, Trump could nominate a new vice president under the 25th Amendment.
Correct. I see that once again you managed to actually read some of the Constitution. Congratulations, you win a cookie. So where do you get the idea that President Trump would select that old barking moonbat Pelosi?
The vice-presidential appointment, however, would have to be approved by a majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives to become effective. What are the chances that a Democratic majority in the House would approve any vice-presidential choice from Trump? Next to zero would be my bet — especially given that the rejection of a Trump vice-presidential choice would elevate Pelosi to the presidency in the event of Trump’s removal from office after an impeachment trial in the Senate.
And there you have it! The completion of the first successful coup in American history. Of course, it would be quickly followed by the initiation of the Second American Civil War. However, this drug induced speculation will never happen for a number of reasons.
First, while the Democrats and their lapdogs in the Mostly Stupid Media are pushing this as loudly as they can, the actual star chamber activities by Adam Schifthead, along with some interesting anecdotes that the so called “Whistleblower” that started all this was actually working with Schifthead. This has led to calls for Schifthead to be forced to testify under oath, and to recuse himself.
The second big fly in the Progressives ointment is former Vice President Joe Biden. He is on video admitting to doing what President Trump is accused of doing. Furthermore, more and more information is coming out that both Bidens were neck deep in some sort of Pay to play scam. This may be one of the reasons Der Fubar, Barack Obama tried to keep Biden from running and hasn’t been supporting him since he started.
Callahan and the other moonbats may be counting on impeaching both President Trump and Vice President Pence and putting Pelosi into the white house. However, it would lead to a flat out shooting civil war within weeks. The results of that would be horrific, leading to the flat out end of the Democrat Party, and the probable gutting of the Republican party.
As usual, the Progressive forget just who Trump and Pence’s supporters are. Working men and women, Generally slow to anger, willing to listen to other points of view, (Even if they disregard them), and very heavily armed. Pushing both Trump and Pence out on what may see as fake charges and putting Pelosi in would demonstrate that President Trump was right. The Democrats will do anything for power.
Of course, this whole opinion piece is just that. Wishful thinking by someone who was probably to stoned or drunk to consider what he was writing. That the editors at CNN let this through speaks volumes on just how bad it has gotten there.
