Good day all. One of the promises President Trump mad was to build a wall along the southern border to help slow the influx of illegal aliens and drug smugglers. While he is doing what he can, Congress has refused to fund it. This led to a group to raise funds privately to begin construction on their own.
The group was successful in their fundraising and began construction. Needless to say, this outraged the Progressive Liberal Democrats and open borders RINO’s. They promptly went to court and got a local judge to order a halt to construction. The group is not stopping construction. Here are the details from Fox Business:
Construction of a private section of border wall in Mission, Texas, is continuing despite a district judge’s Tuesday decision to temporarily block the work, The Guardian reported Saturday.
The expected 3.5-mile-long private section of border wall is being funded by We Build the Wall, a nonprofit organization founded by U.S. Air Force Veteran and Purple Heart recipient Brian Kolfage that has raised more than $25 million since its start in December 2018.
I didn’t donate to the group, however I recall they shut down the fundraising because they had reached their goal. I also recall all the reports from the Democrat Propaganda Corps accusing the organizer of all sorts of improprieties, none of which panned out.
Workers were moving soil, digging trenches and positioning the physical wall on Thursday and Friday after Vasquez’s ruling, in which he says the construction will cause “imminent and irreparable damage” to the 100-acre National Butterfly Center, a museum adjacent to the wall, according to The Guardian.
“The defendants’ conduct has demonstrated irreparable harm to [the Butterfly Center] since defendants have committed willfully, maliciously and with an actual and subjective intent to commit great harm to plaintiff,” Vasquez wrote, according to the Times.
Now, as I understand it, the Build the Wall group isn’t crossing onto the property of the “Oh look! Butterflies” Center. They may be building next to it. As for the butterflies? Hello! They can fly right over the wall. It’s not going to have any effect on them at all. As for the founder of the group that’s building the wall?
Kolfage, a triple amputee, tweeted on Saturday, “A little adversity makes the victory all that much more sweet. We won’t stop fighting to stop women and children from being enslaved by cartels.”
He said Vasquez’s ruling looked like “it was written by a first-year law student” in a Wednesday interview, according to the Times. “It’s just these butterfly people want to try to flex their muscle a bit.”
Meanwhile, regardless of the order by Judge Moonbat, the construction is continuing.
Kolfage posted a video to Twitter after the ruling in which a man he calls “foreman Mike” confirms that workers are trying to have the wall completed by Jan. 15.
“We’re going to be putting this up,” he says in the video. “We have to supercharge it now. It’s time to get really moving. … We’re planning to have this done by Jan. 15.”
It’s about time that someone stood up to these corrupt judges. Of course, the members of the “Progressives for butterflies and Open Borders” aren’t thrilled with this state of affairs.
North American Butterfly Association President Jeffrey Glassberg, a plaintiff in the lawsuit, accused We Build the Wall of disregarding Vasquez’s ruling.
“These people appear to be so lawless that it doesn’t have an effect on them,” he said, adding, “It’s already been destructive. … I think they’re all looking for publicity and money. None of it is political on our part.”
Of course it’s political on your part. This wall will have absolutely no effect at all on your precious butterflies. You and that corrupt judge simply used that as an excuse to stop someone from doing what they can to protect the borders. Now you are finally meeting someone who’s not going to kowtow to the progressive totalitarian line any longer.

I suspect the next phase will be the judge issuing a contempt of court order. If Kolfage’s group, which has a lot of former military in it, decides to go to the next phase, the deputies sent out to effect an arrest may, instead, find themselves in their own handcuffs. That is where we are now, thanks to the Democrats. As far as I’m concerned, full speed ahead for Build the Wall.
