Good day all. I saw this when I was writing up my previous post on the plans by the Fake President to institute Internal Passports. It seems that New York, under the tender ministrations of the murderous Govno, Andrew Flaming Cuomo, has gone and done just that.
If you don’t install the passport proving you have been vaccinated, you will be forbidden to basically exist in the State of New York. Here are the details from the New York Post:
The nation’s very first “vaccine passport” is coming to the Big Apple. The program, dubbed the “Excelsior Pass,” is an app that will allow New Yorkers to prove their vaccination status, or recent history of a negative COVID-19 test, in order to gain entry to events and businesses, Governor Cuomo announced in a news release Friday.
“Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print out their pass or store it on their smartphones using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app,” the news release explains.
“Each Pass will have a secure QR code, which participating businesses and venues can scan using a companion app to verify proof of COVID-19 negative test results or proof of vaccination. An individual’s data is kept secure and confidential at all times.”
Right off the bat, there is no way this will be secure. Second, I see some serious issues with the HIPPA laws, and then we have this pesky little thing called the Constitution of the United States of America. Granted, your average Progressive has either never heard of it, or if they have, hasn’t actually read it. Even if they have read it, they consider it to be an obsolete document with no meaning that was written by rich white slave owners and therefore must be ignored.
The app won’t show any health information when scanned — it’ll only show a green checkmark if the person has been vaccinated or tested negatively or a red “x” if they haven’t.
Well, there is the first lie. That mark indicates that you have or have not been tested or vaccinated.
Major venues, such as Madison Square Garden and the Times Union Center in Albany, will begin using the app next week and on April 2, Excelsior Pass will expand to “smaller arts, entertainment and event venues,” Cuomo’s office said.
I’ve been watching a few commentary shows, and a lot of them are saying that this will not pass constitutional muster. Denying people their rights to engage in commerce, to associate with others, travel, not to mention privacy, (Someone mentioned Row vs Wade as one point of challenge), will send this to a judge.
This whole panicdemic mess has been used by the Deep State and the Uniparty as a means to tighten their grip on the throats of Americans. Yes, I use the term “Deep State” and I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory. I don’t think there is a small group who have their fingers in everything, controlling information, elections, business, etc.
In my mind, the “Deep State” is an amorphous blob of like minded people all moving in the same direction, like salmon swimming upstream to spawn. They are working on instinct, nothing more. You will have individuals who try to get out in front and steer the blob, but they are quickly identified. They soon lose the control they wanted because the blob protects itself.
Now enough with the tin foil hat stuff. Yes, these measures, and many others, are being pushed forward by the Progressive Liberal Fascists, and yes, you will have millions of sheep who will happily go along with it. The problem is people like me and millions of others who have become known as the “Deplorables.” Many of them are fine with getting the vaccines, and many others may not want it.
It’s like the face diapers we’re being ordered to wear, or the Patriot Act passed after 9/11. It’s a bunch of no nothing political hacks trying to do something to justify their existence. That they do far more harm then good is something they bury deep. In this case, we have Flaming Cuomo ramming this through, probably trying to keep from losing his phony baloney job.
I don’t think it’s going to work for Flaming Cuomo, I don’t think it’s going to work for Dementia Joe. I think it’s going to blow up in their faces and end up costing them far more then it could ever have gained. My advice? If you get the vaccine, (More power to you for being a volunteer lab rat), toss the card they give you into a drawer somewhere and do not get the app. If they deny you anything, sue their pants off. It’s time to teach these power mad vermin what liberty means.
