Good day all. The mark of any totalitarian regime is forcing people to get permission to travel inside their own country. Many communist countries had what were called Internal Passports. Without them you would not be allowed to leave a specific area.
Now the Fake President, who, along with his handlers, have decided that this would be just the thing for dealing with all those evil, freedom loving deplorable Americans. The maladministration is now planning on issuing “Vaccine passports, and if you don’t have one, you can’t go anywhere. Here are the details from Newsmax:
The White House is working on a COVID-19 vaccine passport initiative that could be required for travel, sporting events and even eating out, reports The Washington Post. The report comes as major U.S. airlines and nearly 30 travel and labor groups are pushing President Joe Biden to develop a standardized, government-backed credential to “accelerate safe economic activity and recovery.”
You have no idea just how angry I am as I work on this post. I followed the link to the Washington Compost, which is nothing more then a propaganda rag for the Democrat party. One of the scum sucking weasels pushing this is none other then Ezekiel Emanuel. This Josef Mengele wannabe, if he had his way, would have euthanized Dementia Joe Biden years ago, since he’s “To old to be useful.” His only issue is that people won’t be issued their internal passports because they were not able to get the shots. “The U.S. must be a leader in this development,” the groups wrote in a letter to COVID-19 Recovery Team Coordinator Jeff Zients on Monday. “The current diverse and fragmented digital health credentials used to implement different countries’ air travel testing requirements risk causing confusion, reducing compliance, and increasing fraud.”
Zients and the Department of Health and Human Services are leading the effort, according to sources who spoke with the Post.
I looked up this Jeff Zients. He is a classic Progressive Liberal Elitist, what used to be known as “Limousine Liberals.” He’s one of those who thinks he’s smarter then everyone else and that gives him the right to tell people what to do. I do get the feeling that someone in the White House is seeing how this could go sideways very quickly, and is doing a little bit of distancing.
The White House declined to answer questions about the initiative and instead directed the news outlet to public statements made by Zients and other officials this month on the topic.
“Our role is to help ensure that any solutions in this area should be simple, free, open source, accessible to people both digitally and on paper, and designed from the start to protect people’s privacy,” Zients said at a March 12 briefing.
Protect people’s privacy? Are you smoking crack or something? This is the very opposite of protecting people’s privacy, especially since the “passport” will be an app on a smartphone.
The Vaccine Credential Initiative, a collaboration between tech and health care companies to develop technology that would store a secure copy of an individual’s vaccination record in a digital wallet on a person’s smartphone, is already in the works.
Smartphones get hacked, stolen, or lost all the time. There are people who don’t own smartphones, sticking with old style feature phones which won’t be able to install the apps. Are they going to have to get special identity cards? Well, considering that Progressive Liberals hate forcing people to show their ID’s when they vote, how are they going to justify forcing people to show they’ve been vaccinated?
“If it became a government mandate, it would go down a dark road very quickly,” said Brian C. Castrucci, who leads the Bethesda, Md.-based de Beaumont Foundation, a public health group funding Luntz’s research into why some Americans are balking at the vaccine. “It becomes a credential. It becomes a ‘needing your papers,’ if you will. That could be dangerous — and it could turn off people.”
Nita Farany, a professor and director of the Initiative for Science & Society at Duke University, told Advisory she had concerns of passports creating a “two-tiered society” where individuals who haven’t received a vaccine don’t have access to public places and jobs versus those who are vaccinated.
“I’m just opposed to it right now, when there is a significant limitation on the number of people who can get access to Covid vaccines,” she said.
Well that’s one reason to be opposed to it, Here are a few others. We can start with the massive HIPPA violations that forcing people to produce their medical records would cause. Then there is the invasion of privacy, and then we can start working on the constitutional aspects of forcing people to prove they have been vaccinated. The first time someone is denied free entry into a public location, the lawyers are going to full on viking.
Then there are people like myself who don’t see the need to get a vaccine for an illness that for most people isn’t that much of a problem. We are not talking about Smallpox or the plague. Those diseases will kill most of the people who are infected. Covid-19? If you clean up the statistics, the actual number of people who died of just the Covid virus is very low.
Those who have something else wrong with them? The “Preexisting condition?” Those are the ones who should be getting the vaccines. (I suspect I may have had the Wuhan Flu last year. I was sick as a dog for about 2 weeks and we had people traveling on business who came back sick after going through Seoul, Korea at the start of all this) People who are generally healthy can decide for themselves, just as they do each year when flu season arrives and they decide if they want to get a flu shot or not.
There are two types of people pushing for this Government Permission Slip to live your life. The first are what I have deemed the “Paranoid hypochondriacs,” and the others are the Fascist Totalitarians who see this as a way to gain more power of those they consider lower life forms. (Trump supporters, libertarians, people who think the Constitution means what it says)
The Paranoid Hypochondriacs want to have absolute safety and are quite willing to give up everything to get it. The Fascist Totalitarians have long made their desires known. Returning to the Compost article:
“The busboy, the janitor, the waiter that works at a restaurant, wants to be surrounded by employees that are going back to work safely — and wants to have the patrons ideally be safe as well,” said Brian Anderson, a physician at Mitre, a nonprofit company that runs federally funded research centers, who is helping lead the initiative. “Creating an environment for those vulnerable populations to get back to work safely — and to know that the people coming back to their business are ‘safe,’ and vaccinated — would be a great scenario.”
I looked up this Anderson guy. All I could find were the “Ra Ra Three Cheers for me!” stuff from Mitre. What little I have found indicates that I wouldn’t trust this guy with anything. I’m not sure if he is with the Fascist Totalitarians or the Paranoid Hypochondriacs. He may be just an opportunist who sees this as a way to add awards and certificates to his “I Love Me” wall.
This needs to be shut down and shut down hard. Granted, calling your Senators and representatives will probably be a complete waste of time, particularly if they are members of the Democratic CommuNazi Party, but still the effort should be made. We have seen just what the Fake President, and his handlers have in store for the Average American, and that is making them non-citizens in their own country. Do you think all those criminal aliens Dementia Joe is letting in will have to get one of these internal passports? Yes, that is a rhetorical question. Of course he won’t. Get on the phone to your reps and tell them to put a stop to this before it gets started.
