Twitler Censorship machine BANS Project Veritas James O’Keefe

Good day all. James O’Keefe is the founder and head of Project Veritas, a web site that that has a long track record of showing the Progressive Liberal Democrats and the organizations they control for the hypocrites they are. Recently, Project Veritas has been hammering CNN on their blatant favoritism and Fake News Ethos.

This has led Twitler to once again move against someone who tells the truth and embarrasses the Progressive Liberal Elite. Twitler announced they were permanently banning James O’Keefe for utterly humiliating CNN violating some arcane terms of service. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner:

Twitter banned the account of Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe on Thursday. A spokesperson for the social media platform said the account “was permanently suspended for violating the Twitter Rules on platform manipulation and spam.”

The real reason, of course, is that Twitler is run by a pack of Socialist Totalitarians who intend to suppress any speech they disagree with. Case in point.

The move follows multiple disclosures this week from an undercover operation in which a CNN technical director was documented on video boasting that the cable news giant contributed to the 2020 defeat of former President Donald Trump from office and talking about how the coronavirus pandemic is “gangbusters with ratings.”

I’ve been writing about Charles Chester “The Molester of Truth and Information” and how Project Veritas has hours of video of this fool digging a nice deep hole for himself and proving to everyone that CNN is not a news service, but a propaganda organ of the Democratic CommuNazi Party. Because of this, Jack Dorsey ordered O’Keefe booted off the platform. James O’Keefe is not going to take this lying down, and he is preparing to take action against Comrade Dorsey and Twitler.

O’Keefe said he will be filing a lawsuit against Twitter.

I am suing Twitter for defamation because they said I, James O’Keefe, ‘operated fake accounts.’ This is false, this is defamatory, and they will pay. Section 230 may have protected them before, but it will not protect them from me. The complaint will be filed Monday,” he said in a statement obtained by the Washington Examiner on Thursday.

Section 230 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 was designed to protect all the small companies that were just starting out from being destroyed by greedy lawyers. It is meant to protect a site from the actions of it’s users. The basic caveat is that the site will lose this protection of they are a publisher. For instance, the New York Slimes is a publisher and there is not protected by section 230, although it may be in regards to comments made on their site. (I don’t recall if they have a comments section. I tend to avoid the New York Slimes if at all possible)

Twitler, Faceplant and Goolag claim they are not publishers under Section 230. However, Faceplant and Twitler have been censoring content and banning people, including the President of the United States because they don’t like what they are saying. Congress has been looking into modifying Section 230, but at this time, the bribes paid campaign contributions by Twitler and Faceplant are still protecting them.

A Twitter spokesperson said O’Keefe had broken Twitter’s platform manipulation policy by misleading others on Twitter by operating fake accounts and added that “you can’t artificially amplify or disrupt conversations through the use of multiple accounts.”

Currently, there are no Project Veritas accounts on Twitler. When Project Veritas asked Twitler, they were ignored.

“Twitter won’t tell us what fake accounts they’re talking about. They’re making it up, it’s all just nonsense,” Balaban said.

Project Veritas is also involved in a lawsuit against the New York Slimes, accusing them of basically lying about the organization. From what I can gather, and I am not a lawyer, the evidence is pretty strong, and that when the Slimes attempted to get the suit dismissed under New York’s anti-SLAPP law, the judge slapped down the Times instead.

This caused the Slimes to run to their paid for legislators who then amended the law and made it retroactive. The Slimes went back to the judge and asked that the case be thrown out under the amended law. The judge again told the Slimes to take a hike. Below is a podcast from Viva Frei that explains all if this. He’s actually a lawyer so he knows what he’s talking about.

As to what will happen now? Who knows? I won’t be surprised if YouTube moves to kick Project Veritas off that platform. (Censorship is all the rage with the Communists in Big Tech) Fortunately, there is Rumble.com and I think that Project Veritas manages their own video. We need Project Veritas to keep up the good work, and we need to start taking down Big Tech in a Big way. (Antitrust anyone?)
