Good day all. Because of the Biden caused disaster along the southern border, the states, with Texas leading the way, have started taking measures to try and staunch the flow of criminals crossing illegally into the United States,
Additionally, other states have offered to send what help they can, be it law enforcement officers or National Guard troops. This has lead the Progressives and Moonbats to start screaming. They are now calling the southern states Insurrectionists and invaders. Here are the details from The Blaze:
A major immigrant activist group is calling on President Joe Biden to put down growing efforts by Republican governors to send law enforcement personnel from their own states to fight illegal immigration along the U.S.-Mexico border, calling the endeavor an “invasion” and “insurrection.”
Over the last several weeks, governors in Arizona, Arkansas, Nebraska, Ohio, Idaho, Florida, and South Dakota have sent law enforcement personnel down to the country’s southern border in response to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s request.
Abbot, in a letter sent to all 50 governors last month, asked states to send “all available law enforcement resources” to the border “in defense of our sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
The governors not from Blue States responded and sent help to Texas. This set off a progressive pack of leftists who demand the end of American Sovereignty and open borders.
But on Sunday, Independence Day, the League of United Latin American Citizens sent a letter to the White House urging the president to use executive authority to order an immediate stop to the efforts, calling it an illegal “pay for hire” scheme.
“We told the President in no uncertain terms, this is an insurrection by recalcitrant and rebellious states that must be stopped,” LULAC National President Domingo Garcia said in a news release. “This unilateral action by governors hijacks the Emergency Assistance Management Compact (EMAC) and involves our armed forces in a ‘pay for hire’ scheme, funded in part by private donations.”
Governor Abbott is operating, I believe, under Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution. This section states:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive, (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
The specific part here would be protecting the states from invasion and against domestic violence. Not only is the Maladministration of the Fake President NOT protecting the states from the hordes coming across, they are actively aiding and abetting them. Traditionally, when the Federal Government is unable, or in this case, unwilling to come to the defense of a state or states, they have the right to do whatever they need to in order to protect themselves. This is what the Moonbats want stopped.
Garcia went on to accuse Abbott and former President Donald Trump of “fomenting dangerous racial hatred targeting Latinos” in their recent visit to the border.
“LULAC cannot say strongly enough that this militia action must be dealt with before it spreads,” he added.
In other words, this traitor wants Dementia Joe to send in troops to stop Abbott and the other governors from protecting their citizens and those who are not citizens, but lawfully reside in the United States and Texas from harm. I have visited their site and I am not impressed. They are just another Marxist group of scum that wants the United States to end. You should see their letter regarding the Cuban people rising up against their Communist masters. They blame the United States for the problems in Cuba, not the Communist government.
Rodolfo Rosales, Jr., the group’s state director for Texas, ironically decried the border security efforts as an invasion. That term, however, was not employed to describe the situation taking place at the border as unprecedented numbers of migrants continue to rush into the country in hopes of lenient treatment from the Biden administration.
“This is insane!” Rosales Jr. said. “We are being invaded by governors of the defeated confederacy to arm the border against brown women and children escaping political persecution, hunger, and death.
No, they are illegally crossing into the United States. Of course, they are being robbed, raped, sold into sex slavery, forced to carry drugs and other things, but hey, let’s not let facts get in the way of your rant Comrade. I also like the bit about the Confederacy. You do know that it was the Democrat Party that created the Confederacy, don’t you, or did you skip school that day?
“These governors are using the sacred chain of command to mobilize forces meant to defend us from military invasion by a foreign nation, as mercenaries to save white people from the brown threat,” he exclaimed.
And there is the Progressive Liberal Racism rearing it’s ugly head. Of course, this walking diaper stain isn’t going to mention the illegals coming in from the Middle East, Asia and in a few cases Europe. No, he wants to make sure that that the borders are wide open and that no one does anything to stop the invasion.
In the letter, LULAC argued that the deployment of National Guard troops and other law enforcement is a breach of the Emergency Management Assistance Compact, an agreement that allows one jurisdiction to send assistance to another.
I don’t know anything about the Emergency Management Assistance Compact, but I did look it up. Frankly, it’s a bit over my head. What I do know is that the Southern Border is a war zone thanks to Dementia Joe and his Maladministration. Crime, besides the illegal border crossings, has skyrocketed with police being fired on with fully automatic weapons. (This is from the Drug Cartels. They love the chaos caused by Hoovernose’s Daddy. It lets them ship more Colombian Marching Powder in)
Republican governors, on the other hand, have maintained that their assistance is needed due to the federal government’s failure to secure the border.
Last year, the border was all but locked down tight. Thanks to the Stolen Election of 2020, the Globalists, Deep Staters, Open Borders types and the Progressives have reversed what took 4 yours to accomplish in a matter of months. This is why Governor Abbott has called other states for help. They sure as Hell won’t be getting any from that buffoon in the Oval Office.
Just last week, Democrats unveiled plans to bring border wall funding to zero even while spending $870 billion on border security measures in the Middle East.
I can’t say anything after reading that. Anything I said would probably earn me a visit from the Federal Bunch of Idiots. Suffice to say that the Democrat Party is, as usual, engaging in actions and activities that are harmful to the Constitution and the Nation. I hope that Governor Abbott and the other border state governors deploy Militia and National Guard and use whatever force is needed to put a stop to the invasion of the United States.
As for the moonbats of LULAC? You are dangerously close to sedition and possible Constitutional treason. No matter how hard they try and rig elections, eventually the Democrats will be removed from office and then the legal gloves will come off.
