Good day all When the Great Panicdemic of 2020 began, there were a few groups of people who were at real risk if they caught the China Virus. Those with weakened immune systems or other preexisting conditions that made them more susceptible to a virus. Another group that was at risk were the elderly.
When all this started, we got a lot of bad information from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Anthony Fauci. Because of the bad information, hospitals were emptied out in preparation for the mass of sick people who never materialized. As part of this, several governors also ordered nursing homes to take in Wuhan Flu patients who were recovering, but still infectious.
The nursing homes reported that they were not set up to handle this, but the governors, led by Andrew “Flaming” Cuomo ordered them to take the patients in, and under Cuomo, the owners of the nursing facilities were flat out threatened with arrest and other sanctions if they didn’t comply.
The result was predictable as it was tragic. In the case of New York, 10’s of thousands of people died who otherwise would have been safe. As more information has come out regarding Flaming Cuomo’s incompetence and corruption, (He’s being investigated in New York for covering up the true extent of the death toll), The Department of Justice under the Trump Administration was asked to look into possible civil rights charges. Now that the corrupt Maladministration of Dementia Joe is in office, his handlers have been moving to bury any and all investigations into Cuomo and the other murderous governors. Here are the details from the New York Post:
The Department of Justice has decided not to investigate whether the civil rights of residents in New York’s government-run nursing homes were violated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s controversial admission policy related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a letter Friday, the DOJ’s Office of Legislative Affairs told US Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), ranking member of that House Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, that New York was off the hook in connection with potential violations of the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act.
Understand that the Garland DoJ isn’t saying they didn’t find anything, they aren’t even going to look and find out one way or another. Now they did start the process by asking for information. This was done under the Trump Administration.
In August, the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division requested information from New York in connection with a March 25, 2020, order from the state Department of Health that required nursing homes to admit “medically stable” COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals.
It also sought records from Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Jersey, which adopted similar rules that the DOJ said “may have resulted in the deaths of thousands of elderly nursing home residents.”
Notice anything about the states that ordered nursing homes to admit Kung Flu patients that weren’t set up to handle them? They’re all run by the murderous Communazi party.
“We have reviewed the information provided by these states along with additional information available to the Department,” Deputy Assistant Attorney General Joe Gaeta wrote Friday.
“Based on that review, we have decided not to open a CRIPA investigation of any public nursing facility within New York, Pennsylvania, or Michigan at this time.”
Needless to say, Representative Scalise was not happy with the Department of InJustice.
In a prepared statement, Scalise called it “outrageous that the Department of Justice refuses to investigate the deadly ‘must admit’ orders issued by governors in New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan that resulted in the deaths of thousands of senior citizens.”
“Where is the justice for nursing home victims and their grieving families? These deadly orders contradicted the [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s] guidance, and needlessly endangered the most vulnerable among us to the deadly COVID-19 virus,” Scalise said.
“Even worse, Governor Cuomo in New York intentionally tried to cover up the true death toll resulting from his mandate. Grieving families deserve answers and accountability. It’s unconscionable that Biden’s Department of Justice refuses to investigate the deadly actions that went against CDC’s medical guidance taken in these states.”
Flaming Cuomo is not out of the words though. There is the investigation into his treatment of women who worked for him, (Just short of rape apparently), and his playing games with the actual number of people he killed in the nursing homes.
Cuomo is still facing a potentially more serious probe by the FBI and the Brooklyn US Attorney’s Office that was sparked by The Post’s revelation that a top aide privately admitted that administration covered up the total number of nursing home residents killed by the coronavirus.
My guess is that the aide is singing like a canary to avoid spending the rest of her life in the House of Many Doors. Still, there is another issue with the DO(i)J deciding to bury the cases against the Communazi governors. That issue is “Accessory after the fact.”
US Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-Glens Falls) said, “This decision from President Biden’s Department of Justice makes President Biden complicit in the criminal corruption scandal and coverup of deaths of thousands of vulnerable seniors.”
“New Yorkers deserve answers and accountability. I was the first member of Congress to call for an investigation into Governor Cuomo’s corrupt criminal coverup and I will continue to fight for the families who lost loved ones because of the cruelty and corruption of our Governor,” she added.
As they say, elections have consequences, and stolen elections that you let stand have even more consequenses, such as covering up the mass murder of thousands of people by the Communazi party. Other are saying the same thing, that this was a politically motivated decision by the people who are managing Dementia Joe.
Haydee Pabey, whose mom died of COVID-19 in a northern Manhattan nursing home, said. “My heart is broken all over again.”
“The Justice Department turned its back on seniors who died. The Justice Department covered up the cover-up,” Pabey said.
“I do believe this is political. Biden doesn’t want to shed a negative light on Cuomo, the Democrats and the Democratic Party. He’s trying to sweep this under the rug.”
And Vivian Zayas, whose mom, Ana, died after contracting COVID in Long Island nursing home after recovering from knee surgery, said: “I’m sick to my stomach. We’re in disbelief. Cuomo’s mandate caused a wildfire and thousands of deaths of nursing home residents.”
“Biden is covering up for Cuomo and other Democratic governors who followed his lead. Imagine if Trump did this? It’s a shame that this is partisan and grieving families are caught in a partisan game. It’s a partisan cover up. Who do we turn to now?! No one is curious about thousands of vulnerable elderly people died of COVID through no fault of their own.”
Of course the maladministration is covering up the criminal actions of the governors. If they were to actually arrest Flaming Cuomo and the other Communazi governors, who would be left to run interference for the ballot box stuffers and the others who rigged the 2020 election?
This whole thing stinks to high heaven, and I have no doubt that the Deep State, the Uniparty along with the Communazi party are all in cahoots to do whatever it takes to bury everything about the Wuhan Flu, how it came into being, (Genetically engineered through “Gain of Function” research), how it got out and how the Deep State along with the Communazis did everything they could to stymie President Trump’s work to deal with the issue before it blew up.
I’m now of the opinion that the entire law enforcement system at the federal level needs to be shut down completely. The entire alphabet soup of federal agents, with the exception of the U.S. Marshals needs to go. The entire Department of Justice has shown that it is corrupt and can not be fixed. Fire everyone and shut everything down and start fresh. It’s best to do this within the system because if it happens outside? Well, it would be very bad and not to pretty.
