Good day all. recently, President Joe Dementia, second cousin to Joe Isuzu, issued another one of his diktats that all businesses with 100 employees or more must require their employees to be vaccinated “Or else.”
Needless to say, this is going over like a lead balloon loaded down with bricks. The task of enforcing this dictatorial mandate has been handed to OSHA, which is in no position to enforce it, either with training or logistics. (They can barely handle their normal responsibilities as it is) As expected, the first lawsuits are being filed. Here are the details from the Daily Wire:
The Job Creators Network announced plans to sue the Biden administration over its mandate requiring private sector workers to receive a COVID-19 vaccination.
The advocacy group said it would soon file a lawsuit alongside several of its small business members, according to a Thursday announcement. The Job Creators Network (JCN) argued the mandate would make hiring more difficult, harming small businesses that are already struggling to find workers amid a slowing economic recovery.
There are any number of constitutionally questionable parts of Bumbles Dementia’s order. Forcing people to take a vaccine or lose their jobs, Threatening businesses with massive fines of they don’t either force their employees to be vaccinated or fire them, the list just goes on. Add to that the trouble companies are having finding people to fill the openings they now have. Worse, many people are saying “Fine! I’m out of here” and are walking off the job.
“President Biden’s vaccine mandate on small businesses is unconstitutional and a dramatic overreach of federal authority,” JCN President Alfredo Ortiz said in a statement. “To hold the Biden Administration accountable and stand up for small businesses, Job Creators Network plans to file a lawsuit to block the implementation of this order.”
“Small businesses are already contending with a historic labor shortage and this order will add expensive new barriers to finding and keeping employees, causing significant harm at the worst possible time,” he continued.
You don’t think Dementia Joe cares do you? All he cares about is getting his ice cream. Most ice cram stands only have a handful of employees, so they aren’t covered by his insane demands. In fact, I’m wondering if he hasn’t been able to get any ice cream? This might be the reason for his order. Revenge.
On Sept. 9, President Joe Biden ordered the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to craft a rule requiring employers to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for workers. The order applies to “all employers with 100 or more employees,” the White House said.
The rule would allow workers to submit to weekly COVID-19 tests in lieu of vaccination. However, it remains unclear whether tests would be paid for by employers or workers.
The last I heard, they were going to make the employees pay to be tested. I can’t provide any citations for this I’m afraid.
Roughly 20 million Americans work for a small business with more than 100 employees, according to the latest estimate from the Small Business Administration. The federal government’s definition of a small business varies based on industry, but may include companies employing as many as 1,500 workers.
This will not end well. This is just more overreach by the Maladministration, one of the, if not the most incompetent administration in American History.
“The federal government doesn’t have the power to require small businesses to carry out its de facto national vaccine mandate,” Ortiz said. “JCN’s lawsuit intends to block this federal power grab.”
And step one is a lawsuit and I suspect a request for a Temporary Restraining order enjoining OSHA from enforcing this fiasco. It isn’t just businesses that are suing that lying weasel, the states are also lining up as well.
Arizona became the first state to sue the Biden administration over the mandate Tuesday. The complaint argued that, because migrants coming to the U.S. illegally aren’t required to get vaccinated, the president’s mandate for U.S. workers amounted to an unconstitutional “favoritism” of non-citizens.
“Your vaccine mandate represents not only a threat to individual liberty, but a public health disaster that will displace vulnerable workers and exacerbate a nationwide hospital staffing crisis, with severe consequences for all Americans,” the states wrote in a letter addressed to Biden.
It isn’t non-citizens that President Bumbles Dementia is favoring. There are many documented non-citizens living and working legally in the United States. It’s the illegal aliens invading this country across the southern border that are the problem. Few of them are being tested, (And those that are being tested, a fair percentage are contaminated), and none are being vaccinated. They’re also being shipped all over the country, spreading all sorts of diseases besides the Wuhan Flu.
President Bumbles Dementia, aka Joe Biden, is over his head. He is showing signs of dementia and should never have been allowed to run. He has never cared for the Constitution and has a long history of voting in favor of anything that restricted the rights of individual Americans. The last 8 months have been nothing but a long line of disasters and Epic Biden Failures.
He also promised that there would never be any mandates to force people to take the vaccines. Of course, no one who has followed this liar’s career believed that and he has once again shown that the truth is an alien concept to him.
Currently, the lawyers are going to get rich, but if companies are forced to fire people who won’t or can’t take one of these vaccines, (and I know a few people who would be risking their health and potentially their lives if they are inoculated), well, we’re already seeing the first signs of rebellion.
There are hospitals ordering their staff to take the vaccines or lose their jobs. They said no and were either fired or quit. Now these very same hospitals are so short staffed, they’re turning away patients or even closing down. If Dementia Joe, his handlers and the Communazi party wanted to wreck the economy, they are certainly going about it in the right way.
