Good day all. Recently, the maladministration decided to declare war on the Border Patrol after a picture came out showing one of the agents chasing an illegal alien on horseback. The Usual Suspects announced that the Border patrol was whipping the “Poor, innocent migrants.” It quickly came out that the picture just showed one of the reigns flapping in the wind.
This lie is still being pushed by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland (In)Security, although the hard photographic evidence shows it never happened. (Even the photographer stated that it didn’t happen) All this was used as a distraction as the criminals running the United States rounded up the 14,000+ Haitians that had been clustered under a bridge and “Made them go away.” At first, people thought they had been shipped back to Haiti, instead, it looks like the DHS once again just released these criminals into the United States. Here are some of the details from Fox News:
Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas admitted Sunday, (September 26th), that the vast majority of Haitian migrants who crossed the southern U.S. border in recent weeks have already been released into the United States, and it is possible that more will follow them.
So far, approximately 12,400 of the people are having their cases heard by immigration judges, while another 5,000 are being processed by the Department of Homeland Security. Currently, only 3,000 are in detention.
Their cases heard? What cases? This is a flat out invasion by a conquering army. They should have been put on the first boat back to Haiti. Of course, that isn’t what the Communazi party wants. They want these criminals in the United States as both cheap labor and eventually, made citizens who will vote for the Communazi party.
“Approximately, I think it’s about 10,000 or so, 12,000,” Mayorkas told “Fox News Sunday” when asked how many have already been released. He then acknowledged that this number could very well go up as the 5,000 other cases are processed.
“It could be even higher. The number that are returned could be even higher. What we do is we follow the law as Congress has passed it,” Mayorkas said.
Follow the law? That would be a first for this maladministration.
The secretary said the administration “will make determinations whether they will be returned to Haiti based on our public health and public interest authorities.”
Public Health and Public Interest? What is this manure? They crossed the border illegally. They have no rights. Boot them out now. There are millions of people who are waiting their turn to enter the United States lawfully. All you have done is show them that “Hey! Why waste time waiting. Come on in! We won’t do anything.”
Mayorkas said those who are released have conditions placed on them, “are monitored by us,” and authorities “ensure their appearance in court as the law requires.”
Yeah, they’re monitored all right. You monitor them walking out the door and disappearing, never to be seen again until the commit some other crime and get arrested.
Host Chris Wallace noted that according to the Department of Justice 44% of those who are released miss court appearances. When asked whether many of the thousands who have just been released will just stay in the U.S., Mayorkas insisted that the system will work.
“We have enforcement guidelines in place that provide that individuals who are recent border crossers who do not show up for their hearings are enforcement priorities and will be removed,” he said.
And just how do you propose to find them again you lying sack of feces? Oh wait! I know! You will simply call them at the number they gave you. The one at the local Pizza Hut or something.
Wallace noted that there are already 11 million people in the U.S. illegally, but Mayorkas said this is just evidence that the current system is “broken” and in need of reform.
It’s been broken since the last time it was “Reformed.” That mess was created by that “Liberal Lion” the dead and rotting Senator Edward Moore “Blonde in the pond” Kennedy. We probably wold have had a decent system put into place by now if the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, who actually secured the border for the first time in decades, had been able to concentrate on the legislation we would have needed.
But noooo, the Deep State and the Communazi Party wanted him removed from office since he was pushing through his plans to Make America Great Again. Now we have Pudding Brain and his maladministration doing everything they can to Make America Collapse and Die.
The Biden administration has confirmed that a total of roughly 30,000 Haitians crossed into Del Rio, Texas, since Sept. 9. Wallace asked why they were not stopped, and Maoyrkas replied with information about how the administration reacted after the fact.
“We surged our resources, we surged our personnel,” he said.
You did no such thing. Instead, you threatened Border Control Agents with arrest for doing their jobs. The union head of the Border Patrol has gone on record as saying that things were far better under President Trump. He gave them the tools they needed and backed them to the hilt.
Wallace again asked why the people were not stopped at the border and why the U.S. does not have any physical barrier in place to prevent this.
“We do not agree with the building of the wall,” Mayorkas said. “The law provides that individuals can make a claim for humanitarian relief. That is actually one of our proudest traditions”
The wall, where it has been completed, worked. That, and the Remain in Mexico policy cut the number of illegal border crossings per month to record low numbers. (I think it was in the hundreds) Mayorkas was also asked about the completely discredited reports that border patrol agents on horseback were whipping the criminals.
On Sunday, Mayorkas addressed the issue, simply stating that what actually happened “is the subject of an investigation” that “will be determined by the facts and nothing more.”
The facts have already been determined. It never happened and you and the Liar in Chief, Bumbles Dementia know it. Instead you fully intend to railroad the agents into prison for the crime of doing their sworn duties. Frankly, if the FBI is sent in, I hope the Border patrol refuses to comply, and instead demands their surrender instead. I have little doubt that the Governor of Texas and the Attorney General will happily send in Texas Rangers to back them up.
Constitutional Crises? Oh Hell Yes, but it’s time to have one. We need to force this issue and many others on that tyrannical meat puppet and those pulling his strings. When their pet Obama judges rule against them, ignore their rulings and make them try and enforce them. It is time to bring back the 10th Amendment and restore States Rights and Duties.
