Good day all. Well, it isn’t really a good day. I just finished doing my taxes, and, not unexpectedly, my mantra for the year is “I owe! I owe! It’s off to the IRS it goes!”
I rarely get a tax refund these days for several reasons. One is that I set my withholding to the minimum I can. Why? For a very simple reason. I don’t see any benefit to me of providing the Federal Government an interest free loan. The other reason is capital gains. While my stock portfolio is currently cratering, thanks to President Bumbles Dementia, most of my investments produce dividends. Although I reinvest those, it still counts as capital gains and the tax fattened hyenas in Washington, starting with Elizabeth “Fauxahontas” Warren, (Mass-Commie), think that it isn’t fair that I make a small amount of extra money through the stock market.
Currently, the inflation rate is at levels not seen in 40 years, and this can be chalked up to the Senile Idiot and the morons in Congress. The national debt has reached the point that it’s will be almost impossible to pay off, and the current maladministration is doing everything it can to strangle the productive people in America while rewarding the lazy, the worthless and the useless.
This cannot continue. While the fools and Uniparty vermin not only refuse to fix the problems they caused, things are getting worse for everyone else. It will reach the point where there will be a “Come to Jesus” moment and one of two things will happen. The first will be a political slaughter of the “Ruling Uniparty Elite” and their replacement by people who actually want to fix things.
They will begin shutting down the welfare state and completely overhauling the United States Government. (Closing about 90% of the departments for starters). If that doesn’t happen, the second possibility, and definitely not the preferred one will come about. A real insurrection with guns. People going into Washington D.C. as well as a number of state capitols and removing the “Political elites” and decorating lamp posts with their carcasses.
I, for one, prefer the former. Get rid of the Schumer’s, Pelosi’s, McConnells and others who have totally lost touch with America and replace them with people who have worked all their lives in the Dreaded Private Sector and know how hard the scum and villains in Washington have made it for people.
Or, 50 million taxpayers can tear up their 1040 forms and tell the IRS to come and get them. That would really screw up the spendthrift hacks in Washington and the states. There simply is no way they could come in and start confiscating everything. To many people would resist just as the founders of this nation did in 1776 against the taxes levied by King George III. The midterms are coming up and it’s time to throw all the bums out.
