Good day all. Last week, the Democratic Communazi star chamber proceedings regarding the January 6th protest went into Prime Time. The Main Stream Morons, with one or two exceptions, preempted their regular programming to let the clown show be broadcast across America.
To prepare for the broadcast, and to show just how serious and concerned about the proceedings they were, the committee hired a television producer to stage manage the production. The whole thing was billed as the “Blowing the roof off!” and showing that President Donald Trump, the greatest president of the 21st century, ordered the storming of the capitol building.
I, like most people, ignored the broadcast and did other, more productive things, like watch a rerun of “24” on Freevee. However, others did watch the “proceedings.” They were not impressed, such as Bob Hoge from Red State. Here is what he had to say:
The first public hearing of the Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol protests concluded Thursday night, and it utterly failed to live up to the hype. The primetime hearing, broadcast live on every major network except for Fox News Channel (which instead ran the hearing on Fox Business), had been promised to “blow the roof off the House.” All current reports indicate that the roof is still there.
Remember in the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings when Kamala Harris glared at Kavanaugh, asked a question, and then threateningly said, “Be sure about your answer, sir”? Whoa! I thought to myself, she’s got something big on him. What did she have? Absolutely nothing. This hearing felt like an hour-long version of that moment.
The hearings, with the same lying pieces of shit that lied about the Russian collusion nonsense, claimed that they had “Major new evidence” that President Trump knew all about this and was to blame. However, much like his lies regarding President Trump colluding with the Russians, Adam Schifthead lied about what the committee actually had. (Here’s a hint. They had nothing because there was nothing)
There were no such revealing details of any import that I could see, and their attempt to show that Trump was “at the center” of some coordinated multistep effort was weak at best. Trump is not above criticism, and many don’t like his actions and words after the 2020 election, but no one yet has found definitive evidence that Trump said anything even close to,“storm the capitol, folks!”
In point of fact, there is plenty of video of Trump telling people to “Make their voices heard, but keep it peaceful.” In other words, don’t break the laws.
What the Committee did prove is that A) it was a violent event, B) security was utterly lacking, and C) that the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers were there. All very interesting—and all stuff we already knew from the second Donald Trump impeachment trial.
So desperate are the Democratic Communazi to “Get” anyone for anything, they are now trying several of the Proud Boys for Sedition who weren’t even present at the event. We also have hundreds of people being illegally detained who have been denied hearings or lawyers. Due Process, civil and constitutional rights? Not if you are an Ultra MAGA Trump Supporting Deplorable.
The hearing started with lengthy, frankly boring speeches by Committee Chairman Benny Thompson and Wyoming Representative Liz Cheney that were full of highfalutin rhetoric and big promises of stunning information to come. I kept thinking if that’s true, can you please get to it already because you two are putting me to sleep. (Somehow Thompson managed to bring up “slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, and lynching” in his speech, though they have absolutely nothing to do with January 6.)
Soon to be former representative Liz Cheney, who hates President Trump and her own constituents, continues ignoring the Law of Holes. She said this, which was tweeted out by ABC News:
Vice Chair Liz Cheney: “Tonight, I say this to our Republican colleagues who are defending the indefensible: there will come a day when Donald Trump is gone—but your dishonor will remain.”
Cheney has been disavowed by the Wyoming Republican party for her actions. She has been stripped of all her position in the House by the Minority leader, and is currently down by 30 points in her primary reelection bid. It is expected that she will be officially shown the door when Wyoming has it’s primary on August 16th.
Most of the time was taken up by the blowhards on the committee generating massive levels of CO2 and global warming as they talked incessantly about….something. They finally got around to showing some videos, not that anyone was watching.
I’m guessing much of the audience had already turned to a different channel by the time the committee started showing the video, which was about 48 minutes into the hearing.
The video is compelling, and as I said there’s plenty of violence and some people who should go to jail, and many have. Although the committee said some of the footage was “never-before-seen by the public,” there didn’t seem to be any that was particularly different than what we’ve already seen, and certainly none that shone new light on the situation. The only thing that jumped out to me was that it seemed the volume level of the background noise of yelling protesters seemed to have been jacked up to 11 for maximum effect. Riots are bad. Got it.
I’m sure that was on the advice of James Goldstone. He was hired by the committee to stage manage the entire production. That right there tells you all you need to know about the seriousness of this hearing. According to the New York Post:
The Jan. 6 committee has reportedly tapped a former top boss at ABC News as a “secret adviser” to craft its upcoming primetime hearing on the Capitol riot for a television audience. James Goldston, who served as president of ABC News from 2014 until early 2021, has been working as an adviser to the House select committee and quietly producing the hearing. Goldston previously helmed “Good Morning America” and “Nightline.”
Would someone care to explain to me why you need a producer to handle a congressional hearing. There must be dozens of staffers who can make sure the cameras are pointing in the right direction. Am I missing something perhaps?
The committee tapped Goldston to help convert a cache of documents, depositions, recorded footage and other materials related to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot into compelling television for those who have not closely followed the proceedings.
Compelling television? Really? You mean they aren’t concerned with getting to the truth of the matter and determining the sequence of events, or why the security was screwed up from the beginning? How about the trigger happy moron who gunned down an unarmed woman? Nope! Looks like his job was to use his skills in generating fake news and getting the closeups down correctly.
The Committee then delved into evidence alleging that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are bad people who planned mayhem that night. Some members of those groups have been already been arrested and tried for “seditious conspiracy” for their roles in the violence, as Thompson strangely points out himself. Why are they relevant now, then? There was no evidence that tied the group to Donald Trump, other than that they generally like him, which doesn’t prove him guilty of anything.
That’s all they need to prove to show that Trump should be summarily executed, Mr. Hoge. They liked him. In fact, as far as these idiots are concerned, anyone who likes President Trump should be locked up in a FEMA camp near the Arctic Circle in Alaska.
Benny Thompson even threw in the scary-sounding “armed anti-government extremist” description of Oath Keepers members, conveniently leaving out that they were not in fact armed at the Capitol.
The only ones carrying weapons were the various law enforcement officers. I seem to recall hearing that in one case someone was spotted with a gun. Turns out he was one of the FBI’s Agents Provocateurs.”
What the Committee actually showed was that the Proud Boys, meanwhile, went to the Capitol before Trump had started his speech, apparently undermining their own contention that his speech inspired them to raid the Capitol.

The hearing was a disaster for Democrats, and it’s hard to see a huge audience that wants to watch seven more hearings. Those hearings won’t even be primetime, and won’t get the same wall-to-wall network coverage. They’ll probably be little noticed by anyone except Adam Schiff groupies.
Wednesday night, in a preview piece about this hearing, I wrote that the Committee had hyped this broadcast to such a degree that if they didn’t produce something spectacular, they would be left with eggs on their faces. They’re looking for a mop about now.
The January 6th Committee was never about finding out what happened and what lessons could be learned. It’s all about “Getting Trump!” and doing whatever it takes to keep him from running, and probably winning in 2024. The Democratic Communazis and the Deep State Uniparty hate Donald Trump with a passion for one reason only. He upset their little apple cart and gave the American People someone who, while very wealthy, deep down shares the same basic values as they do.
These people founded the Tea Party back under Obama, which the GOP(e), with the help of the Obama regime, co-opted and suppressed after they managed to knock off a few of the elites. When Donald Trump came down those stairs and said he wanted to Make America Great Again, and then said how he would do it, millions flocked to his banner.
He was never supposed to win in 2016. Felonia von Pantsuit had been selected to be the next president by the Elites, and it was expected she would win. No one anticipated the sheer incompetence she demonstrated as a candidate and how Trump was able to leverage her corrupt actions against her.
When President Trump won, and took office, he began doing something else the Elites of both parties never do. He worked to keep his promises. When the hacks and the Deep State saw this, they ginned up the Fake Dossier and tried to force President Trump to give up. They never understood that Donald Trump hits back and hit hard.
In 2018, the midterms occurred and there was a large number of RINO and TransRepublican retirements. Others lost their primaries to people who support the idea of the United States being unique in the world and the Great Melting pot of ideas and people. The Great Panicdemic of 2020 came along and the Deep State, along with the Democrats, saw this as an opportunity to steal the election. (See 2000 Mules about how this was done)
When the election returns came in, and people started seeing a lot of very funny things, they knew the game was rigged. This led to the January 6th Protests and the protesters entering the capitol building. The one thing this accomplished was to throw the fear of the American People into the Ruling Elite. A few hundred unarmed people led by a guy in a fake viking helmet got inside. It suddenly hit them that next time, it might be a few hundred thousand and they might be armed to the teeth.
This is why the Uniparty in the House is holding the hearings. They want to put the fear of the Federal Government into anyone who might consider speaking their mind and seeking a redress of grievances. Granted, some of these people got a bit rambunctious, but they were nothing like the leftist thugs from the BCLOM, (Black Communist Lives Only Matter), and Antifa when they were torching cities.
Come next year, when the new congress is sworn in, this farce of a committee will be either shut down, or redirected to actually find out what happened that day. The Democrats will find out, again, that what goes around, comes around and, as is usually the case, land on them like a ton of bricks. Then the hearings might actually be useful.
