Good day all. During the Great Panicdemic of 2020, there were medical professionals who questioned some of the instructions coming out of the various government agencies regarding treatments for the Fauci Bioweapon, as well as the lock-downs, the actual risk of the virus and a whole host of things.

Almost immediately, anyone who talked about alternative treatments, or questioned the orders from the governments was attacked. Any question on where Covid-19 came from other then a bat market in China was instantly suppressed and the person speaking about it black listed.
We now know that the virus was manufactured in a lab in China, that it probably got out by accident and that Anthony Fauci’s agency, the NIH, paid for the so called “Gain of Function” research.

Still, some cities and states continued with their flat out suppression of the constitutional rights of the people. Kalifornistan, which has become a Constitution Free Zone as well as a virtual Third World Hell Hole, continues punishing people who engage in “Wrongthink.” Here are the details from the Post Millennial:
California’s Legislature on Monday passed a bill that would allow regulators to punish doctors for spreading misinformation and disinformation about Covid-19 vaccinations and treatments.

Well, so much for the 1st Amendment. I wonder who will decide what is “misinformation” and “disinformation?”
AB 2098, if signed by Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom, would designate spreading false or misleading medical information to patients as “unprofessional conduct,” subject to punishment by the Medical Board of California which licenses doctors. Punishments could include suspending or revoking a doctor’s license to practice medicine in the state.
I wonder if Gruesome Newsom is stupid enough to sign this into law? Who am I kidding? Of course he is.

The legislation defines disinformation as falsehoods “deliberately disseminated with malicious intent or an intent to mislead,” and misinformation as spreading information “that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus contrary to the standard of care.”
Ahh yes, the old “The science is settled!” crap. This is usually used by Liberals to suppress any dissenting opinions, especially if it might actually overturn their religious views.
Newsom has not yet taken a public position on the law and has three weeks to sign the legislation.
He’s currently holding up his finger and checking the political wind direction.
If enacted, the law will likely face a legal challenge over freedom of speech concerns

It’s a blatant assault on the 1st Amendment, and with a doctor’s relationship with his or her patient.
Other states have sought to protect doctors who have advocated for treatments involving hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, and other medications from punishment by regulatory boards.
Here is where the left’s religion comes into play. They will scream “The Science is Settled!” and promptly shut down anything that doesn’t agree with them. They won’t even permit actual scientific investigation to determine if something that some doctors think is helpful, actually is.
The classic case is hydroxychloroquine. This appeared to help block Covid-19 and reduce the symptoms. This was noticed by some French doctors. Other doctors put together a “Drug Cocktail” using this drug and an antibiotic and a little zinc. The Ruling Medical Elites not only refused to investigate this, they punished anyone looking into this therapy. I don’t know if there ever was any actual clinical trials done on this.
The action by California’s Legislature followed a warning issued last year by the Federation of State Medical Boards encouraging licensing boards to do more to discipline doctors who share what they described as false claims. This was similar to a warning from the American Medical Association that spreading disinformation violates the code of ethics that licensed doctors agree to follow.
The Federation of State Medical Boards wrote in April, “Inaccurate information spread by physicians can have pernicious influences on individuals with widespread negative impact, especially through the ubiquity of smartphones and other internet-connected devices on wrists, desktops, and laptops reaching across thousands of miles to other individuals in an instant. Physicians’ status and titles lend credence to their claims.”
This was meant to deal with quacks who were pushing treatments that were blatantly fraudulent, such as magnets curing cancer. As I recall, when hydroxychloroquine was looked into as a potential treatment, there was some interest from the medical community right up until President Trump mentioned it and suggested it should be investigated. That was when the “Medical Experts” promptly shut down any research into it and started threatening medical professionals who were looking into it.
According to the New York Times, the legislation was originally part of Covid-related bills proposed by a legislative working group with many of the most contentious bills having stalled or died, including one that would have required all California schoolchildren to be vaccinated.
The mandatory Covid vaccine push, especially on children, has backfired almost to the point of violence. People flat out refused to take the vaccines for a number of reasons and others only took them due to the threats of losing their jobs.
Now we know that the vaccines aren’t all that good and in a few cases, have proven to be dangerous. More importantly, the Fauci Bioweapon is actually not bad with regards to children. They’ve been throwing it right off when they catch it. It’s been far more dangerous to those with a compromised immune system.
State Senator Richard Pan, a Democrat from Sacramento and a co-author of the bill said, “In order for a patient to give informed consent, they have to be well informed,” and added that the law was intended to address “the most egregious cases” of deliberately misleading patients.
This is all about limiting information to patients and interfering with the doctor/patient relationship. It’s also flat out dangerous. If a doctor sees that there is a potential treatment that the Ruling Elites have decided is bad, with no actual research, and that doctor talks to his patient about it, that doctor will be destroyed. Needless to say there are already groups seeking to put a stop to this.
A group called the Physicians for Informed Consent opposed the legislation, saying it would silence doctors, and filed a lawsuit this month to seek an injunction preventing the Medical Board of California from disciplining doctors based on accusations of disinformation. In the suit, the group called the legislation’s definition of misinformation “hopelessly vague.”
Here’s a little bit of information I recently learned about. During the Panicdemic, a drug was found to have potential benefits in treating the Fauci bioweapon. This drug, Ivermectin, is also used as an anti-parasitic. It came into public view when Joe Rogan spoke about it.
Almost instantly, the CDC, NIH and all the other progressive groups attacked Rogan, belittled the idea that it was useful and threatened doctors who prescribed it. This is exactly what that Fascist pig’s legislation would ban. Doctors looking into a drug used for one thing that might be useful for another.
Well guess what happened recently? Doctors ignored the guidelines and treated people suffering from the Fauci Flu. They also documented it and it turned out that it was actually very effective in reducing the effects of the Fauci Bioweapon. Now the NIH has posted new guidelines on how to use it. As I recall, Anthony Fauci was one of those loudly denying the drug would work.
If the midterm elections go the way many believe they will, the new congress is going to be, for lack of a better term, ripping the CDC several new ones. Fauci is planning on retiring to a non-extradition country, or so the rumors go, and I won’t be surprised to see some major budget cuts and new actions regarding oversight into these agencies. As for this drek in Kalifornistan? If it passes, it will probably be overturned by the courts. If it’s upheld, expect to see an exodus of doctors from the state.
