Good day all. As the world becomes more dangerous, more and more people are beginning to realize that President* Joe Biden is not mentally competent to be President of the United States. He was never very smart of course, but now his decline seems to be increasing.
If it isn’t Dementia Joe’s inability to string two coherent sentences together without notes, (And even with notes, he still has problems), to his creepy attitude to young girls, it’s Biden’s ability to get lost coming out of the bathroom.
In that vein, we have a video from the Washington Examiner of President* Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden wandering around various stages looking completely lost.
The Main Stream Media has been covering up for Dementia Joe’s mental decline. Part of this is that they need him in office so that they can use him as a front man while they rip the country down. Another reason is that to admit that Biden is mentally incompetent would be admitting that they hated the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, so much that they were willing to put someone dangerously incompetent into the Oval office.
Now, if things go as expected in the midterm election, and the Republican Party regains control of the house and senate, there is going to be a number of investigations into the Biden Maladministration. They are also going to start looking into Dementia Joe’s actual mental fitness to hold office. Will they impeach Joe Biden? He has certainly committed any number of impeachable acts, but those are things for another post.
Will they Impeach Bumbles Biden for his apparent poor mental health? That’s something else all together. Even if the Republican party sweeps the Senate elections, they won’t have enough votes to convict and remove Biden, unless his mental state is so bad that even the Democrats conclude they have no choice.
There is also the use of the 25th Amendment by the Biden cabinet. There are several sections to the amendment dealing with a president being temporarily unfit for office. This is usually when a president is undergoing a medical procedure that requires him to be put under anesthesia with no way to wake him up quickly in an emergency. Several presidents have invoked this section fore amendment over the years.
The section to remove a president is Section 4: Declaration by vice president and cabinet members of president’s inability. Here is the text of Section 4:
Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
This is almost as difficult as a standard impeachment, but it also provides the party that holds the office of President an “Honorable” way to remove someone who is obviously unfit. This might be the way the Democrats use to get rid of the unmitigated disaster that is Joe Biden, and hand the reigns of power over to the other unmitigated disaster, Vice President Kamala Heels Up Harris.
If the Cabinet and the Democrats start moving to implement the 25th, it’s not impossible that Dementia Joe, in a moment of clarity, might see the writing on the wall and resign from office. From the rumors I’ve heard, it’s Jill “Call me Doctor” Biden who is blocking any attempts to remove Dementia Joe from office. She wouldn’t be the first “First” lady to do this.
One of the reasons for the passing of the 25th Amendment was the incapacitation by stroke of President Woodrow Wilson. His wife and a few others actively conspired to keep the medical information on just how bad off Wilson was from the Congress. If they had known, they would have impeached and removed him.
Joe Biden has always been unfit to hold any office. Prior to his appointment to the office by the Deep State and the FBI, he was known as a backstabbing third rate party hack. He is a pathological liar, made worse with his diminishing mental capacity. The only reason he was selected by Obama to be his vice president was to use him as “Impeachment insurance.” Everyone knew even then that Biden would have been the disaster he is proving he is today.
2023, after the new Congress is sworn in and takes office is going to be very interesting. Dementia Joe has managed to hold on to Office for one reason only. The Democrats will always protect their own, and if he is removed due to his age and mental infirmity, can San Fran Nan, UpChuck Schumer and Cocaine Mitch McConnell be far behind?
