Pinterest about to shaft Anger Central?

Hello everyone, This is just a brief note. For the last few years, we’ve been storing meme’s and other images that the always to be forgotten Angry Webmaster gathered or made. We did this to save space on our hosted server.

A while back, Pinterest deleted an image saying it violated their standards, whatever those are. They didn’t bother to inform us what that image was and we were never able to find it. Since there were no broken image links, we assumed it was one the Angry Webmaster had stored there for later use.

A few months back another meme that the Webmaster created was deleted by Pinterest, citing fact checkers saying it was false or some such nonsense. This time we saw the broken link. We lucked out in that the blithering idiot had also posted it elsewhere and we were able to recover it and upload it into our local storage. Here is the image in question:

As you can see, it was another cover up by Big Tech. As we’ve seen with the Twitter Files, the DoJ, FBI, DHS, Democrats and the Deep State have been colluding with Big Tech to suppress the 1st Amendment rights of the American people.

Today, the Angry Webmaster sat down and began working on a new post. As is typical for him, he had another window open to Pinterest with our boards and images ready. When he went into an image to drill down and get to the actual url for it, an error was returned saying that the “Page was not found.”

The Angry Webmaster tried several more images, all with the same results. It now appears that Pinterest as done something to prevent us from linking to our property. So, instead of writing up the next week’s posts, and a commenting on the latest Twitter Files drop, the two of us have spent the day downloading all of the images in case Pinterest destroys our account.

There are hundreds of them, and Pinterest does not have any tools that let you download everything in one compressed file. This meant that we had to do the old “Right click and save image” thing hundreds of times. It looks like we have all of them saved to local storage.

We’re also backing it up to our off site storage as well. We don’t plan on importing the files into our hosting service unless we have to. If we start seeing broken image links, then we will have to bring them in. As you might expect, this is all damn annoying. I had other things I planned on doing today, not protecting our property from tyrannical Zuckerbergs.

In case you weren’t aware, Pinterest is owned by Facebook. I have a sneaking suspicion that the tyrants of Facebook are either going to throw our “company” Facebook page into Facebook Jail or just blow it away. Well, we’ve been setting things up on MeWe and other social media sites for a while now and you should come over and join us.

Looking at the posts in our group, the last few seem to not be showing preview images, unless they were from our local hosting storage. This seems to have started a few days ago, and I suspect that was when Pinterest turned on their censorship thumbscrews.

In any case, we wanted to make you aware that “Bad Things” might be coming for us and to let you know we have made preparations. If we see a sea of broken image links, well we know what happened and we will work on them as time permits.

Thank you
