Good day all. As I write this, The Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump is heading to New York to face down the Banana Republic of New York City District Attorney, Alvin Bragg(art).

Over the weekend, another innocent person ran afoul of the corrupt office of the Manhattan District Attorney. A man was robbed at gunpoint, shot, injured and managed to get the gun away from the criminal who tried to kill him. He then shot him with his own gun.
In almost any other part of the United States, the victim would have been given a pat on the back. In New York City, the District Attorney ordered him arrested and charged with attempted murder.

The outcry appears to have caused the fat slob of a District Attorney to change what passes for his mind. He has reversed course and cleared the victim and charged the actual criminal instead. That Bragg(art) even considered charging the actual victim isn’t surprising. That’s how his office is run. His chief inquisitor, Meg Reiss, doesn’t think that criminals are all that bad. Here are the details from Fox News:
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s chief prosecutor has argued for critical race theory ideology to be integrated into the criminal justice system as part of a “new paradigm of prosecution,” while claiming criminals are not necessarily “bad dudes,” Fox News Digital found.
Chief Assistant District Attorney Meg Reiss was brought in to Bragg’s office in January 2022. Reiss has repeatedly said she is trying to “actually change… an understanding that people have about prosecution,” including their views about violence.
“So one of the first things [to] do is change the language: ‘the bad dude.’ What does that mean? What are the circumstances of that person coming into the criminal justice system in the first place? And what is the background to that person?” she said in a 2017 interview unearthed by Fox News Digital.
She continued, “And is there a solution, alternative solution for that person other than being incarcerated? So, I mean, that’s one of the fundamental places we have to start is what does that mean, ‘bad dude?'”
These are the people who are making up charges to “Get” President Trump. Since that oxygen thief took office, crime in New York City has exploded, and it will only get worse.
As part of Reiss’ goals to radically change the criminal justice system, Reiss created the Institute for Innovation on Prosecution in 2016 at John Jay College, which collaborates with prosecution offices, including the Manhattan DA, to bring about racial equity reforms rooted in critical race theory ideology. She left in 2018, and was listed as a leader in numerous reports relating to their agenda.
The institute believes in an ideologically driven approach to prosecution that takes into account historical factors. For example, the Institute argued in a report, signed with Reiss’ name, that prosecutors must focus on “acknowledging our nation’s shameful history of slavery and racism which continues to cloud the criminal justice system.”

If you want to know just how bad things are, the IIP has suggested that prosecutors should intentionally undermine charges that the police bring to them. This is being done in St. Louis under the corrupt DA, Kim Gardner. I believe this is one of the charges that the State Attorney General has brought up in his move to remove Gardner from office.
“Your charging authority gives you the power to check and counterbalance some police actions,” IIP said. “Recognize the systems that are upstream from your office that may perpetuate racial disparities in the justice system, and take steps in your own office to resist those trends.”
In many cases, these criminals are caught in the act. What Bragg(art)’s Chief Assistant DA wants to do is let dangerous criminals go if they happen to be black. (I don’t see any remarks on Asians or Hispanics, but then, Liberals don’t care about them anyway)
Bragg’s chief has said she believes all prosecutors have a “responsibility” to fix “mass incarceration,” the term for what critics believe is overuse of detention centers that disproportionately affects minorities, even before they’ve been convicted of an offense.
Gee, does this include all the January 6th defendants who are coming up on 3 years of imprisonment without trial? Somehow, I don’t think Reiss has any problem with putting people who are Republicans or Trump supporters in prison without charge. They’re just white people and Republicans or Conservatives after all. Totally unimportant.
The Fox story goes on to detail just what Reiss and Bragg have done since Bragg took office and brought Reiss on board. The short version is that crime in Manhattan has skyrocketed.
The policies advocated by prosecutors such as Reiss are believed by critics to be catastrophic to public safety. Reiss denies her policies to scale back on incarceration affect crime rates.
These are the people who intend to railroad the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump into prison on, bluntly, false charges. They are one of the major reasons this country is on the cusp of a shooting civil war. This is the last thing any rational person wants, but Progressive are anything but rational.
The House of Representatives, under Republican control, has begin looking into the antics of Alvin Bragg and his staff. One of the ideas being floated would be ending the limited immunity that prosecutors have. This would mean that when they abuse their authority and are proven to have violated the rights of people they’re accusing, they can be held civilly liable.
Of course the Democrats will be opposed, but they are the ones who have been pushing to have the limited immunity of police officers stripped. Sauce for the goose after all. The GOP, at least the non-RINO parts of it, are starting to use the Democrats own playbook against them. Bringing down Soros DA’s like Bragg and his underlings, will be a good start.
