Good day all. Rashida Tlaib is a member of the House of Representatives, allegedly representing a district in Michigan. She is actually a representative of Hamas and has been demanding that the United States stop supporting Israel and start supporting that Terrorist group.
Recently reports came out that Israel was concerned that the International Criminal Court in the Hague was about to do something really stupid and issue a warrant for the arrest of Prime Minister Netanyahu. I wrote about this a week or so ago. A number of people in Israel and the United States have said this would be nothing more then a political ploy by the Euotrash and would not only be unenforceable, but a good way to get a few judges and prosecutors at the ICC very dead.
Then we have Rashida Tlaib. She has been firmly in the “Ra Ra Kill all the Jews! Save Hamas!” wing of the Democrat Party. When she heard about the rumors that the ICC was going to issue a warrant for Netanyahu, she jumped fully on board. Here are the details from Fox News:
“Squad” member Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., called for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior officials in Israel for what she called violations of the Genocide Convention under international law.
This, well call her what she is, a treasonous support of a terrorist group that committed actual crimes against humanity, wouldn’t know international law, if it landed on her head. Israel is not committing genocide. In fact, a case might be made against Tlaib that she is calling for the extermination of the Jews in Israel and the world. Gee, who else called for that?
“It’s no coincidence that immediately after our government sent the Israeli apartheid regime over $14 billion with absolutely no conditions on upholding human rights, Netanyahu began a ground invasion of Rafah to continue the genocide of Palestinians — with ammunition and bombs paid for by our tax dollars,” she said. “Over 1.5 million Palestinian civilians, including over 600,000 children, are trapped in Rafah, living in makeshift tents, without food, clean water, sanitation, medicine, or any form of shelter.”
Oh dear me, how horrible! The Palestinians start a war with Israel and expected to just go on with their lives, sitting at home and watching videos on how to build custom fitted suicide vests for their children? No, that isn’t what happens in a war.
Israel is not deliberately targeting civilians, not that there are any over the age of 3 as far as I’m concerned, however, Hamas has stashed weapons and explosives in violation of the various conventions that Tlaib is referring to in hospitals, mosques, schools and apartment buildings. All of these have been connected with tunnels and when the Israelis hit one of these tunnels, all that ordnance goes up in a secondary explosion.
Tlaib accused Israeli forces of killing over 35,000 Palestinians and displacing families in Rafah, exposing them to more “unimaginable human suffering.”
That number comes from Hamas and has already been discredited. Of course, Tlaib is a liar and supports terrorism, so of course she will say this. As for clearing civilians from Rafah, well Duh! It’s called clearing the battlefield and trying to avoid the very same civilian casualties Tlaib is ranting about.
She also warned her constituents in the release that many of her colleagues would express concern over the “crimes against humanity” in Rafah, even though the same colleagues voted in favor of giving Netanyahu the means to do so.
“Do not be misled, they gave their consent for these atrocities, and our country is actively participating in genocide,” Tlaib said. “For months, Netanyahu made his intent to invade Rafah clear, yet the majority of my colleagues and President Biden sent more weapons to enable the massacre.”
That may have changed. Dementia Joe’s handlers have told him to stop sending weapons to Israel in order to save Hamas. That isn’t going to stop Israel. They are on the cusp of victory and will destroy Hamas.
She claimed Netanyahu will only stay in power as long as fighting continues, adding that the U.S. must stop funding Israel.
Here, Tlaib might actually be right. Netanyahu screwed up with regards to preventing the October 7th attack. I suspect that once things are finished, he will either step down or lose a vote of No Confidence. However, that’s something for the Israelis to determine, not this terrorist supporting antisemitic traitor.
“I urge the ICC [International Criminal Court] to swiftly issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu and senior Israeli officials to finally hold them accountable for this genocide, as is obviously warranted by these well-documented violations of the Genocide Convention under international law.”
Tlaib apparently isn’t familiar with the United States answer to the ICC. It’s called, unofficially the Invade the Hague act. I have no doubt, considering how the Eurotrash has historically treated Israel and Jews, that Israel has something similar. Tlaib also has opposition to this nitwit idea in the Congress as well.
Despite the “Squad” member’s request for action, 12 U.S. senators warned Karim A. A. Khan, the prosecutor for the ICC, that any actions against Netanyahu and other Israeli officials would result in severe sanctions.
Personally, I think those sanctions would be rather lethal.
In a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, the 12 senators, led by Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., told Khan the arrest of Netanyahu would not only be illegitimate. It also lacked a legal basis.
Since when has the ICC cared about legality?
“The ICC is attempting to punish Israel for taking legitimate actions of self-defense against their Iranian-backed aggressors. In fact, in your own words, you witnessed ‘scenes of calculated cruelty’ conducted by Hamas in Israel following the October 7 attacks,” the letter states. “These arrest warrants would align the ICC with the largest state sponsor of terrorism and its proxy. To be clear, there is no moral equivalence between Hamas’s terrorism and Israel’s justified response.”
The ICC, if they wanted to maintain any actual credibility, would be going after Hamas and those supporting them. They won’t for a very simple reason. Hamas and it’s allies will use their own version of “Bomb the Hague” if they tried and they don’t particularly care about collateral damage.
The letter also reminded Khan that neither the U.S. nor Israel are members of the ICC, and any action against them is outside the organization’s jurisdiction.
I wasn’t sure about Israel being a part of that system. I know the United States told them a couple of decades ago to pound sand or we would pound on them. I would suggest that Israel remind the ICC that they aren’t a party to it either and will take whatever action is needed to dissuade them if they try this.
“If you issue a warrant for the arrest of the Israeli leadership, we will interpret this not only as a threat to Israel’s sovereignty but to the sovereignty of the United States,” the senators said. “The United States will not tolerate politicized attacks by the ICC on our allies. Target Israel and we will target you.”
That would require a president who hasn’t just bent the knee to Hamas, which that senile idiot in the White House has pretty much just done. However, the next president won’t be a Democrat and won’t be bending any knees to terrorists and the Eurotrash elites.
The letter warned that any action against either country would result in the end of all American support for the ICC, sanctioning of ICC employees and associates and barring Khan and his family from the U.S.
That would be a minimum action, something to start with. If the ICC were to issue that warrant and somehow get their hands on Benjamin Netanyahu, then the Mossad and the IDF Special Forces should go to the Hague and burn it to the ground with all these self important asses locked inside.
One of the things that the Brussels Bullies seem to have forgotten is that the Hague is within range of Israel’s nuclear forces. Grabbing their prime minister would be seen as a casus belli to Israel and they would be justified in taking very direct action. There is a reason these gutless wonders never go after certain people such as Vladimir Putin. The Russians would launch an attack on the Hague as would the Iranians and a number of others.
As for Tlaib, she needs to be removed from the House of Representatives, and if possible, criminally charged. As it is, the “Squad” is coming under attack by their own constituents and several are probably going to lose their primaries. (Tlaib, sadly, isn’t one of them) If Tlaib is so hot to help Hamas, then she needs to fly to Rafah and fie gloriously with them. She won’t though. She’s a coward like most progressives and would fold like a rag if confronted.
