Good day all. We are rapidly approaching January 20th and the inauguration of President Donald Trump for his second term. As expected, the Progressive Liberal Democrats are not happy about this situation.
Most of the Democrats have accepted the fact that Kackling Kamala Harris lost in a landslide after running one of the most incompetent campaigns since Felonia von Pantsuit. The victory by President Trump exceeded the Democrats ability to steal it, and the fact that everyone was watching out for potential fraud also helped to insure the vote was generally honest.
However, it seems that a pair of real moonbats are trying to get Congress to refuse to accept the results of the Electoral vote and put Harris into the White House instead of President Trump. Now this is something that Trump and others were looking at after the Tainted Election of 2020. There was a lot of really funny things going on. President Trump wanted Congress to send everything back to the states to be double checked. Instead, Vice President Back Stabber backed the Deep State.
This time, the two moonbats are trying to use the 14th Amendment and claim that President Trump isn’t eligible because he was fomenting insurrection. Here are some of the details from the Daily Wire:
Two liberal attorneys claimed Thursday that Congress can still prevent President-elect Donald Trump from taking office — and elect Vice President Kamala Harris in his place — if they act fast.
Congress can reject electoral votes on when they gather to certify them on Jan. 6 because Trump is disqualified from holding office under 14th Amendment, which restricts anyone who took an oath to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection” from holding office, attorneys Evan Davis and David Schulte wrote in a column for The Hill.

“The unlikelihood of congressional Republicans doing anything that might elect Harris as president is obvious,” the attorneys wrote. “But Democrats need to take a stand against Electoral College votes for a person disqualified by the Constitution from holding office unless and until this disability is removed. No less is required by their oath to support and defend the Constitution.”
Lawmakers have grounds to dispute the vote if electors were “not lawfully certified” or if the vote was “not regularly given,” they claim.
“A vote for a candidate disqualified by the Constitution is plainly in accordance with the normal use of words ‘not regularly given,’” the attorneys argued, writing that disqualification for insurrection is “no different from disqualification based on other constitutional requirements such as age, citizenship from birth and 14 years’ residency in the United States.”
Insurrection is a very specific charge, much like treason. Not one single person has been charged with insurrection regarding the January 6th, 2021 protest. There were a few Proud Boys who were charged and convicted of Sedition, however, they weren’t in Washington DC on January 6th. That case is, I assume, under appeal since it was blatantly political in nature.
“To make an objection under the Count Act requires a petition signed by 20 percent of the members of each House,” they continued. “If the objection is sustained by majority vote in each house, the vote is not counted and the number of votes required to be elected is reduced by the number of disqualified votes. If all votes for Trump were not counted, Kamala Harris would be elected president.”
This is just yet another attempt by people suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome to “Get Trump!” It has zero chance of happening. There may be a few idiots on the Democrat side in Congress who will support this, but the majority won’t.
The Democrats love to say that “Donald Trump sent his MAGA people to invade the Capitol!!” There are a number of major problems with that, the big one being that President Trump didn’t do that. He called on his supporters to “Peacefully” go to the Capitol and protest, which is their right. He also was concerned that there might be issues and ordered the Pentagon to get some troops into place. This order was flat out disobeyed.
There are a whole host of things that have come out over the last few years, not a single one of them pointing to any sort of insurrection by President Trump’s supporters. The Democrats, on the other hand, are actively talking about rebellion and aiding criminals who have illegally entered the United States. This column in The Hill has been roundly and soundly taken to task. Here are few of those details from Fox News:
The column garnered swift and fierce backlash online, with critics accusing the authors of “endorsing insurrection.”
“Oh, look. Democrats want to steal the election and invalidate the will of the American people. Threat to Democracy,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung wrote on X.
“Sounds like @thehill is endorsing insurrection. Yes, try blocking the inauguration of a President who won the popular vote and the electoral college. Let’s see how that goes for y’all,” anti-woke activist Robby Starbuck said.
“This article constitutes a conspiracy to overturn the 2024 election,” Will Chamberlain, Senior Counsel at the Article III Project, posted.
And the hits just kept on coming. No one with any functioning brain cells, (Which lets out Dementia Joe Biden and most Democrats), believe that this will happen. This isn’t 2021 and we didn’t have a lot of very questionable things happen with regards to the vote tally. This time, there is no doubt that President Donald J. Trump mopped the proverbial floor with Kackling Kamala Harris.
All these two idiots have done is just confirm what pretty much every Republican and a large number of Independents have thought. The Democrat Party is not interested in Democracy, only absolute power and they will do literally anything to get it.
