Good day all. Saturday, October 18th, was what the Leftards called “No Kings Day.” I am happy to announce that they were successful in their protests and the United States doesn’t have a king. (Although there have been rumors that King Charles of England was going reclaim “The Colonies.”)
The entire protest was another of the Progressive Liberal Democrat Leftards attempts to try and convince America that President Trump was a tyrant bent on world domination and absolute power. In other words, the Left was projecting again. The Legacy Media, as usual, carried the water for the Left, trying to pump things up.
However, there were a few issues. Most of the major protests took place in the hard left blue cities. They were peaceful in general, (For a change), and most people just ignored them. I actually saw one of these protests while I was out and about doing some errands. The protest I saw amounted to a half dozen elderly people on a bridge over the highway holding up no kings signs.
The reports of the Boston, Massachusetts protest, while larger, was also made up of generally older people. Here are a few details on that from Breitbart:
Saturday on NBC 10 Boston reporter Sue O’Connell said the crowd at the “No Kings” rally in downtown Boston was older, “white hair” folks.
O’Connell said, “So from what we can see from our viewpoint here in the studio and talking to our crew on the ground and some people I know who are there, this is an older crowd. There’s not a lot of folks, and granted, it’s a big crowd here, I’m not good at estimating, but it’s definitely over 2000, maybe close to 3000. We can’t see everyone, but it’s an older crowd, a lot of white hair you see out there, Q-tips, as we used to call them in the business. They are out protesting, and not a lot of young people. And also, again, portraying this I hate America idea that this is what this protest is about, showing people who are Boomers and middle-aged out taking time from their day on a Saturday to come and protest and be heard at the nation’s oldest public park, Boston Common, in the home of democracy and the revolution in Boston.”
Translation, we had a bunch of retirees with nothing better to do and who wanted to relive their glory days protesting the Vietnam War. The younger people? They actually had things to do, either with their families or friends, and a large number of them have moved away from the Democrat’s view of things. Many of them support what President Trump is trying to do.
Then we have the “Massive” protest in New York’s Times Square. That protest broke up very quickly at 1PM EST. Reportedly, that was all George Soros was willing to pay for. There were a number of other “Protests” where people showed up who admitted they had been payed to be there. A number actually had no idea what was going on and the “Activists” we handing out cards with a list of protest chants they wanted their paid shills to yell.
On the other side of the political aisle, we had President Trump and the First Meme Division. Things started out early when President Trump and several of his people launched an invasion of the Progressive secured “Safe Space,” Bluesky. Bluesky came into it’s lunatic own after Elon Musk bought out Twitter and began restoring the platform to what it was allegedly intended for. A place where everyone could speak their minds, shoot their mouths off and post on both sides of the political aisle.
When President Trump and team showed up, they promptly started trolling the Leftards in the one place they thought was safe from things like differing opinions, logic and rational debate. Here are a few details on that from Associated with terrorists Press:
In its inaugural post, the White House account offered a sizzle reel of the administration’s memes, trolls and messages from President Donald Trump’s nine months since returning to office. The post appeared aimed at tweaking liberals who aren’t fans of the Republican president.
The first post included mentions of the administration’s executive order renaming the Gulf of Mexico, a doctored image of Democratic House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries adorned in a sombrero with a faux mustache, and stream of photos and video from other big moments in the early going of Trump’s second term.
“What’s up, Bluesky?” the White House said in a message accompanying the video. ”We thought you might’ve missed some of our greatest hits, so we put this together for you. Can’t wait to spend more quality time together!”
There were worries that Antifa would show up and start their usual antics, but it looks like they either didn’t put in an appearance or they actually behaved themselves. I suspect that it’s beginning to sink in to these thick headed thugs, that play time is over and we are moving into prison time.
The claim of the “Organizers,” basically the Democrat Party, was that there were 2600 protests around the country. If they were anything like I witnessed, almost all of those protests were either just a handful of people or were made up of paid protesters. The Mainstream legacy media, aka the Democrat Propaganda Corps, will play this is as a major protest. What it actually was, was a bunch of whiny liberal crybabies who are upset that they aren’t getting their way anymore. For the rest of the country, it was just another Saturday. (I understand that for people who are Jewish, this was their Shabbat, or day of rest. That would be Sundays for Christians)
Between the Democrats actively protecting illegal aliens and other criminals, the Democrats Schumer Shutdown, the leftist threats and violence, the majority of people have had enough with the Never Trump nonsense and are telling those suffering from Stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome to seek professional help. If things go as I hope for local elections next month and the midterms next year, the Democrats are going to either going to sit back and rethink their platforms, or they’re going to go completely off the deep end. My bet is on the latter.
