Good day all. Sunday, (May 21st), President Trump was firing out his tweets, one of which basically lowered the boom on the Department of Justice. It came out last week that in 2016, during the election, the Obama DoJ sent in “Informants” to spy on the Trump campaign.
Ever since Donald Trump won the election, the CommuNazis and the Deep State Uniparty types in Washington have been trying to “Get him.” For the last 18 months all we’ve heard is “Russia! Russia!Russia!” and “Collusion! Collusion! Collusion!” When President Trump appointed Jeff “Sleepy” Sessions as Attorney general, the idea was that Sessions would clean up the mess left by Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch. Instead, Sessions basically went to sleep. (I suspect he’s out by the end of the year)
Well, it looks like President Trump has had enough. With the news that the Obama Administration was flat out spying on the Trump Campaign, President Trump demanded that the DoJ and FBI be investigated. According to the Washington Times:
In a tweet on Sunday, the president said he will officially call for an investigation to determine the extent of the FBI’s infiltration into his campaign and where the order originated.
“I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes — and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” the president tweeted.
We have seen over the years just how corrupt the DoJ became under Obama, Holder and Lynch. Eric Holder became the first Attorney General in History to be held in Contempt of Congress. Sleepy Sessions has also been threatened with contempt for the same reason. The outright refusal to provide Congress they demanded.
Yesterday, (May 22nd), President Trump put an end to the stonewalling by the Deep State Swamp dwellers in the DoJ. He issued an order telling them to provide Congress with all the records they have asked for. Here are some of those details from The Washington Times:
President Trump ordered his chief of staff Monday to make sure Congress gets “highly classified” information from the Justice Department, intelligence community and FBI — including details that could shed light on whether the FBI had an informant investigate the Trump campaign.
Mr. Trump also officially requested an inspector general’s investigation into the FBI’s “tactics” toward the Trump campaign in 2016, and the White House and Justice Department said Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein agreed to convey the directive.
First, It’s President Trump, not Mr. Trump while he holds office. Second, Rodentstain has just felt a cold breeze on the back of his slimey neck. If he plays games with this order the way he has everything else, he’s out. On the other hand, he’s also neck deep in the sewage in the Justice Department.
At a meeting that also included Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats and FBI Director Christopher A. Wray, Mr. Trump ordered them to play ball with House lawmakers looking into reports that the FBI recruited an informant to try to get information from key campaign officials.
President Trump has been taking a “Hands off” approach when it came to the DoJ. He didn’t want to look like he was interfering with any of the investigations. He was also perfectly willing to let Congress do it’s job. (Actually, one of the things president Trump has been doing, unlike any of his predecessors going back to Bush 1, is forcing congress to do it’s job) However, when Sleepy Sessions continued the stonewalling, albeit at a far lesser level than Lynch and Holder, along with the threat of a contempt charge against Sessions, he decided the time was right to step in, and like the boss he is, he came in hard.
Chief of Staff John F. Kelly was assigned to make sure Congress gets all the information it is requesting after administration officials balked this month, saying they feared crossing critical secrecy lines if they revealed too much.
In other words, the Deep State Uniparty types are terrified that the facts of their actions will come out and they are going to end up in a courtroom facing charges. Some of the documents that Congress has been able to pry loose, after the DoJ claimed they were secret, showed that all they were doing was protecting themselves.
Mr. Trump has deeply involved himself after reports that Cambridge professor Stefan Halper, 73, acted as an FBI informant who met with Trump campaign officials, and even tried to pry loose information that the campaign may have had about Russian hacking into the Democratic National Committee’s email.
The Democrats CommuNazis are, as you would expect, running scared and making their usual threats.
On Monday, Democrats said Mr. Trump is too involved and warned of a looming constitutional crisis if he continues.
Actually, President Trump hasn’t been involved at all, other then firing off blistering tweets. That’s been the problem. He turned the DoJ over to Sleepy Sessions expecting him to do his job. He hasn’t. One of Sessions’s jobs was providing information to Congress when requested. Since Sessions hasn’t, President Trump had to step in. Of course, the CommuNazis think that President Trump doing his constitutional duties is a threat to the Democrat CommuNazi Party and an outright threat to their perverted idea of the Republic.
“The president’s behavior is the kind of grossly autocratic behavior we’d expect in a banana republic, not a mature democracy,” Mr. Schumer said.
Mr. Schumer said the president’s outburst is an effort to distract from more news reports about irregularities in the 2016 campaign.
Of course, Schumer won’t bother to mention that after 2 years, the irregularities have been on the CommuNazi side of the aisle, not the Republican. Meanwhile, the Obama minions are beginning to see that they are in real jeopardy.
Top officials from the Obama administration also accused the president Monday of raw political intervention, while other congressional Democrats said their Republican colleagues’ demands for information seem less about abuse of power and more about undermining special counsel Robert Mueller.
Well now, since it looks like most of those “Top Officials” are potentially looking at serious prison time, it makes sense that they want to belittle the investigations into their actions.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, urged Mr. Rosenstein to resist Republicans’ demands. She noted that the Justice Department has said that revealing nonpublic investigative details could compromise an investigation, violate privacy rights of those ensnared in the investigation or give rise to speculation of political influence.
Do you mean how the Obama DoJ lied to the courts to get warrants, spied on the Trump Campaign, classified information that actually put them in a bad light, and basically acted as a secret police organization for the CommuNazis? Pull the other finger, it has a bell on it.
The simple fact is, Donald Trump was never supposed to win either the Nomination or the election. The presidency was supposed to go to Felonia von Pantsuit, who would have promptly buried all the investigations, and probably a few investigators, in the deepest part of the Beltway Swamp. She lost and lost badly to someone who is not beholding to the Deep State Uniparty.
President Trump is actually following the Constitution and the laws and this is driving the CommuNazis and others in the Uniparty nuts. I suspect that after the midterm elections, you are going to see the CommuNazis go completely off the rails, no matter if they win or lose.
