Good day all. The House of Representatives went over to the CommuNazis for this session. The reasons are simple, a number of gutless GOP(e) Never Trump RINOs quit. This has led to the lunatics such as Adam Schiff taking control and promising to “GET TRUMP NO MATTER WHAT!!’
Schifface has long stated that the discredited “Trump Dossier” was in fact, factual an accurate. We now know that it was paid for by Felonia von Pantsuit and the author pretty much made up everything in it. Not being one to let the facts or truth stand in his way, Schiftface is replicating the Mueller investigation by hiring investigators who have already made up their minds. Here are the details from the Washington Times (Paywalled):
The man whom Rep. Adam Schiff has hired as the new director of investigations for the House intelligence committee is a big proponent of the discarded dossier about President Trump, tweeting as recently as Dec. 27 that “nothing has been undermined thus far.”
Mr. Schiff, California Democrat and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, announced the appointment Tuesday of Daniel Goldman, a former assistant U.S. attorney and mob prosecutor in Manhattan. Like Mr. Schiff, Mr. Goldman is a big fan of the Democratic-financed dossier written by ex-British spy Christopher Steele in a bid to destroy the Trump candidacy.
Well, it’s nice to see that the CommuNazis fully intend to conduct an honest, impartial hearing. (In case you haven’t guessed, that was sarcasm)
Mr. Goldman has endorsed Mr. Steele’s tale of how former Trump attorney Michael Cohen secretly traveled to Prague in August 2016 to meet with Vladimir Putin aides and to orchestrate a coverup of Russian hacking. On Dec. 27, Mr. Goldman responded to a disputed McClatchy news service story that said a cell tower picked up a ping from Mr. Cohen’s phone near Prague.
Mr. Goldman tweeted, “a few reax points: 1) If Mueller knows this, and Cohen came clean (as they say he did), why not plead to lying to Congress about this? 2) critical corroboration of Steele Dossier. Nothing has been undermined thus far. 3) collusion!! 4) big cover-up.”
There is just one teensy weensy little problem with all this. Cohen never went to Prague and continued to deny it during his “Testimony” in front of Schiftface’s committee.
Cohen testified last month to the House Oversight Committee that he has never been to Prague and hasn’t told Special Counsel Robert Mueller that he did. Since Cohen has been convicted of other crimes and now has publicly turned against the man whom he served for years as a “fixer,” he’d have every reason to say that he’d been to Prague if he ever had and that his years of denials of the Steele Dossier were further lies in service of Mr. Trump. But he has remained firm in denying the Prague visit to this day.
Cohen is already a proven liar, however, in this case it can be shown that he didn’t go to Prague and meet with the Russians. His passport would have shown the entry and exit stamps for the Untied States and the EU. As to that alleged “ping” from a cell tower? Note that it isn’t from any law enforcement agency, it’s from one of the Main Stream Media companies. We’ve seen just how accurate they’ve been the last few years.
I haven’t been able to find much about this Goldman character. If his statements regarding the fake dossier are any indication, I think a number of his prosecutions while an assistant U.S. attorney should be very carefully checked. His statements regarding President Trump show he has no intention of conducting an impartial investigation. As for Schiftface, He is well on his way to getting slapped down hard by the judicial branch.
Mr. Schiff has announced a wide probe into Mr. Trump, his family and his businesses, investigations that Mr. Goldman will oversee.
This is blatant abuse of congressional power to hold an investigation. What we’re seeing here is a classic witch hunt and flat out harassment of citizens. The various house committees are already sending out subpoenas to people only slightly connected to the Trump family and President Trump.
Some of the lawyers I’ve been reading have strongly suggested going to court to have the subpoenas quashed. I am certainly no lawyer and can’t say if the courts can quash a congressional subpoena, I have found a site that does seem to provide some information on the subject. Please understand that I have no way to validate the information they provide.
In any case, we can expect these investigations to be nothing more than a show trial. The Democrats CommuNazis refuse to accept the 2016 election results. With this appointment by Adam Schiftface, we can expect a flat out assault against anyone who has anything to do with President Trump. The judges at the Salem witch trials, if they were alive, would approve whole heartedly.
Of course, all it will take is one person saying “You have done enough. Have you no sense of decency sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?” (Joseph N. Welch during the McCarthy-Army hearings) Of course, since Goldman, Schiftface and the other CommuNazis have no decency, look at them going totally overboard with false accusations, leaks and flat out lies.
