Good day all. The Democrats can’t seem to help themselves these days. If it isn’t giving illegal aliens free healthcare on the backs of Americans, then you have them demanding that anyone who makes fun of members of Congress should be punished.
In the latter case, we have Florida Democrat Frederica Wilson demanding that the little girl who was known as “Mini AOC” until leftists threatened to murder her, be arrested and put in jail. In fact, she wants anyone who makes fun of her Members of Congress jailed. Here are the details from Fox News:
Democrat Rep. Frederica Wilson said people who are “making fun” of members of Congress online should be “prosecuted.” The Florida congresswoman made the comments on Tuesday outside of the Homestead Temporary Shelter for Unaccompanied Children in her home state.
“Those people who are online making fun of members of Congress are a disgrace, and there is no need for anyone to think that is unacceptable [sic],” Wilson said.
“We’re gonna shut them down and work with whoever it is to shut them down, and they should be prosecuted,” she added. “You cannot intimidate members of Congress, frighten members of Congress. It is against the law, and it’s a shame in this United States of America.”
Well, it’s nice to see that a sitting member of congress is all set to tear up the Constitution she swore to uphold. But then, she is a Democrat and every single one of them could teach Hitler, Stalin and Mao lessons in totalitarianism.
Wilson’s comments came amid a controversy over a Facebook group that includes Border Patrol agents and where they allegedly mocked and posted graphic content about members of Congress, including New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
While there might be a few issues with Border Patrol personnel making these comments, as long as they did it on their own time, and didn’t use government resources or make any threats, they have the same 1st Amendment rights as anyone else. Considering the abuse being heaped on them from members of congress, including this idiot, turnabout is fair play.
The website ProPublica posted a story Monday headlined “Inside the Secret Border Patrol Facebook Group Where Agents Joke About Migrant Deaths and Post Sexist Memes.”
In addition to showing indifference toward the deaths of migrants, members made vulgar jokes about Ocasio-Cortez and other members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus ahead of their visit a Border Patrol facility in Texas on Monday, the story alleged.
They should visit this site. I probably make them look tame in comparison.
Wilson also blamed President Trump for people losing respect for Congress and the White House, saying he has “taken this country to its knees.”
And I see she has engaged in that favorite Democrat pastime, PROJECTION! This Stuttering Clusterfuck Of A Miserable Failure is one of the reasons most people would just as soon hang the whole lot of them.
The congresswoman also rose to prominence in 2017 after she leaked the conversation Trump had with the Gold Star widow whose husband died in Niger and criticized the president for being “so insensitive” after he said that the slain soldier “knew what he signed up for…but when it happens, it hurts anyway.”
There was a small problem with the story Wilson put out. It was a lie. The widow understood what President Trump was trying to say. Wilson, eavesdropping on what President Trump thought was a private, personal call decided to burnish her “Trump Hater” credentials on the body of a fallen American soldier and his family.
Wilson’s demands that people making fun of Representatives and Senators, not to mention Presidents shows that she is unfit to hold any public office. While I would like her to resign, this poorly dressed, sanctimonious pile of manure is one who believes that she deserves to be in office and that the job of Americans is to reelect her, then shut up and do what she tells them to do. Hopefully, she will face a challenger and will be sent into a well deserved political oblivion.
