Pete Buttplug will bring back the individual mandate and then some

Good day all. One of the most despised parts of Obamacare was the “Individual Mandate.” The mandate required everyone to have health insurance or they would have to pay a fine. Because of the way it was written, striking down the mandate would kill Obamacare.

When the case reached the Supreme Court, John Roberts decided to legislate from the bench and ruled the mandate was a tax. It wasn’t, but Roberts is so much of a coward and a Uniparty deep stater, he couldn’t rule that it was unconstitutional. When President Trump took office, the Republicans killed the mandate and there is now a court case moving up that Roberts dreads. Thanks to the lack of a severability clause, Roberts will have no choice but to kill Obamacare once and for all.

This brings us to Democrat Candidate Peter Buttplug. He is the mayor of South Bend Indiana and apparently, has been an unmitigated disaster as such. Of course, since he’s homosexual and a Democrat, the Democrat Propaganda Corps is protecting him. Since Obamacare is on it’s last legs, the Democrats have decided to go all in on Soviet style state run medical care with Medicare for All.

Since anyone with 2 functioning brain cells knows that state run medical systems end up killing their patients, along with the failure of Obamacare to keep any of it’s promises, most people want to stay far away from it. All that is except the most useless members of American Society, Progressives. Now Mayor Buttplug has announced that he wants to bring back the Individual Mandate and ramp itr up massively. Here are the details from The Federalist:

2020 Democratic hopeful Pete Buttigieg is promoting a version of “Medicare for All.” It’s called “Medicare for All Who Want It.” Buttigieg proposed his plan as an alternative to the plans from Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., which aim to eliminate private health insurance at a hefty price tag of $30 trillion.

That price tag is significantly low. It will cost at least double that amount over the first 10 years, if not more.

Buttigieg’s health care plan claims it will provide a government-run, affordable alternative to private health insurance without eliminating it.

His plan aims to be a moderate alternative to “Medicare for All,” however, just like Sanders’s and Warren’s plans, it advocates for the complete overhaul of private insurance.

Buttigieg’s plan would also end private insurance over time, instead of immediately, like the other radical plans put forth by Democratic presidential hopefuls.

Through Pete’s Medicare for All Who Want It plan, everyone will be able to opt in to an affordable, comprehensive public alternative. This affordable public plan will incentivize private insurers to compete on price and bring down costs. If private insurers are not able to offer something dramatically better, this public plan will create a natural glide-path to Medicare for All,” the plan reads.

This was the same load of crap pushed by Obamacare. “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan.” In the end, it’s all about taking away any choice by the average citizen and reducing them to nothing more then government owned serfs. But wait! There’s more!

The “Medicare for All Who Want It” plan promotes the individual mandate, one of the most unpopular and problematic aspects of the “Affordable Care Act,” commonly known as Obamacare. The individual mandate fined uninsured Americans to pay for health care costs that Obamacare’s quasi-socialized medicine increased. By forcing everyone to pay for expensive coverage, the individual mandate essentially penalizes healthy people in order to pay the expenses of sick people and bureaucrats, while making the entire health system more expensive and inefficient for everyone.

And it was the mandate that the Coward of the Court upheld, even though it was blatantly unconstitutional. When the Republicans were finally able to repeal the mandate, there was much rejoicing, and now there is a court case moving up that will finally force that jerk Roberts to drive a stake through Obamacare once and for all. Of course, Buttplug and the other Progressive Liberal totalitarians think the Mandate is wonderful and should be restored and increased.

Despite the changes in legality, a Buttigieg presidency means the individual mandate could return and at a much higher price.

The law? I don’t care about the Law! I am Pete Buttplug and I shall rule over the peons and bend them to my will! Costs? Who cares what it costs them?”

Matt Bruenig, the head of a left-wing think tank, told the Washington Post that Buttigieg’s individual mandate will be far more expensive than Obama’s individual mandate.

Instead of paying a $695 fine at the end of the year for being uninsured, you are hit with a bill to pay an entire year of premiums that could be ten times that amount. This will be a political nightmare,” Bruenig told the Washington Post. The estimated costs for Buttigieg’s individual mandate, according to the Washington Post, is approximately $7,000 per uninsured individual.

Tie that on to the other massive tax increases that Buttplug and the other Progressive Totalitarian Soviet CommuNazis are planning on implementing and you can say goodbye to prosperity, home ownership as well as your constitutional rights. With all the spending and new taxes Buttplug and the other Democrats have announced, the American people, those who might still have a job after these sum get done, will be nothing more then tax slaves to the state. And people wonder why the Progressives are so hot to disarm the American people?

The good news is that with the economy exploding under President Trump, and the complete disaster the Democrats have been for the last year in the House, unless something major happens, Buttplug and the other Democrats will be washed away in November 2020.
