Good day all. Nancy Pelosi has, since the Democrats took control of the House of Representatives, done everything she can to overthrow the 2016 election, culminating in a fraudulent impeachment of the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald J. Trump.
Recently, President Trump was diagnosed with the Wuhan Flu. He spent a couple of days in the hospital, was given the medications that he’s been talking about since the start of the “Great Panicdemic of 2020, and is now back in the White House and in good shape. San Fran Nan Pelosi has decided that the 25th Amendment must be used to remove President Trump. Here are the details from Fox News:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made a dramatic announcement during her weekly press conference Thursday by telling reporters that she intends to discuss a constitutional measure to remove President Trump from office, following questions regarding Trump’s health as he recovers from coronavirus.
What San Fran Nan is referring to is Section 4.
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session.
If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
Now the actual people who can invoke the 25th Amendment, Section 4, is short, and the Speaker of the House isn’t on it. Basically, it is used to declare that the president is incapacitated and unable to perform his duties. This came about due to Woodrow Wilson having a stroke and his illness being covered up by his wife and doctor to keep him in office. (Other sections were added to cover the succession and replacing a vice president) This is also what will be used to remove the senile pedophile, Dementia Joe Biden if he and the retired hooker, Heels Up Harris should somehow win the election.
“Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow, come here tomorrow,” Pelosi said. “We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment.”
She can talk about it all she wants. All she will do is continue to show that the Democrat Party is the party of tyranny, slavery and stupidity. President Trump might be recovering from the Chinese Virus, but his mental faculties are in excellent shape, unlike San Fran Nan’s.
Of course, there was no way that the “Greatest President of the 21st Century” was going to let that slide.
The president fired back in a Thursday afternoon tweet. “Crazy Nancy is the one who should be under observation,” he said. “They don’t call her Crazy for nothing!”
San Fran Nan has decided that this might be the next way they can try and remove President Trump from office, throw the election into turmoil and basically hand the Oval Office to the Senile Pedophile. She tried to impeach President Trump on bogus charges invented by Adam Schifthead that President Trump tried to get the Ukraine to investigate Dementia Joe, or he would withhold aid to them. We know he didn’t, but Dementia Joe did and admitted to it on camera.
The 25th Amendment requires a declaration of the president’s inability from the vice president and either a majority of either the heads of executive branch departments “or of such other body as Congress may by law provide,” to be sent to the speaker of the House–in this case, Pelosi–and the president pro tempore of the Senate–currently Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.
While the amendment allows for Congress to pass a law that would create a body to sign off on such a declaration, Pelosi would have to convince Senate Republicans to go along with it. Plus, Vice President Mike Pence would also have to sign the declaration as well, which would be highly unlikely.
How about “Not going to happen you stuttering clusterfu** of a miserable failure!”? Now President Trump did test positive, he may have had some symptoms of the Kung Flu, however he seems to be fine now and is working from home, as it were, just like everyone else.
The problem here is not President Trump, it’s San Fran Nan and UpChuck Schumer. President Trump was never supposed to win, it was always meant to be Felonia von Pantsuit. When Donald Trump surprised the Beltway Uniparty Elite and won the election, they were thrown into a panic. For the last 4 years, they have been, bluntly, trying to overthrow the duly elected president of the United States. This is just their latest attempt.
Hopefully, President Trump will win reelection, the house will flip back to the Republican Party, and we can begin a dedicated house cleaning, starting with Nancy Pelosi. Frankly, Pelosi is exactly what the Founders were concerned about. She has nothing but contempt for that average American and it shows. She needs to be removed from her position and expelled from congress. Let her rot in her palatial home in front of her $20,000 freezer stocked with the best ice cream money can buy. That or put her wrinkly of ass behind bars. Either one works for me.
