Good day all. The Democrat politicians are ramping up their declarations of martial law in the blue cities and states. The latest is Los Angeles, Kalifornistan. Duce Supremo Garcetti has just outlawed walking outside or having a life.
The Democrats, also known as the Democratic CommuNazis or just CommuNazis for short, have been using the bogus Panicedemic to ramp up the suspension of the Constitutional rights of the American people, as well as lawful resident aliens. (Illegal Aliens don’t need to comply of course) Recently, the mayor of Los Angeles, Duce Supremo Eric Garcetti, has announced that walking around is now illegal and has been banned. Democratic Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti issued a new emergency order Wednesday that bans unnecessary “travel on foot” as he warns the city is nearing a “devastating tipping point” in their fight against COVID-19.
“Our city is now close to a devastating tipping point, beyond which the number of hospitalized patients would start to overwhelm our hospital system, in turn risking needless suffering and death,” Garcetti wrote in the order. “These unfortunate facts about the spread of COVID-19 in our City mean that we must resume some of the more restrictive measures we instituted in the Spring.”
The order prohibits “all travel, including, without limitation, travel on foot, bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, automobile, or public transit,” with limited exceptions.
Individuals who work in the healthcare and news industry are allowed to travel, along with individuals going to grocery stores, gas stations and other locations deemed essential. Garcetti also ordered all residents living in the city “to remain in their homes,” forcing businesses that require in-person attendance to shut down. Gatherings that include individuals from more than one household are prohibited.
These orders are so illegal it isn’t even funny. They violate every single part of the Constitution of the United States. The excuse this tyrant is using is “OH MY GOD!! COVID! WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!
Los Angeles County has some of the highest infection rates in the country, shattering a city record Wednesday with LA Public Health confirming 2,439 people are hospitalized with COVID. The county’s positive rate is at 13.0% compared to the Nov. 1 positive rate of 3.9%, according to the same report. LA Public Health said the county has nearly 415,000 positive coronavirus cases with a total of 7,740 deaths as of Wednesday.
And of that number, how many are showing symptoms? How many required hospitalization? How many already had a preexisting condition? Of those who died, how many actually died of just the Beer Virus and nothing else, like gunshots to the head? I expect that a court challenge to this will be forthcoming.
What Duce Sepremo has done is basically declare martial law and suspend the constitution. As for the people of Los Angeles? Time to step up and ignore this tyrant’s diktats. If any police officer tries to enforce them, then he or she needs to be criminally charged at the federal level. They should also be told to take a hike and if necessary, a solid beat down, restrained with their own cuffs and delivery to the nearest federal office with a demand for prosecution. It’s time to tell Duce Supremo Garcetti and Der Fuhrer Newsom to pound sand. They also need to be removed from office as soon as possible.
