Good day all. The Democratic CommuNazis, fresh of securing the Great Vote Robbery of 2020 and putting the corrupt, senile pedophile, Dementia Joe in office, are now trying to remove President Trump, who will leave office in a couple of weeks, under the 25th Amendment.
Yesterday, January 6th, tens of thousands of very angry people went into Washington to let the Uniparty scumbags know they were furious that they were going to let the Democratic CommuNazis succeed in their fraud. Some of the people, and there are stories that they may have been Antifa terrorists operating under a “False Flag” scenario, led the charge into the Capitol building.
One Trump supporter was executed by a police officer as she climbed in through a window. She was unarmed and an Air Force veteran, and apparently no attempt was made to either push her back outside or take her into custody. The Metro Police are investigating, but no one thinks there will be any punishment meted out to the trigger happy cop.
Rather then pay any attention to the anger of the protesters, the usual RINO’s were quite happy to role over, drop their pants and let the Democrats sodomize them again. Even Vice President Pence has turned on some 75-80 million Americans. Now the Democrats are demanding that President Trump be removed under the 25th Amendment. Here are some of the details of this idiocy from Fox News:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called for President Trump’s immediate removal from office by way of the 25th Amendment for inciting a violent riot at the Capitol Wednesday in an attempt to stop the certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s win.
She joins with Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., in urging Vice President Mike Pence and the Cabinet to remove Trump from office immediately, calling him “a very dangerous person” who committed an “act of sedition.”
First, that isn’t how the 25th Amendment works. It’s designed to deal with a president who is not mentally or physically competent, sort of like Dementia Joe. Second, attempting to remove President Trump is a waste of time. He can simply state that he is healthy and send a written declaration to congress stating that. Third, if the cabinet were to try this, President Trump can simply fire them. There is also the issue that several members are in an acting position and have not been confirmed by the Senate. (They are filling in for recent departures. Here is the actual wording of the section San Fran Nan and UpChuck Schumer are trying to use.
Section 4.
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
Pelosi said if Pence won’t act, the House is prepared to impeach Trump again.
“The president has committed an unspeakable assault on our nation and our people,” Pelosi said Thursday, a day after pro-Trump supporters took over the U.S. Capitol and forced lawmakers to evacuate to secure locations.
“By inciting sedition as he did yesterday, he must be removed from office,” Pelosi said. “While it’s only 13 days left, any day can be a horror show for America.”
Oh go ahead and try you SCoaMF. By the time you were able to get things organized, the transition would be completed and that corrupt, incompetent pedophile will be sworn in. As for trying to charge President Trump with Sedition? You and the other Democratic CommuNazis have spent the last 4 year trying to remove the Greatest President of the 21st Century. You have backed a terrorist organization, Antifa, as they rampaged through blue cities, attacking and injuring hundreds of Trump Supporters and causing billions in damage. President Trump called for protests regarding the election that YOUR PARTY STOLE.
Following a resolution authored by Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., to expel certain Republicans from Congress, Pelosi said Thursday GOP House members enabling Trump must be held accountable. She did not name members but condemned those who promoted conspiracy theories and undermined the 2020 election results.
“These Republicans abdicated their oath of office that was taken just three days prior,” Pelosi said of the Jan. 3. swearing-in.
Shall we add the names of any members of your party who are still in office who did the exact same thing to President Bush when he won? Or how about the ones who refused to acknowledge President Trump’s victory in 2016 due to the candidate of your party, Felonia von Pantsuit, running the worst presidential campaign in history? Shall we expel them as well?
Pelosi also ripped Trump for mishandling the coronavirus pandemic and said he may make history as being a president who is doubly impeached.
“This man is deadly to our democracy and to our people,” she said.
President Trump did everything he was supposed to do. You and the other Democratic CommuNazis did everything you could to block him. It was Democratic CommuNazi governors who, through their incompetence, caused the deaths of 10’s of thousands of elderly people. It was YOU who blocked President Trump when he tried to help people that YOUR PARTY forced into virtual house arrest and in many cases, homelessness because you didn’t want to give President Trump any sort of win.
You might want to consider what happened yesterday. Washington had, I don’t know how many thousands of Trump supporters come in and, per the laws, were unarmed. Some of them stormed into the Capitol Building, and one walked off with your podium and another sat at your desk. (Taking the podium was amusing, but probably not the best idea)
What they didn’t do was burn the place to the ground. We have a brave woman who was martyred by your armed thugs. She was the latest victim of the tyrannical CommuNazi party. The protesters left the building with minimal damage. If these had been your Antifa and BCLOM thugs, they would have burned the building to the ground. When things started getting out of hand, President Trump told people it was time to go home and to not resort to violence, unlike your party which flat out threatened anyone who didn’t toe the CommuNazi line.
So go ahead, try and force President Trump out. The next time the MAGA Hat wearing deplorables come into Washington, they are not going to be obeying your rules. They will be out for blood, and they will be packing. You’re corruption, your contempt for the Constitution and the Rule of Law, your flagrant theft of the 2020 election is very likely to see, on a national level, a revisit of the Athens, Tennessee incident in 1946. That didn’t end well for the Democrats either. Times up you cow.
