Jack Dorsey issues statement on Trump and blows it completely

Good day all. A few days before President Trump left Washington and the Senile Pedophile took over, Twitler shut down President Trump’s twitter account. Within hours, people started slamming Twitler for censorship and those who said Twitler was wrong that weren’t booted are started migrating to other platforms.

One of these was Parler, and I’ve talked about how Big Tech decided to murder the company. The legal actions are ongoing, and the last one showed the judge was a complete moron. However, people were also demanding to know what the Hell was going through Dorsey’s head. He has come out with an excuse Statement. Here are the details from The Blaze:

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey issued a statement Wednesday addressing the social media giant’s decision to ban President Donald Trump from the platform for life, explaining the reasoning behind the move while advocating for a “decentralized standard for social media.”

In a lengthy thread, Dorsey began, “I do not celebrate or feel pride in our having to ban @realDonaldTrump from Twitter, or how we got here. After a clear warning we’d take this action, we made a decision with the best information we had based on threats to physical safety both on and off Twitter. Was this correct? I believe this was the right decision for Twitter.”

I wonder if the shareholders would agree. I understand that, before Dorsey showed what a total tyrant he is, the @realdonaldtrump twitter account had something like 9 million followers. Those were people who were also seeing advertising that Twitler needs to pay for their system, and to pay the shareholders. Those people are not seeing President Trump’s feed, and they are not seeing all those ads either.

He explained, “We faced an extraordinary and untenable circumstance, forcing us to focus all of our actions on public safety. Offline harm as a result of online speech is demonstrably real, and what drives our policy and enforcement above all.”

“That said,” Dorsey continued, “having to ban an account has real and significant ramifications. While there are clear and obvious exceptions, I feel a ban is a failure of ours ultimately to promote healthy conversation. And a time for us to reflect on our operations and the environment around us.”

What a *expletive deleted* lying piece of crap. Dorsey is a hard left totalitarian dirtbag who makes the 19th century robber barons look good. (Actually, the old Robber Barons probably wouldn’t have anything to do with Dorsey. They actually cared about the United States and actually built things)

Twitter hit Trump with a 12-hour suspension on Jan. 6 over three messages he sent continuing to insist the election was stolen from him the same day a mob of pro-Trump supporters stormed the Capitol in a siege that left at least five people dead. The suspension came with a warning that future violations of the company’s “Civic Integrity or Violent threats policies” by the president would result in a permanent suspension of his account.

Two days later, Twitter followed through the with threat, banning Trump from the platform for good citing “risk of further incitement of violence.”

None of which is true. President Trump said he wanted a peaceful protest. The fact is that Vijaya Gadde, Twitler’s legal, public policy and trust and safety lead, has been trying to get Trump off for years. She is another hard left totalitarian who cares not one wit for the rights of anyone other then her circle of like minded scum. Thanks to the actions of Dorset and Gadde, Twitler’s stock took a significant hit.

The next day, Twitter’s stock took a 6% hit, yet the company continued to purge tens of thousands of accounts allegedly for spreading the QAnon conspiracy theory.

In response to Twitler and the other Socialist media platforms, people have been bailing out by the millions, and I mean that literally. Parler went from a small Twitler alternative to the most downloaded app within days of Dorsey’s banning the Greatest President of the 21st Century. Other sites like Gab and Mewe also have been experiencing massive growth, so massive that they had serious capacity problems. Then Dorsey, Bezos and the rest of the Tech 5 shut them down. Dorsey had something to say about that as well.

Dorsey addressed that issue in his statement, saying, “The check and accountability on this power has always been the fact that a service like Twitter is one small part of the larger public conversation happening across the internet. If folks do not agree with our rules and enforcement, they can simply go to another internet service.”

What a load of crap. That is exactly what people did, with many of them moving to Parler, How did Big Tech handle that? They murdered the company. Parler was the victim of flat out collusion, and is currently in a courtroom, (Sadly, dealing with a CommuNazi judge). The information that has come out is that none of the people involved in the actions on January 6th had Parler accounts. In fact the coordination all happened on Faceplant and Twitler. That Parler was given maybe 36 hours before AWS shut them down to correct any issues stinks to high heaven.

He added, “This concept was challenged last week when a number of foundational internet tool providers also decided not to host what they found dangerous. I do not believe this was coordinated. More likely: companies came to their own conclusions or were emboldened by the actions of others.”

Found dangerous? Only to your world view. All you and the other idiots have done is prove those you are censoring are right. As far as I am concerned, and I’m just one of millions who believe this, Twitler and the other platforms have negated the protections you had under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. When you started censoring people because you didn’t like what they had to say, you became a publisher, and subject to lawsuits.

In fact that is now happening in Canada. Twitler is being sued by Frank Giustra and has just been given the go ahead by the Canadian Courts. Twitler fought tooth and nail to have the case transferred to a Kalifornistan court where Twitler would have been able to have the case tossed by one of their pet judges. According to the National Observer:

Frank Giustra, founder of Lionsgate Entertainment, alleges in a lawsuit that numerous tweets were published linking him to a debunked child sex trafficking conspiracy theory known as “pizzagate.”

I have a memory of that conspiracy theory. There was a claim that some pizza parler kept children in it’s basement to be used as sex slaves by pedophiles and perverts. It was a load of manure, especially since the building in question did not have a basement n the first place. (For a good conspiracy theory to work, you need to get some basic facts right dummies)

Twitter filed an application asking the B.C. Supreme Court to decline jurisdiction in favour of California, where the company is headquartered. However, Justice Elliott Myers wrote in a decision posted online Friday that Canadian law has established that internet defamation takes place where the statements are read.

I’m not going into the whys, wherefores and other stuff in regards to Mr. Giustra’s case. I am definitely not qualified to do so. What I do know is that Canada doesn’t have a section 230 equivalent in their laws and they do have the means of suppressing speech they don’t like. (Gee, maybe Dorsey should move to Canada)

Personally, I hope that Twitler loses and gets slammed. It won’t have any effect on American Courts, but if Dorsey and his crew of censorious holier than thou activists lose up there, you can bet someone will take them to court down here and see if they can be stripped of their Section 230 protections. Who knows? The shareholders might decide that Twitler needs a change in direction, and decide that it’s time to replace the current management team. Wouldn’t that be fitting?
