Good day all. There has been an incident in Colorado where what appears to be a Muslim terrorist shot up a supermarket, killing 10 people. The coward was shot in the leg and surrendered. The terrorist apparently used an AR15 he recently purchased. Right on cue, the CommuNazis are planning on stripping the 2nd Amendment rights from the American people.
There are already two bills in congress, one in the House and the other in the Senate. Both basically repeal the 2nd Amendment. House Bill H.R. 127 was introduced by Sheila Jackson Lee and basically makes it impossible to exercise your rights without government permission. In the Senate we have Dianne Feinstein, who flat out wants all guns confiscated. Her bill bans the ownership by name of 205 firearms. Now we have the senile pedophile announcing that he will issue executive orders to repeal the 2nd Amendment.
Dementia Joe has a long history of wanting to make sure that the slaves have no means of defense, and in the past has come up with some really dangerous, and illegal ideas for people. He once said that when confronting criminals, all you need is a double barrel shotgun. Just fire two blasts in the air to scare them off.
Being a senile idiot, it never crossed his mind that doing this achieves several things. First, you have just rendered yourself defenseless. You will need to break open the shotgun and reload it. Second, it is against the law to fire warning shots. You have no idea where those pellets are going to land. The laws generally assume that in this situation, if you are discharging a firearm, you are in fear of your life. Firing a warning shot shows that you weren’t actually in danger. (A stupid idea in my opinion. If you can stop an attack without actually harming anyone, then this is a good thing. Still that is a discussion for another day)
Another “Brilliant” idea this idiot had was to “Shoot a blast through the door.” Once again, Dementia Joe was demonstrating to the world that he is a complete and utter moron. Shooting through a closed door is illegal for a number of reasons. First, you can’t demonstrate that you were in fear of your life. Second, you can’t identify the person on the other side of the door. Just because someone is banging on your door doesn’t mean they are bent on doing you harm. I seem to recall someone did just that and was criminally charged. (Sorry, can’t find any citations)
Now the Fake President, or at least his handlers, are planning to have him sign an executive order that will…what? There is actually very little this tyrant can do using Obama’s pen and phone, no matter what he “thinks.” (Most of his E.O’s are already being challenged in court, and at first glance, most are unconstitutional, or in some cases, damn stupid) He and all the rest of the Progressive Liberal Hollyweird Elites are demanding that the 2nd Amendment be repealed by any means necessary.
While the radicals in congress that make up the majority of the Democratic CommuNazi Party are all set to ram through gun bans and confiscation orders, thanks to the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, the Supreme Court is made up of a majority of people who actually read the Constitution and study it intensely, and understand that it says what it means and means what it says. This could actually backfire on the gun grabbers if the Court decides to reverse the Miller Decision.
We also have the people of the United States. Right now, sales of guns and ammunition have gone through the roof, setting new records every month for the last year. Ammunition prices have doubled or more and manufacturers can’t keep up with demand. The Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis will simply say that it’s “Deplorable Trump supporting old white racist men” that are buying all the guns.
That isn’t even close to being accurate. Some 6 million people bought their first gun last year. Training classes are booked out for months and certified trainers are adding classes where they can. As to the “Only racist white men” are buying guns? Yeah, I don’t think so Tim. I wrote about how Americans of all skin tones are buying guns, and nothing scares a Progressive White Liberal more then a black man or woman exercising her right to keep and bear arms.
Returning the terrorist action in Colorado, I found this synopsis on Faceplant. (I am not citing where it came from to protect the poster. I will be happy to if they so desire it)
Well… the charging affidavit makes some interesting points:
- the Boulder shooter purchased his gun through a licensed FFL approx March 16th, which means he had to undergo a background check. No disqualifying info was found.
- His family caught him “playing with a gun”, but didn’t file an ERPO
- He had multiple contacts with police, at least a couple minor infractions, and was regarded as “deeply disturbed”.
- When he was contacted by SWAT on arrival, he already had a through-and-through gunshot, and had stripped down to his briefs and left his clothes, his gun, and a “tactical vest” lying on the floor
- the grocery store, King Soopers (Kroger chain), makes it a policy to ban civilian carry wherever possible
So, let’s see what didn’t work here, out of the gun control playlist:
- background checks
- red flag laws
- magazine bans
- “wait for the cops” didn’t do any good
(One was there, and was killed by the terrorist. I don’t know as of this post if he was in uniform or not. If so, he was probably targeted by the terrorist first A/W) - “civilian intervention is a myth” – well, SOMEone other than SWAT shot him first, and stopped his little rampage..
Oh, and…21 year old Muslim. So there goes the “white conservative neo-Nazi/Nationalist” narrative right out the window (h/t to Kamala Harris’ niece who tried to play _that_ card yesterday).
I saw something about that early this morning, but didn’t dig into it…until now. According to the New York Post:
Vice President Kamala Harris’ niece is under fire for presuming the gunman in Monday’s Colorado mass shooting was white — because he was taken into custody alive.
“The Atlanta shooting was not even a week ago,” Meena Harris wrote in a since-deleted tweet, Fox News reported Tuesday.
“VIolent white men are the greatest terrorist threat to our country,” she wrote.
At least the Stuttering Clusterf**k of a Miserable Failure recognized that she had put her foot well and truly into it and deeply.
On Tuesday, Meena Harris took to Twitter again for a mea culpa post on the blunder.
“I deleted a previous tweet about the suspect in the Boulder shooting,” she wrote in the post. “I made an assumption based on his being taken into custody alive and the fact that the majority of mass shootings in the US are carried out by white men.”
I guess this racist cow hasn’t been paying attention to all the gang related drive by shootings carried out in places like Los Angeles. Most of those vermin aren’t very pale skinned, but what can you expect from a Progressive racist? Actual facts?
As more information comes out, it’s been discovered that the terrorist was being watching by the FBI for being a potential…terrorist. I would have thought that when he went to buy the guns, and he went through the background check so beloved by Progressives everywhere, that the FBI would have been notified. Apparently not.
I find that interesting since I know someone who is constantly denied when he goes through the background checks. Why you may ask? Is he a criminal or someone who was judged mentally CooCoo for Cocoa Puffs? No, he was the victim of identity theft and the criminal used his name when he was busted. He has to go through many hoops when he wants to buy a gun, all because they won’t take his name off the lists. (He can’t afford the lawyer he needs to sue the pants off the check system)
While the Progressives are screaming to suppress the 2nd Amendment rights of innocent people, they are also screaming to “Defund the police.” I can’t think of a dumber group of people. The Progressives always say “Call the cops” but what if there aren’t any because they all were fired? Yep, let’s make sure human debris has nothing to worry about from their victims.
I think that the Democratic CommuNazis will shove their bills through. I also know that 5 seconds after the Fake President signs the bills, the first lawsuit will be filed. As for the gun owners? They are not going to comply, and getting Federal Agents to try crashing doors is going to get a lot of them killed. Eventually, they will run out of suicidal agents. In any case, while Obama judges will always rule in a way to end the Constitutional rights of the individual, the Trump judges will follow the Constitution. The next few days will be interesting to say the least. I expect gun sales to break even more records in the next month or so.
