Good day all. No sooner do I finish a post on a Fascist Tyrannical Totalitarian Pig, (In other words, a Liberal Democrat), who puts forward a bill to send anyone who might be exposed to any illness in a concentration came, then I have to announce that the very same Fascist Tyrannical Totalitarian Pig has pulled his bill.
The bill that was proposed by Assemblyman Nick Perry is a modified version of one he has been pushing since 2015. This version would have allowed, with the stroke of a pen, anyone that is deemed to be infected or exposed to any unspecified disease to be locked up in what amounted to a concentration camp with no recourse.
When the news came out on just what this Communazi thug proposed, the “Organic brown colored waste material hit the rapidly rotating atmospheric movement system.” (In other words, the sh** hit the fan) Now Perry has pulled the bill and is ranting and raving about how unfair it is that he had to. Here are the details from the Epoch Times:
A New York lawmaker has taken down a 6-year-old bill that would authorize the state to detain infected individuals and their contacts deemed a threat to public health during a pandemic, blaming “conspiracy theorists” of spreading misinformation about his proposal.

The bill in question, known as A416, was first introduced by Assemblyman Nick Perry in 2015, nearly a year after the nationwide panic over a potential outbreak of Ebola in the United States. The Brooklyn Democrat said the measure was prompted by an incident in which a nurse refused to be placed in quarantine after returning from West Africa, where she’d helped treat Ebola patients.
I recall and wrote about that spoiled brat of a nurse. Her attitude was that she was smarter than everyone else and how dare you stand in her way? Others who were exposed put themselves into quarantine rather than risk endangering others, and with Ebola, if you contract it, you’re probably going to die.
Now with the Wuhan Flu? Most people don’t even know they had it, and something like 99.97% recover. (And that number may be a lot higher, thanks to the games played by the CDC and WHO) The problem with what this Fascist Pig came up with was the complete suppression of any and all constitutional rights. At the stroke of a pen, the state could round up hundreds or thousands of people who either aren’t sick, or have something that has been shown to be not that bad.
Like many other bills, A416 had been reintroduced year after year and died in committee. The latest version of the bill would allow the state governor, by “issuing a single order,” to “order the removal or detention” of any person or group of people deemed to be a suspected case, contact, or carrier of a contagious disease and poses “an imminent and significant threat to the public health in severe morbidity or high mortality.”
“Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises designated by the governor or his or her delegate,” it reads.

In other words, into a concentration camp ala Australia you go!
The bill, which received little public attention over the past years, became a center of controversy when Perry once again put it up for the 2021-2022 legislative session amid the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic. Opponents of the measure argued that it would allow then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo to build internment camps for New Yorkers who refuse to comply with his public health policies.
Considering the actions of former Govno Flaming Cuomo, there is little doubt he would have sent out goon squads to round up people, and I suspect a lot of them would have been his political enemies, such as the New York State Attorney General.
“This is straight up detention camp stuff in NY! A bill giving [Gov. Andrew Cuomo], Health Commissioner or any designated official full power to remove any person/group of people from their home if deemed contagious,” Elizabeth Joy, a Republican candidate running against Rep. Paul Tonko, wrote in January. “It’s horrifying.”
Finally, the Fascist pig who put forward this bill bowed to the inevitable and pulled it, but not before he blamed everyone else for calling him out on his tyrannical ideas,
Facing mounting opposition, Perry on Monday announced he no longer seeks to advance the bill, which he said was misinterpreted by “conspiracy theorists” and internet trolls.

“Conspiracy theorists, and those who spread misinformation online are once again trolling on social media, posting concocted stories about A416,” he wrote in a statement on Dec. 20. “To deprive these individuals the ability to use this issue for fuel to spread their fire of lies and mistruths, I will take the appropriate legislative action to strike the bill, remove it from the calendar, thus ending all consideration and actions that could lead to passage into law,” he said. “Get vaccinated and stay safe.”
The problem with the meathead is that, far from being attacked by tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorists, it was other members of the Assembly as well as average people who took one look at this bill and started getting worried they were going to be rounded up as Enemies of the State exposed people to be quarantined.
Republican Assemb. Joe Angelino was among the opposing lawmakers who celebrated the withdrawal. He dismissed Perry’s claim, saying that there was no “misinformation” around the bill since everyone could read online what the bill was actually about.
The sponsor of A416 is saying we were spreading ‘misinformation,’ calling us ‘conspiracy theorists’ who were ‘concocting stories’ causing him to pull his Bill. I’m pretty sure we all can read and his intent was to haul people away for the good of all,” Angelino wrote on Facebook.
“This is reminiscent of what happened in WW2 when someone thought it was a good idea to send Americans of Japanese descent to ‘camps’ for the duration of the war,” he said, referring to President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s order to relocate Japanese Americans to interment camps following the Pearl Harbor attack.
That disgrace to America, the round up of American Citizens who’s ancestors, (Parents, grandparents, etc), came to America for a better life, has been roundly and soundly condemned and hammered into the ground. Interestingly, that was also pushed through by the Democrats under Franklin Delano Roosevelt, arguably America’s first dictator. It has also been found to be blatantly unconstitutional, even in time of war.
Nick Perry is typical of the Democrat Party these days. The Constitution is something that gets in his way of pushing the state of New York firmly into the Communazi orbit. His bill, if it had somehow become law, would not have lasted long at all once the first civil rights suits were filed. Something else this thug might not have considered would be how people who he and the ruling elite deemed, “A medical threat,” might have reacted when the goon squads showed up. The odds of very violent, and probably successful resistance would have been very high.

Now the people of New York know about this and hopefully, someone will challenge this Adolph Hitler wannabe, (Or would it be more accurate to say Josef Stalin wannabe?), and he will be retired due to ill health. The voters are sick of him. (Of course, under his bill, they would all be rounded up and sent to the camps so he wouldn’t have been worried on that front)
