Good day all. The Federal Government, some states, medical facilities and some private woke businesses threatening employees with their jobs if they refuse to be vaxxed. What they didn’t expect was those very same employees, especially in the medical field saying “Fine. Bye!” and walking out the door.
This has caused severe problems in the healthcare field. Maternity hospitals have had to cancel deliveries, (Of course no one consulted with the babies regarding this), and others are having problems with the understaffed facilities losing people to flat out overwork and burnout. Even the private sector is having problems.
Part of the supply chain issues we’re having is truck drivers and others refusing to “Get the jab” and being fired because of it. Even major league sports has had issues where several players were let go because they wouldn’t allow themselves to be injected due to potential, lethal side effects. The military is starting to cashier thousands of troops and officers because they too are refusing.
Well, all these chickens have returned to the roost and are currently crapping all over the various government and private sector administrators who have been causing all this. This has led them to start, quietly, to rehire the people the fired. Here are some of the details from Just the News:
After unvaccinated healthcare workers were fired for refusing to comply with vaccine mandates, some are being asked to return to work due to staffing shortages amid increasing COVID-19 cases.
In Canada, for example, Alberta Health Services announced on Dec. 23 it will allow unvaccinated healthcare workers to resume their jobs starting Jan. 10 if they submit to frequent testing. AHS cited expected increased demands on the health system due to the spread of the Omicron variant for the policy change. As of the date of the announcement, 1,400 healthcare workers who were not fully vaccinated had been placed on unpaid leave.
This is Canada and frankly, they tend to think that the government telling them what to do is just fine. They tend to think more like Eurotrash instead of North Americans.
AHS said that unvaccinated workers will be responsible for paying for and coordinating their COVID tests, which they must complete no more than 48 hours prior to their shifts.
If I were one of these people I would tell the management to get stuffed. You want me tested for what is a bad cold? You pay for it!
Quebec announced on Tuesday that some COVID-positive healthcare workers and other essential employees will be allowed to continue working in order to prevent breakdowns in services, CBC News reported. Healthcare workers who are triple-vaccinated will be prioritized.
Triple vaccinated and they still got the Fauci/Wuhan Flu? How is that possible? Oh, I know. They have to be quadruple vaccinated to be declared truly immune.
President Biden told the National Governors Association last week that 1,000 military doctors, nurses, and medics are being mobilized to help hospitals with staffing. FEMA is also helping states struggling to keep up.
This shouldn’t be necessary, and wouldn’t be if the morons running things weren’t a bunch of whiny Woke Fascists drunk on power. Another problem is going to be those very same medical personnel are going to be pulled from places that are also having staffing issues do to the mindless stupidity of public and private sector administrations.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul called the National Guard to assist with nursing homes after declaring a state of emergency over the omicron variant, Fox News reported.
First Govno Hochul declared a state of emergency not because of the Omicron variant, which is very mild. (I understand Alec Baldwin has killed more people than the Omicron variant) She declared it because, like Flaming Cuomo before her, she is inept and power mad.
Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced a healthcare worker vaccine mandate four months ago, terminating those who did not comply. Consequently, 31,858 health care workers in the state have either been terminated from their jobs, furloughed, or forced to resign, according to New York health data provided to the news outlet. As of Dec. 21, there was a total of 37,192 inactive employees in New York due to the mandate.
That has put a massive hit on the medical system. In fact, this mess was what the CDC expected to happen if we didn’t lock the country down for two weeks years to “Bend the curve.” Now the self inflicted wounds have become so serious that even those who supposedly test positive are being asked to come back to work. After implementing a coronavirus mandate for health care workers this fall, Rhode Island has now opened an option for COVID-positive health care workers to continue working if their facility is facing a staffing crisis.
“Also, facility administrators should be using their clinical judgment in making staffing decisions. For example, a facility may opt for a COVID-19 positive worker to only care for COVID-19 positive patients,” Joseph Wendelken, a spokesperson from the department of health, told the Providence Journal on Saturday.
Rhode Island, which is a very deep blue, constitution optional, state, fired hundreds of people for refusing to be injected with a quasi-experimental vaccine of questionable efficacy. Like all the other states and cities that did this, it’s gone horribly wrong. (It seems people put their freedom and rights ahead of their jobs)
Like other states, Rhode Island required health care workers to be fully vaccinated by Oct. 1 of last year. The mandate resulted in the termination of hundreds of health care workers in the state, NBC 10 News reported.
And how did that work out?
But in November, 32 unvaccinated employees at Eleanor Slater were allowed to remain on the job due to staffing shortages.
This is the problem for the Perpetually Woke. Reality will come up and kick them in the groin…repeatedly. This is what is happening now. The government thought they could impose their will on a very important segment of society, and that segment told them to go pound sand. Now the progressive Liberal elites are in a real pickle and are being forced to back down.
As far as I am concerned, this is just the opening stages of the backlash against elected and appointed officials. I expect another kick to the groin will happen next November. These morons should never have made this political. If they had only gone the “We recommend this” route and continued perfecting the vaccines, I doubt they would have to basically drop their pants and bend over and hope that the people they’ve been threatening will use lube.
