Good day all. About a week ago, Elon Musk bout almost 10% of the shares of Twitter and was put on the Board of Directors. When the announcement was made, all the Woke, Progressive Fascist moonbats who work at Twitter, (I call them twitlers), had a gang mental meltdown.

The primary reason that Elon Musk bought his stake in Twitter was to push Twitter to return to the tenants of Freedom of Speech. Twitter has a history of censoring any content they don’t like by calling it a “Violation of the community standards.” What those standards are is a complete mystery.
This desire of Elon Musk’s to force the Woke Fascist little twitlers to accept speech they disagree with has driven the moonbats insane. There has already been a few memes of people announcing that “I will NOT work for Elon Musk! I quit!” Apparently, some of these were not memes, people did throw a tantrum and quit.

This has led the CEO to announce that there would be a “Town Meeting.” Here are the details from the Post Millennial:
Following internal outcry from triggered Twitter employees over Elon Musk becoming a stakeholder in the company, Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal announced Thursday that they would be holding a question-and-answer “town hall” with Elon Musk.
Twitter employees received an email from chief executive Agrawal on Thursday which stated that they were all invited to an internal AMA, which stands for “ask me anything,” session in response to employees internal and public outcry that freedom of speech advocate Musk would “change the company’s culture.”
“We say that Twitter is what’s happening and what people are talking about right now. Often, we [at] Twitter are what’s happening and what people are talking about. That has certainly been the case this week,” Agrawal wrote in a companywide email, according to the Washington Post. “Following our board announcement, many of you have had different types of questions about Elon Musk, and I want to welcome you to ask those questions to him.”
Oh to be a fly on the wall when they have their little town meeting. I fully expect the whiny spoiled brats working at Twitter to whine, make demands and call for their binkies and therapy puppies to be delivered to their safe spaces.

Twitter employees started speaking out after it was revealed on Monday that tech billionaire Elon Musk joined the board of directors and is now one of the largest shareholders in the platform, with 9.2 percent ownership. This comes after it was rumored that Musk might be in the market to buy Twitter and secure the holding for free speech in America, following CEO Parag Agrawal’s claim that Twitter is not beholden to American free speech laws.

Agrawal was appointed to replace Dorsey, himself not a fan of the Constitution of the 1st Amendment, at least for people who disagree with his views. Agrawal’s statement that “Your laws mean nothing to us!” has been seen as both a challenge to the courts and Congress as well as a flat out threat to any who should oppose him.
I won’t go into all the legal things, since I’m not a lawyer, However, most of the Big Tech corporations have managed to put themselves directly in the gun sights of congress and piss off both parties. There will be a change coming, and that will probably be Twitter and the other Big tech companies losing their Section 230 protections under the Telecommunications Act. (I’ll let you look it up)
With Elon Musk taking a large stake in the company and being put on the board, the Congress might be looking at him to reign in the totalitarian actions of Twitter so they won’t have to. This is what’s so scary to the Employees. They like suppressing any viewpoint that punctures the bubble they live in.

Twitter has been very aggressive in suppression and censorship techniques, whether against journalists who attempt to report the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop to users such as Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk, and The Babylon Bee for expressing the biological truth of gender and sex. Musk has expressed his interest in having the platform be more supportive of the right to free speech.
Twitter also knocked the Greatest President of 21st Century, Donald Trump. The littler twitlers flat out hated everything about President Trump and the people who support him and his views. This is why Congress is looking to ream Twitter and the other Big Tech companies a new one. The problem is, these fools literally have no idea how the real world works. Twitter is a public company. Someone with the means finally said enough is enough and is now doing something about it.
Andy Ngo reported some of these comments made by Twitter employees, including that of one with the username Creme de Cassie, who said that “A prominent transphobe buying a large stake in Twitter is not at all funny.” De Cassie, a biological male, lists “she/her” pronouns, and claims to be a “Feminist Demisexual Genderqueer Trans Woman.”

Gerard Taylor, a senior software engineer who has pronouns in his name, had very mixed feelings about Musk’s stock buy, saying that he was happy about the money, but concerned for the future of the “company culture.”
You should be concerned for the company culture. It’s going to change. It has to. I work for a company that has a lot of things going on at the upper levels that I don’t agree with. Do you know how I handle it? I do my job. I’m not there to be Woke or Alt or whatever. I’m there to support the company’s customers and make the company money.
I keep my personal views pretty much to myself and a few others who I know share similar views. Even then, we keep our personal stuff off the property. Perhaps these wimps should wake up from being Woke and just do the jobs they’re paid to do.
Frankly, if I were in charge of Twitter, (As in had a 51% stake in the company), my response to these twerps would be short and sweet. “This is the way we are doing business. If you don’t like it, there’s the door. Don’t let it hit you on the way out.
Without question, Elon Musk, among other things, expects value for his investment. Twitter doing the work of tyrants and dictators is not helping to increase the value of the company. Blocking half the population because “Your fweeings were hurt” doesn’t increase the value of the company. I expect some interesting times ahead for the little twitlers, especially if Musk convinces other major shareholders that things need to change.
***UPDATE***
Over the weekend, Elon Musk decided not to join the Board of Directors and has announced that he will be an Active shareholder. If he had accepted the seat on the board, he would have been limited in the number of shares he could buy, (about 15%), and he would have to put the company ahead of his own desires. Now he has the ability to secure enough shares to take outright control of Twitter if he desires. If that happens, the real fun will begin.
