Yet another line crossed by the FBI in the Mar-a-Lago raid

Good day all as I’ve said in other posts, more and more information regarding the raid on President Trump’s home has been coming out. Now it appears that the FBI also took documents they flat out weren’t allowed to, documents that are covered by Attorney/Client privilege.

The Department of (In)Justice and the FBI have been getting slammed repeatedly over this raid, and justifiably so. They have been leaking information to their “Friends” in the Fake News Networks trying to justify what they did. However, the truth is also coming out, starting with not presenting the warrant at the time of the search to President Trump’s legal representative. Now it seems that these Thugs with Badges also took legal documents as well. Here are the details from Fox News:

The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News, adding that the Justice Department opposed Trump lawyers’ request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.

This isn’t the first time that the FBI has seized documents covered under attorney/client privilege. They have been caught doing this in the past, and they usually get smacked down by the courts. The DoJ and FBI don’t care about the law, constitution or attorney/client privilege, unless it’s their own of course.

Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.

As soon as it was realized by the FBI that the documents were privileged, they should have been returned immediately to President Trump. Of course, this is the Department of Injustice and the new American Gestapo. Those documents have already been scanned into a database and you can bet will end up in the hands of some propagandist working for either the New York Slimes or the Washington ComPost. All anonymously of course.

Sources told Fox News that some records could be covered by executive privilege, which gives the president of the United States and other officials within the executive branch the authority to withhold certain sensitive forms of advice and consultation between the president and senior advisers.

The Communazis only care about Executive Privilege when it’s one of their presidents, such as Clinton, Obama or Bumbles Dementia Biden. Then they will fight tooth and nail to protect that information. For Republican presidents in general and President Trump in particular? The privilege doesn’t exist.

The government conducted the search in response to what it believes to be a violation of federal laws: 18 USC 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information; 18 USC 2071 — Concealment, removal or mutilation; and 18 USC 1519 — Destruction, alteration or falsification of records in Federal investigations. The allegation of “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information” falls under the Espionage Act.

So, why isn’t Felonia von Pantsuit currently residing in a federal penitentiary right now? She certainly mishandled classified information. Oh wait, of course. She’s one of the “Special People” and she can do as she wishes. Of course, there is also the little problem of the president’s prerogative to declassify anything.

If President Trump states that the documents were declassified at his order prior to 12:00 PM January 20th, 2021, then they do not fall under the listed statutes. We can also go into how President Trump has been working with the National Archives for almost 2 YEARS with regards to these papers, and that the FBI had access to them at anytime on request.

Trump’s office received a grand jury subpoena this spring for classified documents he allegedly took from the White House when he left office in 2021. A source close to Trump told Fox News that the former president cooperated with the subpoena by turning over documents to the FBI.

A point of clarification. President Trump didn’t “Take” anything. Everything was packed up by the GSA and shipped out when he moved out of the White House. He probably didn’t know what was in those boxes, except in a general way for months.

The source questioned whether the federal magistrate judge who signed off on the warrant for the FBI’s raid of Mar-a-Lago Monday was aware of Trump’s “past compliance with the subpoena,” adding that, if the FBI was looking for additional documents, another subpoena could have been issued, as Trump and his team were “cooperative” and turned over documents and records responsive to the subpoena issued in the spring.

It didn’t matter if he knew or not, he was going to sign the warrant. This magistrate, Reinhart, hates President Trump, is an Obama supporter and probably made a few visits to Epstein’s Island, ostensibly to speak with Jeffrey Epstein, (Who did not hang himself), regarding his court cases. (Yeah, I’m sure that’s all he did, which is why the FBI went to him to get the warrant)

This is yet another abuse by the FBI of the constitutional rights, not of just the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, but of all Americans. If, as expected, the Republicans take control of the house and senate in January 2023, they will need to start looking at defunding the FBI and gutting the DoJ. If things proceed in 2024, either President Trump or President DeSantis will need to begin not just defunding the FBI, but disbanding the agency in it’s entirety. They have proven they can not be trusted.
