Good day all. The war between the Education Elites and the nations parents has escalated yet again. After demanding that martial law be declared, and trying to have parents arrested as domestic terrorists, the unions are now upping their game.
In yet another display of arrogance and flat out stupidity, the New Jersey chapter of the National Education Association, (NEA), decided now was a great time to “Jump the shark.” Here are the detail from Fox News:
A New Jersey teachers union condemned parents who confront school officials at school board meetings as “extremist” in a new advertisement this week.
The New Jersey chapter of the National Education Association (NEA), the largest teachers union in America, posted the short ad on YouTube. The ad flips back and forth between colorful photos of teachers with students and black-and-white photos of parents, arguing that the latter are trying to fuse politics with education.
“When extremists start attacking our schools, that’s not who we are,” the video says. “People who only want to fight to score political points should take that somewhere else.”
Talk about completely missing the point! The “Great Panicdemic of 2020” did one thing that the educational elites failed to consider. Because the teachers unions refused to actually work, children were forced to stay home and try and learn something using online tools. Since parents were also forced to stay home, they started taking a more detailed interest in the curriculum, and they were generally horrified.
They quickly saw that what they thought was being taught to their children, wasn’t. Instead, they were being politically indoctrinated and, to be blunt, groomed for pedophiles. Of course, they became upset, and added to this was the proof that most school boards, instead of representing the parents, were nothing more then wholly owned subsidiaries of the Teachers Unions.
The parents started coming out to school board meetings in far greater numbers then before and they started demanding answers and changes. As we saw, the Educational Establishment was very unhappy with this and demanded that the parents be declared Domestic Terrorists and jailed. (Early texts of the letters showed they wanted military MP’s to arrest parents, in violation of Posse comitatus)
The ad comes amid a nationwide movement from conservatives to allow parents to be more directly involved in their children’s education. Republican governors in states like Virginia and Florida have signed legislation aimed at empowering parents to prevent the teaching of Critical Race Theory and gender theory, especially for young students.
This has really infuriated the Teachers Unions. How dare parents and elected officials intrude on good union members as they indoctrinated children in the teachings of Marx, and groomed them for as potential sex toys for the Ruling elites.
“Defaming parents as ‘extremists’ for standing up for their children is right out of Merrick Garland and Randi Weingarten’s playbook,” Laura Zorc, executive director of Building Education for Students Together, told the Daily Caller.
“New Jersey’s parents deserve better than this NJEA slander – standing up for your children is not a political point, it is a parent’s responsibility. The NJEA should be ashamed for pretending they care more about children than their parents,” she added.
Parents over the last year or two are finally figuring out what a lot of people already knew. The Teachers unions are not interested in their students and never have been. For these unions, it’s always been about power, influence and the Benjamins. Now parents have taken notice and are taking action.
Conservatives have made significant gains across the country by highlighting racialized curriculums, with many Progressive school boards getting voted out in local elections.
ATF president Randi Weingarten has also condemned the conservative push on education as “extremist,” though she targeted politicians with the term.
“While extremist politicians are trying to drive a wedge between parents and teachers by banning books, censoring curriculum and politicizing public education, we’re focused on investing in public schools and the essential knowledge and skills students need,” Weingarten said in a speech in mid-July.
Weingarten should be arrested and tried on charges of child abuse. She has demonstrated nothing but contempt for the students the teachers of her union are supposed to be educating, and has proven herself to be a standard progressive racist and backer of sexual predators.
Republican candidates have found great success in prioritizing the issue, with the most notable victory being Republican Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, who honed in on parents after his opponent dismissed their role in influencing curriculums.
And this is why I think there will be a real “Come to Jesus” moment for the Teachers unions in the next few years. Up until now, it was always assumed that parents would not have a problem taking care of teachers and the unions used this fact. When they would go out on strike and shut down the schools, parents would work with them to pressure the politicians. Now, those days are over. It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that one or more unions might end up being broken. As far as I’m concerned, that day can’t come soon enough.
