Yellen blames Americans for inflation

Good day all. Janet Yellen is Secretary of the Treasury. She is also a globalist and does not believe in American exceptionalism or the sovereignty of the United States. She’s also utterly incompetent. Thanks to her and others in Congress and the Maladministration, inflation is the worst it’s been in 40+ years.

The general cause of inflation is basically spending money you don’t have and to cover things, manufacturing more. This is where the phrase, “Setting the printing presses to maximum” comes from. Thanks to the out of control spending by congress, Dementia Joe Biden and to a lesser extent, President Trump, the dollar is not worth what it was as little as three years ago. However, rather then except the real cause of the problem, Yellen decided to blame Americans for inflation. Here are the details from Fox News:

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen blamed consumers’ excessive spending habits as a primary cause for the near 40-year-high in inflation on Wednesday, November 30th.

The Biden official appeared on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” where she was asked about the price increases that have plagued the U.S. for more than a year.

Colbert asked her to explain to his audience how inflation got out of hand when “two years ago everything seemed fine.” The late-night host, known for his sycophantic boosting of President Biden and Democrats, even noted the Biden administration dismissed inflation as a “small risk” as recently as last year.

Yellen argued the administration managed the COVID-19 pandemic so well that consumers felt comfortable to “splurge” on goods.

No, actually, we didn’t feel comfortable enough to “splurge.” We needed to buy things to go back to work after your incompetence trashed the economy. Since you failed economics, allow me to provide a remedial education. Consumers do not cause inflation, governments do.

Now you may be conflating the problem of rising costs due to shortages, and that is an entirely different kettle of fish. Once the supply issues correct themselves, prices come down. That is called the “Law of Supply and Demand. You would have learned this if you had bothered showing up for class.

“So we had a rapid recovery from the pandemic,” she said, arguing Biden’s policies brought unemployment down from 7% to 3.7%.

No, Bumbles Dementia Biden’s policies did not bring down unemployment. It was people being called back to work as governors began reopening their states. In point of fact, thanks to the maladministration, easily 50K high paying jobs were lost, if not more thanks to Biden’s war on energy.

“It turned out the pandemic had very special impacts on the economy. Remember, everybody stopped spending on services,” she pointed out, as businesses were shut down. Instead, people spent more money on “grills,” “technology” and office equipment as they were working from home.

Grills? I don’t think so dimbulb. As to buying things needed to work from home, yes, this is accurate. I bought a new desktop computer do aid me while working at home, in addition to my company issued laptop. What I didn’t do, since the order to stay at home was only going to be for a couple of weeks, was buy additional items such as keyboards, mice and a desk.

Others on my team at my Real World Job did buy new desks and monitors. I returned to the office as soon as I could. Now I may need to buy a new desk and additional monitors since the rumor is the Real World Company may close the office because no one will go in. (Don’t get me started on that!)

“They were in their homes for a year or more, they wanted to buy grills and office furniture, they were working from home, they suddenly started splurging on goods, buying technology,” she claimed, which led to supply chain “bottlenecks.”

This is the Secretary of the Treasury, and she has no understanding how things actually work? The supply chain issues were caused by the global lock-downs by power mad incompetent politicians. It’s hard to manufacture things when you plant has been ordered closed by a drooling idiot. Of course, blaming Americans wasn’t Yellen’s only target. She quicly changed direction and started screaming “Russia! Russia! Russia!”

Later in the interview, Yellen also blamed Russia for the increase in food and gas prices.

There was no mention during the remarks about multitrillion-dollar spending bills that have been passed and signed during Biden’s administration.

Of course not. Most people with half a brain, (Which lets out your average liberal since they have no brains at all), knows that all that free money comes at a cost, and the cost is massive levels of inflation.

She also isn’t the only White House official who’s blamed inflation on Americans spending recklessly or who has dismissed economic concerns.

Of course not. These people are arrogant ivory tower intellectuals who have massive trust funds and no idea what the average American has to deal with. In fact, they think the average American is a moron and to stupid to run their own lives and it is their duty to obey the diktats of their betters in Washington.

White House chief of staff Ron Klain was mocked for suggesting rising costs and supply chain issues were a “high class” problem last year.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm was also criticized for laughing at rising gas prices and offering Americans tax credits for installing solar panels on their homes.

Granholm is a typical socialist. She cares nothing about the average person and sees them as nothing more then her servants. Her remarks were in answer to a question about reversing all the anti-energy policies and drilling for more American oil. She basically say “You’re joking, right?”

Liberal journalists like MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle have also argued consumers could afford to spend more money on groceries and utilities.

Ruhle is pulling down at least $200K per year and probably a lot more. She is just another Limousine Liberal and has no idea what someone making $50K a year has to go through to keep a roof over his or her head and put food on the table. Things are not getting better and will not for the foreseeable future. In fact, things are getting worse.

Big Tech has initiated massive layoffs, led by Elon Musk. Of course, in Musk’s case, when he took control of Twitter, he saw just how overstaffed they were with really useless people. However, other tech companies are also starting layoffs. If you paid attention, you could see the writing on the wall.

Many people quit their jobs during the “Great Resignation” to take new ones, but their start dates never arrived, even after they had signed all the hiring documents. Now they’re finding the jobs they were promised are being declared surplus and the job offers are being pulled.

Interest rates are climbing as well as the Federal Reserve tries their usual interest rate hikes to slow down the economy. This doesn’t seem to be working to well, probably due to their theories on economics being based on ideas from a century ago. One way we can fix things is to reverse everything that the blithering idiot in the Oval Office has done since day one. This includes drilling and production oils and gas from American sources, and upgrading our fossil fuels infrastructure.

This is just what the Greatest President of the 21st Century did and the economy exploded. We were energy self sufficient for the first time in 70 years. Manufacturing jobs were returning home. Now we have a crook in the White House who is about to hand critical mineral sources to the People’s Republic of China.

There needs to be a major house cleaning in the Maladministration, with Janet Yellen being the first to be shown the door. I would say that upwards of 70% of the Biden Hires need to be unhired. The levels of incompetence are things you see in a Third World Country, not the United States.

But then, that is the goal of the Biden Maladministration, to reduce the United States to the levels of the average Turd World Hell hole. Expect Yellen to be patted on the back by the “Usual Suspects” over her “Wise and Educated Remarks on the American Consumer.
