The Twitter Files and Adam Schiffhead

Good day all. Adam Schiffhead is arguably one of the most corrupt and evil members of the House of Representatives. This Kalifornistan CommunNazi has a long history of lying about anyone and anything he doesn’t like. We saw this in full flower during the bogus Russian Felonia von Pantsuit opposition dossier, when he lied nonstop regarding “evidence” against President Trump.

Next we saw his actions with the Kangaroo committee where he once again lied through his teeth about what happened, and continues to do so. Now we are finding out, thanks to Elon Musk and the Twitter Files, just how vile Adam Schiffhead actually is. Here are the details from Fox News:

Critics of Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., were outraged after reading Elon Musk and journalist Matt Taibbi’s latest “Twitter Files” entry alleging that Schiff lobbied Twitter to suspend journalists from the platform. Published Tuesday, the latest round of the Twitter Files – internal documents revealing how Twitter engaged in censorship and promoted disinformation in tandem with government agencies for the past few years – revealed that Schiff’s office asked Twitter to remove journalist Paul Sperry and others from the site.

Taibbi, who published the Twitter Files post-by-post to Twitter at the behest of Musk, provided documentation showing that “the office for Democrat and House Intel Committee chief Adam Schiff” asked “Twitter to ban journalist Paul Sperry.”

The document Taibbi shared featured correspondence between the “House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee” – Schiff’s office – and Twitter, which included a request to “Suspend the many accounts, including @GregRubini and @paulsperry, which repeatedly promoted false QAnon conspiracies and harassed [REDACTED].”

I am not at all surprised by this of course, and if you are, then pull your head out of your ass. Schiffhead has absolutely no concern at all with revoking the rights of anyone he doesn’t like, and denying the ability of people to speak their mind is enshrined in the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, a document that this lying two-faced weasel allegedly swore an oath to uphold. (Perhaps we need an amendment to that oath that adds, “On pain of death”)

As Taibbi’s documentation indicated however, Twitter was reluctant to fulfill such a request, responding, “we’ll review the accounts again but I believe [REDACTED] mentioned only one qualified for suspension.”

In response to Schiff’s office demanding Twitter remove “any and all content” as well as “quotes, retweets, and reactions to that content” concerning its staff members, Twitter flat-out refused.

A Twitter staffer responded, “no, this isn’t feasible/we don’t do this.”

Well, that’s once they didn’t do it. I wonder what their excuse is for all the others they did suppress on request of the FBI, DHS and the Federal Janitorial Service?

Sperry, an author and New York Post columnist, was later suspended from Twitter for unrelated reasons, telling conservative commentator Glenn Beck in August 2022 it was due to tweets of his about the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.

Reading both the Fox story and the New York Post story about this, it looks like the original request by Schiffhead, which was refused, and the one that was acted on, were several years apart. As the Twitter Files have been showing, the move suppress any dissent to the Progressive/Covid narratives didn’t really get started until late in the Trump administration and went full on under the Biden Maladministration. Mr. Sperry’s account has since been reactivated.

Sperry was reinstated to Twitter this week and immediately responded to the latest Twitter Files revelations. He claimed that the real reason Schiff sought his suspension was because, at the time, Sperry was reporting on the whistleblower who exposed the phone call to Ukraine that prompted Trump’s first impeachment.

As I recall, that was the noted traitor LtC. Alexander Vinkmann who manufactured testimony regarding a phone call President Trump had with the then leadership of the Ukraine. As I recall, President Trump asked them to investigate possible crimes, and Vinkmann spun it to say that President Trump threatened to deny the Ukraine any aid. It actually turns out, this was something Joe Biden actually did when he was Vice President and his boy, Hoovernose Cokehead Biden was acting as the bag man for the Biden Crime Family.

On Tuesday evening, Sperry wrote, “Around the same time Adam Schiff’s office was lobbying Twitter to have me banned, Schiff’s chief of staff Patrick Boland was making threats to my employer  http://RealClearInvestigations.com about my stories exposing Schiff’s impeachment whistleblower & his ties to Schiff’s staffer.”

In another tweet, Sperry linked to his 2019 article, and captioned it, saying, “Here’s the real reason House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff secretly lobbied Twitter to have me banned — he was angry I outed his anonymous impeachment ‘whistleblower.’”

Boland is just as big a scumbag as his boss. It also sounds like he might have committed actionable offenses in using his office to try and intimidate what is essentially an online newspaper to fire one of their reporters. That’s something for lawyers to determine of course, and I’m not one.

Conservatives were appalled at Schiff’s apparent attempts to silence Sperry on Twitter, and used the platform to rip into the lawmaker. UFC champion Jake Shields felt as though Schiff should get a taste of his own medicine, tweeting, “I would like to request Elon Musk remove Adam Schiff from twitter.”

Actually, I disagree with that unless it is proven that Schiffhead broke the rules under Twitter 2.0’s Terms of Service. I have other ideas on what should be done with Schiffhead. (Sorry, they don’t involve fire ants, boiling alive in acid or other unlawful actions)

Breitbart News Pentagon correspondent Kristina Wong summed up the shocking censorship story, tweeting, “Then-Intel Committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s office wanted Twitter to shut down one of the most effective journalists pushing back on his phony Russia collusion narrative. How very anti-freedom of the press this is.”

There are a number of quotes from various individuals regarding what Schiffhead and his office tried to do to Mr. Perry, I’m not going to list them here, Feel free to review them, and I recommend that you do so. However, two do stand out.

Author Jim Hanson remarked, “The only surprising thing here Is they didn’t just wipe everyone out. The sickening thing is @RepAdamSchiff abused his office and oath to the Constitution with this malfeasance.”

Conservative pundit and lawyer Will Chamberlain offered a solution, tweeting, “Adam Schiff should be expelled from Congress.”

On that, I heartily agree. I also know it isn’t going to happen since Schiffhead is a Democrat and the Democrats are fully on board with his actions to suppress the constitutional rights of anyone who stands in their way. Hopfully, the new Speaker of the House will actually keep his promise to strip Schiffhead of all his committee assignments.

What I would like to see is Adam Schiffhead and his minions who were involved in this blatant attempt to suppress the constitutional rights of Mr. Sperry and possibly others, sued into oblivion and bankruptcy. I don’t know that this is possible, since Schiffhead was operating in the House of Representatives at the time of his actions. Here is the section of the Constitution, (Something he holds in utter contempt), he would use to defend himself:

SECTION 6. Clause 1. The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

Shciffhead would probably refer to the section, “and for any Speech or Debate in either House”. However, actively trying to suppress a citizen’s rights under the constitution could be deemed to not be privileged and potentially be considered a Breach of the Peace and potentially a Felony. (Criminal civil rights violations) There is also this section in the article on Justia that might cover civil suits against Schiffhead:

But the scope of the meaning of “legislative activity” has its limits. “The heart of the clause is speech or debate in either House, and insofar as the clause is construed to reach other matters, they must be an integral part of the deliberative and communicative processes by which Members participate in committee and House proceedings with respect to the consideration and passage or rejection of proposed legislation or with respect to other matters which the Constitution places within the jurisdiction of either House.”

I don’t see how Schiffhead’s demands to have the speech of a citizen suppressed can be considered to be part of the legislative activity. As I said, this is something for legal and constitutional scholars to review. Personally, in my unschooled opinion, Mr. Sperry and others who may have been affected by Schiffhead’s demands should sue the pants off him and let the chips fall where they may.

The best case scenario will be the Supreme Court looks at it and finds that Schiffhead was acting outside the Immunities clause of the Constitution and stick Schiffhead with a multi-million dollar judgment, one that he would have to pay out of his own pocket. Of course, that would open the floodgates against members of Congress who abuse their offices, *cough* Mad Maxine Waters *cough*. Of course, the House could do the right thing and expel that lying pencil-necked geek. Naah, that won’t happen. The Democrats will always protect their own.
