Good day all. If this is a day ending in -day, then Dementia Joe Biden is doing something that will hurt the United States. In this case, he is handing over Pandemic authority to the World Health Organization. (A wholly owned subsidiary of the People’s Republic of China)
The WHO is the organization that, under the orders of the PRC, actively covered up the origins of the Covid-19 virus. President Trump was so angered at what the WHO did that he pulled the United States out of the organization. Now it appears that Joe Biden is going to hand over American Sovereignty to this corrupt group when it comes to handling a Pandemic inside the United States. Here are the details from Newsmax:
The Biden administration is readying to sign a “legally binding” agreement with the World Health Organization that would permit it the authority to dictate U.S. policies during a pandemic, The Epoch Times has reported. The “zero draft” of a pandemic treaty was published earlier this month and the final terms are scheduled to be worked out next week so that all members can then sign.
Isn’t it amazing that no one knew about this.
This came on the heels of a meeting in September, where a joint announcement put out by U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared that a platform has been developed “to maximize the longstanding U.S. government-WHO partnership, and to protect and promote the health of all people around the globe, including the American people.”
Despite widespread criticism of the organization for its actions during the coronavirus pandemic, the zero draft grants the organization the power to declare and manage a global pandemic emergency.
And just what does this mean exactly you ask?
If a health emergency is declared, all signatories would have to submit to the authority of the WHO regarding treatments, government regulations such as lockdowns and vaccine mandates, global supply chains, and monitoring and surveillance of populations, according to The Epoch Times report over the weekend.
In other words, they World Health Organization will have absolute power over the United States.
David Bell, a public health physician and former WHO staffer specializing in epidemic policy, warned The Epoch Times that “they want to see a centralized, vaccine-and-medication-based response, and a very restrictive response in terms of controlling populations.
“They get to decide what is a health emergency, and they are putting in place a surveillance mechanism that will ensure that there are potential emergencies to declare.”
The WHO pandemic treaty is part of a two-track attempt, coinciding with an initiative by the World Health Assembly, the rule-making body of the WHO, to create new global pandemic regulations that would also supersede the laws of member states.
Francis Boyle, professor of international law at Illinois University, told The Epoch Times that “both [initiatives] are fatally dangerous. Either one or both would set up a worldwide medical police state under the control of the WHO, and in particular WHO Director-General Tedros.
“If either one or both of these go through, Tedros or his successor will be able to issue orders that will go all the way down the pipe to your primary care physicians.“
And to this I would say, good luck enforcing it. If the World Health Organization tries to impose anything on the United States, it will end in violence. They tell our doctors what they can and can’t do with regards to their patients health, the guns will come out.
A key question is whether the Biden administration can bind the U.S. to treaties and agreements without the consent of the Senate, which is required under the Constitution.
Since when has the Biden Maladministration given a damn about the constitution?
The zero draft states that, per international law, treaties between countries must be ratified by national legislatures, but the draft also includes a clause that the deal will go into effect on a “provisional” basis, as soon as it is signed by delegates to the WHO, and therefore it will be legally binding on members without being ratified by legislatures.
Good luck with that. This is just another step in handing the United States over to our enemies on a silver platter. If this goes through, then as far as I am concerned, it is an impeachable offense, and it can be added to the list. While that scumbag Xavier Becerra might like nothing better then to end the Constitution and hand everything over to his pals in the One World Government committee, (Yes, I know, this is garbage that jerk Alex Jones likes to push), There will be significant push back.
I can say with almost 100% certainty that any attempt to force states to bow to the WHO will be rejected outright by most of them. Yes you will have the Blue States that will happily hand over the keys to the house, the Red states will flat out refuse. If the Federal Government attempted to enforce unconstitutional orders on the people and the several states? Step one will be lawsuits. One other thing to consider, beside not submitting this to the Senate, is that treaties can not override the United States Constitution.
I find it very interesting that this story slipped out while the Worst, Most Corrupt President* in American History was sneaking into the Ukraine to confirm that his bagman, Hoovernose Biden, actually made the deposits to their bank accounts “Show his support for the Ukrainian people.” Well, provided Putin doesn’t do something stupid and blow up Biden and his train, this needs to be brought to the floor of the House and Senate and the maladministration will have some “Serious ‘splainin’ to do.” Call your reps and let them know about this monstrosity.
