Good day all. For the last four years, I and others have been commenting on how Attorney General Merrick Garland has weaponized the Justice Department against President Trump, many of his administration and pretty much anyone who refused to kowtow to the Biden Maladministration.
There isn’t any need to repeat all the actions Garland and the DoJ have engaged in against their perceived “Enemies on the State,” you can just review my archives or google it. Garland’s actions regularly emulated every secret police agency out there. His actions against the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, border on tyrannical.
In the end, all his attempts to “Get Trump!” failed. The reason they failed? That’s rather simple. President Trump broke no laws and the courts were coming to that conclusion. Add to that Garland’s appointment of Jack Smith was probably illegal and you can see why many people think that Garland needs a pardon from Dementia Joe Biden. Somehow, I don’t think he’s going to get it. Here are the details from the Daily Caller:
President Joe Biden regrets tapping Merrick Garland to be attorney general as he privately complains the Department of Justice didn’t do enough to prosecute President-elect Donald Trump, people familiar with his comments told The Washington Post.
Normally I would ask if Biden understands what his statement implies, that he wanted Garland to just throw President Trump into prison no matter what? The answer is a bit complicated. First, Joe Biden’s mental state, (Lower cognitive ability then a baked potato), tends to override his filters. Then you have the other issue. Joe Biden is an evil, vindictive psychopath who only considers himself, his needs and desires. Especially his desires.
As Trump is preparing to enter the White House in less than a month, the criminal cases against him have dissolved. Special counsel Jack Smith’s two federal cases against the president-elect will not proceed, and at the state level, two cases are also likely to be dismissed.
Biden, in private, has complained that Garland’s DOJ was too slow in its prosecutions of Trump and too aggressive in its prosecutions of his son, Hunter Biden, people familiar with his comments told WaPo.
Obviously, Dementia Joe isn’t seeing the problem that faced Garland and the DoJ. They had to manufacture evidence to get Trump. With Hunter Biden, they were trying to climb out from under a collapsing mountain of evidence that they had tried to suppress. (With the help of the Democrat Propaganda Corps) Even then, they cooked up a sweetheart deal that would have allowed Hoovernose to walk away almost scot free. That blew up when the judge took a look at it and basically went “WTF?” This forced the special prosecutor to move forward with a real trial.
Biden’s first chief of staff, Ron Klain, pushed for the president to pick Garland as his attorney general during the 2020 transition, the outlet reported. Klain argued that Garland would help restore trust in the DOJ following Trump’s administration, but Democrats have voiced complaints that the pick has had “devastating results,” WaPo reported.
They are correct in that choosing Garland had devastating results, just not the way the Democrats think. Because of the flat out abuse by the DoJ against anyone who wouldn’t bow to the Democrat’s orders, think parents questioning school boards being treated like terrorists, Americans have generally lost any belief in the current DoJ.
Within the party, Democrats wonder if the DOJ had moved faster on its prosecution of Trump, could he have faced more damning trials and charges ahead of the 2024 election, sources told WaPo.
These idiots are still not getting it, and they don’t have the excuse that Dementia Joe Biden has, senility. People have been watching the DoJ, the FBI and the ATF and seeing flat out abuses of people’s constitutional rights. Just recently, the ATF raided a house with a bogus warrant. The person is a gun owner and is a major proponent of the 2nd Amendment.
The ATF warrant stated he was a convicted felon, (He isn’t), and had illegal guns. (He didn’t) He and his wife happened to be awake when their security cameras let them know someone was approaching their home. The saw a bunch of people with guns surrounding the house. They kicked in the door and tossed in flash bang grenades. They then dragged everyone out into the cold in their underwear at gunpoint.
This was only the latest of a huge number of abuses by the Garland DoJ, the FBI and the ATF. The Panty Raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-lago was seen as throwing down the gauntlet against Trump supporters. It also had the potential of going horribly wrong. The Secret Service Detail and the Florida FBI office had no idea this raid was coming. Add to that the raid team was ordered to not wear identifying clothes.
Only the fact that President Trump and his family weren’t there at the time kept a “Blue on Blue” incident from happening. Even so, when people heard about what was happening, a number pulled their guns out of the closet and started heading to Mar-a-lago to “Protect President Trump.” Most turned around when they heard that President Trump wasn’t on site. (Many conspiracy theorists think the real goal was to kill President Trump “Accidentally”)
Garland appointed special counsel David Weiss in August 2023 to investigate Hunter Biden and a month later the special counsel brought charges against the president’s son. Weiss alleged that the president’s son knowingly possessed the Colt Cobra while addicted to drugs and made false statements about his drug use on the purchase form.
We can argue about the form another day. Personally, I don’t think it’s constitutional, but that’s something for another day. There is also another case where someone with the exact same charge won an appeal saying that the question Hoovernose lied on shouldn’t be allowed.
Anyway, Hoovernose was convicted. Additionally, the infamous laptop, the one everyone said was “Russian disinformation?” Yeah, that was admitted by the prosecution as evidence, and the FBI admitted that they knew it was legitimate before everything hit the internet.
“No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son — and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter — who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me — and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough,” the president wrote in his announcement that he was pardoning his son.
That pardon covered everything that Hoovernose had done that he could go to jail for, and there was a lot. I’ve already covered how the Democrats were shocked that Dementia Joe pardoned Hoovernose after saying he wouldn’t. This is one of the things that Biden is blaming on Garland. If Gaarland had just done his job and broomed the charges Hoovernose faced, the Big Guy wouldn’t have had to issue the pardon. Biden, and many others on the Democrat side, think that if Garland had just gone to trial as soon as possible, they would have “Gotten Trump” and Biden could have stumbled to a second term.
This is the mindset of not just Joe Biden, but the entire Democrat Party. They have nothing but contempt for most Americans and have used the DoJ as a weapon against any and all critics of the Democrat party and the Corrupt Senile Pedophile about to leave office.
In their arrogance, they truly do not understand just how close we were to a full blown civil war. Now all those Deplorable Ultra MAGA Trump supporters are putting the guns away and breathing a sigh of relief. Now we will see what the new Attorney General, Pam Bondi, and the new Director of the FBI, Kash Patel, will do to clean out the crap in the DoJ and FBI. (We’re still waiting and hoping that Brandon Herrera will be named Director of the ATF)
