Good day all. Comrade Representative Eric Salwell of the People’s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan can’t seem to get enough of the taste of shoe leather. Once again, he’s managed to put his foot deep down his throat.
When we last heard from Comrade Eric the Retard, he was threatening to use nuclear weapons on Americans who support the 2nd Amendment. Now he has decided to continue demonstrating his total unfitness to hold office by demanding that president Trump be removed from office under the 25th Amendment. Here are the details we have from the Washington Times:
Rep. Eric Swalwell floated the 25th Amendment on Friday, suggesting that President Trump is unfit to serve and should be removed from the office.
The California Democrat was reacting to Mr. Trump’s suggestion that Senate Republicans kill the filibuster in order to pass the House spending bill with $5.7 billion for border security.
President Trump sent out a tweet suggesting to Senate majority leader and Deep State Uniparty member, Mitch “The Turtle” McCockless use the so called “Nuclear option” and kill the filibuster to bypass the CommuNazis and get the funding for the Trump Wall passed. This annoyed Comrade Eric the Retard. And he floated a tweet suggesting the use of the 25th Amendment.
Mr. Swalwell also slammed the president for trying to shift blame toward the Democrats for the looming government shutdown.
“This isn’t hot potato. This is people’s lives,” the congressman tweeted. “You were given options to secure the border and avoid a shutdown. You chose chaos. Grow up and lead.”
Some option. It came down to “Do what we tell you, forget about securing the border and admit as many illegals as want to come here.” Salwell has once again shown that he has no understanding of the Constitution. The 25th is very specific in how it is to be used, and it requires the same number of votes in the house and senate as an impeachment. Since President Trump is not mentally incompetent, or in some way medically unable to perform his duties, the 25th can not be used.
Of course, Eric the Retard doesn’t give a rat’s behind for the Constitution of the United States, or anything about this country. Anyone who threatens to use Nukes on his own people because they won’t surrender to the CommuNazis idea of “The State” is someone who should be removed from office.
