Good day all. One of the things that the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump did was lower the tax rates from the extortionate levels they were at. He also cut the corporate tax rates significantly, which led a lot of companies to move money they had parked overseas back into the United States.
This led to massive investments in manufacturing jobs and other business which led to the lowest unemployment rate since records started being kept. This pissed off all the globalists in the Beltway Uniparty. Now that they have Dementia Joe, who never met a tax he didn’t hike or an idea that he wasn’t on the wrong side of, they now see this as the opportunity to screw the United States again. Here are the details from CNBC:
Corporations around the world should pay at least a 15% tax on their earnings, the Treasury Department said Thursday as part of its push for a global minimum for businesses.
The final rate could go even higher than that, according to a Treasury release that said the 15% minimum is a “floor and that discussions should continue to be ambitious and push that rate higher.”
Currently, thanks to the Trump Tax Reform law, American corporations tax rates went from one of the highest in the world, at 35% down to 21%. When this happened, jobs that the Globalists had spent decades shifting out of the United States started coming back. This made them very unhappy since many of them had been investing in the third world plants. Now they were losing money and “THIS MUST BE STOPPED! In comes the Fake President.
Under a proposal from President Joe Biden, the tax rate would be lifted to 28%, part of a plan to raise levies on both companies and the highest earners.
But wait! There’s more!
But the White House wants to take its tax plans outside the border.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has been touting the benefits of a global corporate minimum tax rate that she said would discourage companies from relocating domiciles to other countries to cut their tax burdens even though most of their operations are in the U.S.
Yellen’s Treasury believes “that the international tax architecture must be stabilized, that the global playing field must be fair, and that we must create an environment in which countries work together to maintain our tax bases and ensure the global tax system is equitable and equipped to meet the needs of for the 21st century global economy,” the department said in a news release.
Yellen is a classic Progressive Liberal Elitist. She doesn’t care one with about the United States, and would not mind if the nation collapsed. She is a One World Globalist who probably give BJ’s to George Soros.
Yellen has bemoaned a global “race to the bottom” among countries cutting their rates to try to lure foreign companies.
That is call “Competition” you Stuttering Clusterf**k of a Miserable Failure.
Establishing the global minimum would help reduce that incentive, though it is unclear how many countries are willing to participate.
How about almost none?
“Treasury made clear that a global corporate minimum tax rate would ensure the global economy thrives based on a more level playing field in the taxation of multinational corporations, and would spur innovation, growth, and prosperity while improving fairness for middle class and working people,” the release said.
The news came following meetings with a steering group within the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development that the Treasury said featured “earnest” talks of a global tax.
So, it seems that this Communist has forgotten who she is working for. It isn’t the Globalist One World Government Elite, it’s the American People. Yellen has always been ready to end the sovereignty of the United States and put us under the United Nations. The only way this idiotic plan could be made to work is by forcing smaller countries into it. The only way for that to happen is with military force. (Since the Globalists see the American Military as nothing more then their mercenaries, care to guess who they will be sending?)
This plan is just more of the same from the Eurotrash Globalists. It even has a name. Imperialism. The scum and vermin who are forever pushing this crap are descended from the ruling families that ran things up until they all but destroyed Europe between 1914 and 1918. They’re still around, they’ve just hidden what they actually want. If this actually ends up as a bill, it needs to be tossed into the refuse bin right along with the old Soviet Union.
