Head of Teachers Union says Anti-CRT parents want to kill public schools

Good day all. The Teachers unions are beside themselves with anger over parents actually looking at what is being taught to their children and objecting to it, usually loudly. One of the current hot topic is the racist doctrine known as “Critical Race Theory.

Critical Race Theory is the latest load of crap from the Progressive. It blames anyone with white skin for everything and claims that white people are born racists. Basically it’s another tool in their box to completely wreck America and Western civilization.

When parents learned about this they went bonkers. They went to their local school boards and basically asked “WTF is all this?” The response from the school boards, which are basically extensions of the teachers unions was to coordinate with the Maladministration and have the parents declared Domestic Terrorists.

When that blew up in their faces, they moved on to other tactics, all of them designed to protect the union. Recently, the AFT union president, Randi Weingarten among others, began accusing anyone who stood in the way of the Union as being a white supremacist and wanting to destroy public education. Here are the details of this mind numbing idiocy from the Daily Caller:

A prominent teacher’s union president said “the real agenda of the right” is “the demise of public schools,” according to an email obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

American Federation of Teachers (AFT) president Randi Weingarten criticized anti-CRT advocates like Chris Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, and former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, in an email to members of the teacher’s union.

The real agenda of the right, as Betsy DeVos, Christopher Rufo and others make clear, is the demise of public schools and the fracturing of our neighborhoods,” Weingarten said in the email.

Actually, I think that Weingarten has missed the actual target. She and her union are the ones we want to destroy, not the schools. Parents want the schools to return to what they were before the teacher were allowed to unionize. Places where children were actually educated and taught to think for themselves. Were there issues back then? Of course there were, and, excluding the problems caused by the unions, most have been fixed.

Rufo has been one of the most prominent critics of Critical Race Theory (CRT), revealing examples of the theory and its fallout in school curricula across the country.

CRT holds that America is fundamentally racist, yet it teaches people to view every social interaction and person in terms of race. Its adherents pursue “antiracism” through the end of merit, objective truth and the adoption of race-based policies.

The problem with Weingarten and and all white progressives is that they project. By this I mean that they are the ones who are true racists, and in order to hide it, the project what they believe on others. Most Americans, and pretty much all conservatives don’t give a damn about anyone’s skin tone. I certainly don’t.

Most Americans generally subscribe to the ideas of the late Dr. Martin Luther King. He wanted a world where people weren’t judge by the color of their skin, but by who they were and what they did as individuals. Until the election of Der Fubar, Barack Obama, that goal had been pretty well achieved. Of course we weren’t perfect and there is always things that can be improved, but, by and large, most people were on the same page. The one group that isn’t on the same page are the Teachers unions.

DeVos has been a frequent critic of teacher’s unions and Weingartnen in the past. “It’s time for a lesson on accuracy,” DeVos tweeted back at Weingarten in 2019. “Parents don’t ‘choose’ to send their student to a government-assigned school – they actually don’t have a choice at all! In fact, 69% say they’d prefer to send their student elsewhere.

School choice is hated by the teachers unions. If parents can choose the school that their children attend, they will check to see how these school do the job. If Jane and Johnny can’t read, but think that white people are evil, parents are going to yank them from that school so fast it will make the administrators heads spin. In short order, either the schools will clean up their acts, usually by getting rid of the bad teachers, or they will close from lack of students. Since it’s almost impossible to fire a teacher, the schools shutting down is what could happen.

The Great Panicdemic of 2020 caused the shutdown of the schools in this country. Two things happened because of this. Parents, who were also forced to work from home, had the chance to go over what their children were being taught, either by observing the online classes or looking carefully at the material and started complaining, or they just took the bull by the horns and started home schooling their kids.

Weingarten and the other union thugs completely misread what was going on. Instead of working with the parents to improve things, the doubled down on their stupidity. Instead of trying to get the schools reopened, they demanded that they be shut down. They also demanded more money, and less work.

This, along with the garbage parents discovered was being shoved down their kids throats has led to where things are now. The demand that CRT must be taught is the straw that has broken the elephants back. As for Randi Weingarten, she is showing her competence by refusing to learn the first role of holes. When you find yourself in one, STOP DIGGING!

Weingarten’s email emphasized the “anti-public education forces will continue to try to divide us” by “stirring up controversy,” “lying about what we teach” and “exploiting the frustration everyone feels about the pandemic to try to pit parents and educators against each other.”

Plus, thankfully, we have a White House that is willing to work with us and support us—providing testing and ongoing guidance—rather than make our lives harder,” Weingarten wrote.

Yeah right. What we have is the maladministration actively colluding with the Teacher’s Unions to attack and threaten parents with arrest and prison for speaking out. Attorney general Merrick “Heinrich Himmler” Garland still hasn’t repudiated the reports that the FBI and the DoJ is going to investigate any parents who speak out against what is going on and confronting the school boards.

We’re also seeing school boards ordering parents arrested if they verbally confront them and demand that changes be made. Since almost all the school boards are owned by the Teachers Unions, they have no interest in anything the parents have to say. If they get annoyed, they turn off the mics and have the parents arrested.

The next few years are going to see serious changes. It’s possible we will have a school system being threatened with a strike of the union doesn’t get what it wants, and the elected officials telling them “Go ahead. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.” If those elected officials have prepared things, they will have competent replacements ready to go and the union will end up broken. All it will take is one union going down.

We’re also seeing local laws being passed that ends the “Closed shop” aspects of schools. A surprising number of teachers, if given the option, will quit their union local. We have already seen what happens when union members are freed from union serfdom. In short order, the only ones left in the union are the union leadership. The dues paying members have left. Private sector unions are dying. It’s long past time to put a bullet into public sector unions and putting the Teachers unions out of America’s misery is a good first step.
