Good day all. I recently posted a blog entry on a report that the corrupt DoJ was going to indict the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump on made up charges. This has now happened and all hell is starting to break loose.
The Trump hating “Special Inquisitor Prosecutor” has indicted President Trump, accusing him of doing what Joe Biden has actually done. The list of charges this thug has levied includes things like obstruction of justice, which is amusing since President Trump’s people did cooperate and false statements, which is a lie by the DoJ. This is a breaking story of course and there is a lot going on here.
First, Alan Dershowitz has some serious problems with this indictment. Here are some details from Fox Business News:
Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz warned of the “dangerous” consequences posed by the federal charges launched against former President Donald Trump, arguing the indictment’s “weak” appearance does not meet historic precedent.
“It has to be at least as strong as the case against Richard Nixon, which we will remember led not to Democrats to demand his resignation, but Republicans, his own colleagues came to him and said, this case is so strong that we can’t support you,” Dershowitz said Friday on “Mornings with Maria.”
“I haven’t seen any suggestion that Republicans agree with this indictment,” the professor continued.
Alan Dershowitz isn’t alone in questioning the charges brought by the Trump hating Smith. While Dershowitz has always been on the defense’s side of the fence, several former prosecutors are also going “What the hell is this?” Here are some of those details from Newsmax:
Former DOJ Deputy Assistant Attorney General Victoria Toensing and former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Joe diGenova, say the Trump indictment is filled with flaws.
Trump on Thursday was indicted, accused, among other things, of mishandling classified documents at his Florida estate.
Right there is one of the questionable issues. We have the current infestation in the Oval office president* Joe Biden. He has been mishandling, and in all probability, outright stealing classified information since his days in the Senate. Where President Trump had all his documents securely locked away, Dementia Joe had them carelessly scattered all over the Eastern Seaboard, including in his garage.
Then we have the notorious Felonia von Pantsuit and her bathroom mail server. That thing was hacked six ways from Sunday by every government on earth. In fact, all the missing emails she tried to destroy ended up on a convicted pedophiles laptop, thank to Felonia’s girlfriend administrative assistant Huma Abedin.
The prosecution marks the first time in U.S. history that a former president faces criminal charges by the federal government he once oversaw. He faces the possibility of prison if convicted.
That is not going to happen for a number of reasons, many of which may not be entirely…legal.
“We all know Trump can be kind of undisciplined; that said, the problem here is the abuse of discretion. That conduct is not wrought in any way to pursue a former president of the United States and perhaps a future president of the United States.
“I want to tell Jack Smith there are two systems of justice because I could have in 2017 gone to the Justice Department and pursued an investigation into Hillary Clinton and found as damning statements about why she eliminated 30,000 emails, why she kept an unsecured server in her basement and why she beat her phone up with a hammer. I could have brought just as damning an indictment,” she added.
You probably should have. Jeffery Epstein might still be alive if you had.
Smith is the special counsel behind the indictment. In brief remarks Friday he said the country has “one set of laws and they apply to everyone.”
We have had a two tiered justice system, that I have noticed, since the Obama regime. He was the one that started the weaponization of the DoJ against his enemies. Biden and Garland have ended any pretense that all people will be treated equally under the law and that Justice is blind. This brings us to the probable reason that Garland told Smith that it was time to Get Trump! Here are those details from Newsmax:
House Committee on Oversight and Reform Chair James Comer, R-Ky., told Newsmax that the timing of news about former President Donald Trump being indicted was no surprise.
“Well, I don’t think it’s any coincidence that the day that the House Oversight Committee has access to an FBI form that suggests Joe Biden was involved in a bribery scheme that the DOJ comes back and indicts Donald Trump,” Comer told Newsmax host Sebastian Gorka on Thursday night. “We’ve talked about this for over a year now that the DOJ and the FBI has a two-tiered system of justice.”
The FBI has been sitting on a form 1023 that lays out the potential crimes by the Biden crime family. We’ve started seeing the number of $5 million dollars being batted around as the bribe Biden was paid to help Burisma Holdings with all it’s issues. It took a flat out threat to charge FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland with criminal contempt of Congress before they finally caved in and “Allowed” congress to see the document.
Earlier Thursday, the FBI turned over an unclassified FD-1023 document to Comer’s committee. Fox News reported that the document alleged an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings paid then-Vice President Biden $5 million as part of a bribery scheme.
Comer told Gorka that the FBI has “investigated every possible thing and then some” concerning Trump and has “turned a complete blind eye to Joe Biden.”
Since the Obama Regime and Eric Holder, the DoJ and FBI have been basically covering up and criminality of both Felonia von Pantsuit and Joe Biden. (Possibly Barack Obama as well, but that is another story, one that others need to look into) President Trump’s election caught the Democrats and the Deep State by surprise, and they did everything they could to block the Greatest President of the 21st Century from Making America Great Again.
When the Republicans were able to take control of the House of representatives, (No thanks to the RNC, Cocaine Mitch McConnell and a few other RINO’s), the Republicans were finally able to start looking into things that had been rumored, many of which were called “Right Wing Ultra MAGA Conspiracy Theories.”
“Remember, two weeks ago the FBI denied any existence whatsoever of a form 1023 pertaining to Joe Biden and bribery. Now, we’ve learned there are three,” Comer said. “This was just one document today [Thursday].”
Three documents? I was only aware of the one document.
Comer said he and committee ranking member Jamie Raskin, D-Md., will be able to view the other two FD-1023 forms.
Raskin is just another shill for the Democrats, just like Adam Schiffhead. He’s just been a bit more subtle about it.
“What we’ve learned from this one 1023 is that there’s a certain shell company and a certain bank account that I think has the potential to have some of this Ukrainian money in it,” Comer said.
So now it’s down to the old investigative technique called “Follow the money.” Comer and other in the House are starting to do just that. I’ve already read about the large number of shell companies they’ve found and how deposits were made to one, and then money was moved all around the others in small increments so as not to trigger the mandatory reporting system. (I believe that is about $10K)
“We all know that the president’s son didn’t have the ability to cut these deals with these foreign nationals, and wire millions and millions of dollars through shell companies that were laundered then to the Biden family member,” Comer told Gorka.
“Somebody had to be in charge of this organized crime unit, and we believe that it was Joe Biden, and so does the FBI informant.”
And there is the reason for the indictment of President Trump. Even though the Democrats own the Main Stream Media, also known as the Democrat Propaganda Corps, something like this can’t be buried unless something even bigger happens. Since Biden launching a preemptive nuclear attack on Russia probably isn’t that great an idea, (And don’t think it wasn’t considered), Biden having his primary opponent in the 2024 election arrested is the next best thing.
Now I’m going to dive head long into Tin Foil Hat territory. A large percentage of Americans believe that the 2020 presidential election was, in fact, stolen by Biden and the Democrats. Since then, many states have taken action to make their voting systems more secure. (Which the Progressives, liberals Democrats and the Biden Regime have claimed is Racist) The recent election for governor in Arizona is another case where serious questions on the honesty of the election have been asked.
I’m not alone in thinking that as more and more flat out proof that Joe Biden sold his office, (And potentially is still doing so to the People’s Republic of China), the possibility that the Biden Maladministration is going to gin up some sort of phony emergency next year is increasing. This emergency will be used to first delay the election, (That Biden and the Democrats will lose if it’s an honest one), then flat out cancel it.
Because of this move to jail President Trump on garbage charges, the “wall” has been breached and there is a good chance that a President Trump or President DeSantis will go after the Bidens and everyone else in the maladministration and the Democrat Party. Since none of those criminals actually want to go to jail, the best way they see to prevent it is to not surrender power as expected under the Constitution and 225 years of tradition.
That will lead to “Bad Things” happening. I don’t want to see that happen, however I’m afraid we are close to, if not at the point of no return. (I hope I am wrong and just being paranoid) As it is, I don’t think that any of the morons in the Deep State Ruling Elite are considering that the 4th box of Liberty may be getting pulled out of storage.
They might want to look at the compliance level of their new Wrist Brace regulation issued by the BATF. The last I heard, less then 300K people had registered them out of between 20-40 million owners. Take the hint that you have gone to far.
