Good day all. I’ve been holding off writing about the latest load of crap from Javert Smith. He has now indicted the Greatest President of the 21st Century for yet another make believe crime regarding the January 6th protests.
The latest load of manure has also brought out the true nature of former Vice President Mike Pence. He has confirmed what the Republican base has suspected, that he is nothing more than a Deep State Uniparty RINO. The case itself is, according to actual legal experts, (Which Javert Smith apparently is not), incredibly weak. Here are some details from Fox News:
Legal experts are criticizing special counsel Jack Smith for his latest indictment against Donald Trump for accusing the former president of spreading disinformation and other activities protected by the First Amendment.
Trump was indicted out of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation related to 2020 election interference and the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, and is facing charges such as conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.
“The most jarring thing about this indictment is it basically just accuses him of disinformation — this is a disinformation indictment,” said legal scholar Jonathan Turley, a professor of public interest law at George Washington University and a Fox News contributor.
“It said [Trump] was spreading falsehoods, that [he] was undermining integrity of the election — that is all part of the First Amendment,” Turley said. “And I think that courts will look skeptically.”
I can’t say I’m surprised that Javert Smith is trying to suppress President Trump’s 1st Amendment right of free speech. The Progressive Liberal Democrats have made censorship one of their primary goals in their plans to destroy the United States.
The Fox story goes into all the problems with Javert Smith’s case, and why any ethical judge, (Which lets out all the Obama and Biden Judges along with a good number of Bush and Clinton judges), would toss this case with prejudice.
Of course we all know the reason Javert Smith brought this case. It was in response to Devon Archer’s recent testimony to Congress showing that Joe Biden was involved in Hunter Biden’s activities right up to his eyeballs. If you think I’m joking, look at the time line on the Indictments.

Thursday, August 3rd, President Trump went into court yet again to start yet another process. The next fake charges will probably come out of the corrupt Democrat hellhole of Fulton County, Georgia. It will be interesting to see if the Governor actually has the balls to shut that corrupt Soros DA down. The easiest way would be a blanket pardon for President Trump.
Next we have the Republican leadership in Congress. The House Republicans have been hammering on the latest indictment with House members saying they should bring Javert Smith in for a serious anal probe. On the Senate side, we’re getting crickets. Cocaine Mitch McConnell and his crew of Deep State Uniparty drones have been dead silent on all this. Here are those details from the Federalist:
Republican voters have learned they can’t expect much from their incumbent leaders in the upper chamber. While the top contender for the Republican presidential nomination is targeted by an array of political witch hunts, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and most of GOP Senate leadership are missing in action, again.
House Republicans were quick to condemn the outright weaponization of law enforcement against the regime’s primary political opponent.
On Twitter, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy accused the Justice Department of unleashing new indictments to protect the president from bad publicity. After outlining a series of recent revelations in the Biden family corruption scandals, McCarthy chastised the DOJ for its “attempt to distract from the news and attack the frontrunner for the Republican nomination, President Trump.”
Speaker McCarthy then presented pretty much the same time line I did and added that the DoJ tried to protect Hunter Biden with the now dead Sweetheart deal. Others in the House of Representatives also blasted Javert Smith and the DoJ. The Senate? As I mentioned above, nothing but chirping crickets.
Senate GOP leadership, on the other hand, was once again largely silent as the 2024 Republican frontrunner was hit with the latest of 78 charges across three investigations. More are likely on the way as prosecutors in Georgia wrap up their own probe into allegations of misconduct surrounding the 2020 election.
Not everyone in the Senate was missing in action though.
Republican Conference Chair John Barrasso of Wyoming was the exception, blasting the “two-tiered system of justice” and President Biden’s willingness to “weaponize the justice system against his political opponent.”
The Federalist story goes on to mention all the damage that McConnell has done to the Republicans in the Senate in his goal to maintain his own personal power and privilege. The story then goes on to show how McConnell appears to be all in favor of “Getting Trump!”
When Trump was first indicted, by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in March, McConnell refused to condemn the overt weaponization of law enforcement. Even Utah Sen. Mitt Romney, who is the only Republican senator to back Trump’s impeachment twice, blasted the Manhattan DA.
Romney is the poster child for TransRepublicanism. He is probably going to be voted out of office in the Utah primary next year. Still, even noted Never Trumper Mittens Romney could see that what the Democrats are doing is dangerous to the Republic. McConnell?
In his first remarks about the weaponized Justice Department after that first indictment, the Republican Senate leader called for rewarding partisan political prosecutions with more funding for federal law enforcement agencies.
McConnell is showing his Deep State Uniparty colors. At the moment, about 50% of Americans want the FBI flat out disbanded and most of the alphabet soup of federal law enforcement agencies gutted. He basically appears to be one of those actively protecting Joe Biden.
McConnell isn’t just failing to defend the Republican presidential frontrunner against partisan lawfare, he’s also failing to go on the offensive about the myriad scandals that plague the incumbent president. McConnell has been more vocal about a freshman Wisconsin lawmaker shouting at a group of teenagers than the revelations surrounding the Biden family business deals. Last week, McConnell declined to comment at all on House Republicans’ impeachment push over the apparent bribery scheme between Biden and Ukrainian oligarchs.
When President Trump won the 2016 election, it caught everyone by surprise. When President Trump then started working to keep his promises, the Progressive Liberal Democrats freaked out. The RINO’s such as Cocaine Mitch McConnell tried to usurp President Trump, and they did manage to do some damage.
The endgame, so to speak, was the 2020 Tainted Election and the installation of the most corrupt. Incompetent President* in American history. Now we are seeing just how corrupt this maladministration is. The Maladministration, along with the Democrats and the Uniparty RINO’s are terrified that Donald Trump will win the 2024 election and return to office…with a vengeance. The Uniparty would rather have Joe Biden, senility, pedophilia and corruption then a return of the Greatest President of the 21st century.
