Good day all. By now, everyone knows, with the exceptions of the Mask Covidians, that paper masks are useless when it comes to stopping the spread of viruses. There had been studies down prior to the “Great Panicdemic of 2020” showing this, and more recently, a new peer reviewed study shows that masks actually make things worse. So, what is the Center for Disease Control pushing? More masks of course.
The CDC completely destroyed their credibility during the Covid-19 epidemic. They actively suppressed information, violated the constitutional rights of Americans and in many cases, flat out lied about where the Coronavirus came from.
Now we have another flu season with yet another virus coming in from China. This one doesn’t appear to have been modified into a bioweapon paid for by the NIH under Anthony Fauci. Still, like all flu’s and colds, you feel really miserable when you get it, then your recover. For a few cases, some people are more susceptible and end up hospitalized. In response to this annual event, the CDC is saying we should all start wearing masks again. Here are the details from the Post Millennial:
On Wednesday, December 6th, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Mandy Cohen announced the agency’s latest set of guidelines as Americans prepare themselves for the winter months and the increase in respiratory illnesses that this time of year brings.
She suggested that while there are no “new or unfamiliar” viruses going around, everyone should still consider masking up when necessary, staying up to date with their vaccinations, and washing their hands more frequently.
“In the United States [respiratory syncytial virus] is elevated, flu is continuing to increase in most of the country, and Covid is starting to increase again after being stable for the past few weeks,” Cohen began, noting that there has been an uptick in pneumonia cases as well, though nothing out of the ordinary.
So a normal cold and flu season then.
“To protect yourself and your family this holiday season, take the steps that we do every year,” Cohen said, saying that everyone should consider staying up to date with their vaccinations for Covid and flu, adding that anyone over 60 should consider getting inoculated against RSV as well.
She urged Americans to “use additional layers of protection like avoiding people who are sick, washing your hands, improving ventilation, and wearing a mask.”
As the American Hospital Association reports, the CDC updated its masking guidelines for healthcare facilities in May, recommending that universal mandates be implemented on a case-by-case basis.
Mask mandates are dead. You will see members of the Church of the Holy Mask Covidians, but they are slowly dropping in numbers. People no longer trust the CDC. As far as most people are concerned, they are a pack of power mad lying bureaucrats who are interested only money and power.
Senator Rand Paul has been digging into the whole Covid-19 mess and he has been tearing the CDC repeated new ones. However, since the Democrats control the Senate, he is limited in what he can do. What should be done? The CDC can not be reformed. It needs to be closed down and replaced. Anyone in any management position will need to be terminated from government employment. Any new department is going to have to be very limited in their authority. A few of the senior people, current and former, (Fauci), need to go to jail for a very long time. As for the masks? Mandy Cohen can shove them up where the sun doesn’t shin, sit on them and rotate.
