Good day all. Now that President Trump is President Elect and will be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, people are looking at the plans to round up and ship out the millions of illegal aliens that the Biden-Harris maladministration let into the country.
The usual suspects on the left are already trying to thwart the possibility of “Operation Wetback II.” Then we have another group that wants to stop President Trump from cleaning up the mess made by Biden and the Democrats. This is the Chamber of Communists Commerce. They are letting it be known to their minions on the Federal Reserve Board that they don’t want to lose their cheap labor. Here are the details from Newsmax:
Widespread deportation of foreign-born workers from the United States probably would disrupt some businesses, but the impact on inflation and the broad economy would depend on the details, Minneapolis Federal Reserve President Neel Kashkari said.
Oh, this guy again. I first heard about him right after the 2020 election and before it had all been made “official.” He was real big on tearing up the Constitution and instituting what amounted to martial law in the early days of the “Great Panicdemic.” He came back months later with an OpEd in the Star Tribune saying that every American needed to be locked up for 6 weeks to stop the Panicdemic. Well, he’s now starting to spew on illegal immigration and the jobs Americans won’t do or something.
Kashkari, appearing on the CBS program “Face the Nation” Sunday, offered his views on the economic impact of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s campaign promise to deport immigrants who are in the United States unlawfully.
“If you just assume people are working — either working in farms or working in factories — and those businesses now lose employees, that would probably cause some disruption,” Kashkari said.
“The implications are not entirely clear to me,” Kashkari added. “Ultimately it is going to be between the business community and Congress and the executive branch to figure out how they would adjust.”
This clown is a classic Deep State elitist. I don’t know if he is a member of the World Economic Forum, but it wouldn’t surprise me. That he’s still part of the Federal Government is a disgrace. I don’t know what his “Work Status” ism but I hope President Trump can fire his tyrannical ass.
Trump’s election last Tuesday to a second four-year term may pose new uncertainties for the U.S. central bank as it continues to consider interest rate cuts now that inflation is nearing the Fed’s 2% target. The Fed cut the benchmark rate a quarter of a percentage point last week to a range between 4.5% to 4.75%.
I have an idea. How about closing the Federal Reserve down? It’s not constitutional in the first place and they have helped cause every major recession and the Great Depression since they were created.
Along with an immigration crackdown, Trump has said he will impose broad tariffs on imported goods and seek tax cuts, which could increase federal deficits. How those policies impact inflation, Kashkari said, will depend on the details and on factors such as how other nations respond to U.S. tariffs.
If we also reduce the Income Tax rate, and get rid of the Capitol Gains tax, it could benefit the United States. Also, if countries trade fairly with the United States, then the tariffs would be lowered significantly. Considering some countries are flat out predatory, and rely on exports to the United States with little to no imports from the United States, we could see some clear benefits. Of course, for the TransNational Globalists, anything that interferes with their ideas of “Free Trade” are bad.
A tariff, a fee or tax charged as goods enter the country, may spark a one-time increase in prices but have no impact on long-run inflation, Kashkari said.
But “the challenge becomes if there is a tit for tat,” Kashkari said. “If it is one country imposing tariffs, and then responses, and it is escalating … we will have to wait and see what gets implemented and then how other countries might respond. Right now we are just all guessing.”
And as I just said, we have a full “It depends” thing here. Thanks to idiots like Kashkari, the United States is at a serious disadvantage when it comes to trade with some countries, and in more than a few cases, we simply have no access to their markets at all. (China) How can a country like that retaliate when everything is one way now?
Kash N Karry I mean Kashkari needs to be sent back to the Dreaded Private Sector and kept as far away as possible from any potential government authority as possible. He’s shown his complete contempt for civil rights and the sovereignty of the United States. If President Trump can fire this useless tool. He should do so asap.
