Good day all. I was perusing Faceplant when one of my favorite, bestest authors, Tom Kratman, posted something about how he was now ashamed that he attended Boston College. Why would such a Noted Author of such tomes as the Romanov Rescue say this?
It appears that a professor at his Alma Mater one Heather Cox Richardson, has suggested that President Dementia should declare war on the Republican Party. Here are the details from Fox News:
Liberal college professor Heather Cox Richardson suggested in an article published Tuesday that President Biden “declare war” on Republicans in an effort to combat what she claimed was the party’s move toward authoritarianism.
The GOP moving to authoritarianism? Projecting much, Comrade Academician Richardson? It’s your party, the Communazi party, formally the Democrat party that has been moving to full on totalitarianism. The Republicans have been trying to restore the liberties, rights and freedoms you and your ilk have been stripping away for your ideas of the “Collective Good.”
“The Atlantic” article, authored by contributor Molly Jong-Fast, argued that Biden was facing problems controlling the “narrative” around his presidency and needed “an enemy” to absorb American’s anger, which has been translating to his increasingly low approval rating.
I wonder, have these idiots considered that the reason that President Bumbles “Poopypants” Demenita is unpopular is that he is a pathological liar, corrupt, incompetent, likes to paw women of all ages, (especially under 12), and that he is rapidly turning the United States into a Turd World hell hole? Somehow, I don’t think so.
Jong-Fast cited Richardson’s claim that a focus on going after Republican “authoritarians threatening our democracy” would be like former President Abraham Lincoln going after southern slaveholders in the Civil War.
“To improve Biden’s popularity, earnest consultants might tell him to work on the fundamentals. But the fundamentals are actually good: The economy is getting better. Americans have both cash and jobs,” Jong-Fast wrote. “The disconnect between the facts and the polls suggests that Biden’s true problem is a narrative one. Specifically, he doesn’t have an enemy, a punching bag to absorb Americans’ anger (rational or irrational).”
“If Biden needs to unite voters, whom should he unite them against?” she added. “Boston College professor Heather Cox Richardson told me, ‘Biden could easily declare war on the authoritarians threatening our democracy, much the same as Abraham Lincoln did when he pulled northerners together to stand against the slaveholders.’ That is, he could spend more time trying to direct Americans’ attention to the threat posed by the Trump-directed Republican Party, which is consolidating power at the state level and turning against democracy in large numbers.”
That must be some really good Crack these two are smoking. I’ve been reading about Comrade Academician Heather Cox Richardson, and she’s supposed to be an expert on the American Civil War. She seems to have skipped class on the days they talked about Lincoln suspending Habeas corpus, or that freeing the slaves was actually low on the list of things Lincoln wanted.
Jong-Fast expressed her agreement with Richardson, placing blame on Republicans for igniting a further divide among Americans rather than potentially toward Biden for taking possible action.
“Now Biden needs to remind Americans of what he’s trying to achieve—rescuing democracy from the threat of authoritarianism, both at home and abroad—and ask them to enlist alongside him in that cause,” she wrote.
The Meat Puppet, Dementia Joe Biden, and his handlers, have absolutely no interest in Democracy, anymore then these two nitwits do. Of course, tripping out on Acid does tend really screw up your view of reality.
“Voters rallied behind Biden when he made that case on the campaign trail in 2020, and with the right messaging they would do so again today. Democrats are facing considerable headwinds. Fixing the narrative could mean saving democracy,” she added.
The voters did NOT “Rally behind Biden.” It may take years, but right now, the empirical evidence indicates that the Democrat Party blatantly stole the election. Arizona recently concluded a deep audit and some 50,000 ballots were handed to the Attorney General for further review. Dementia Joe “Won” the state by about 10K votes. I won’t bother going into the “Great Election Theft of 2020,” it’s being covered by others far better dialed in than I am.
These two ivory tower Tinkerbells are so ensconced in their bubbles that they simply can’t understand why people despise Joe Biden and the Democrats. It can be summed up rather easily. Gas and energy prices are skyrocketing as a direct response to the maladministration killing off major oil projects. The supply chain has been badly disrupted and they put a moron in charge of trying to fix things.
The southern border is gone and millions of people are flat out invading the United States. Thanks to the Communazi’s putting the printing presses into overdrive, we’re seeing inflation levels that haven’t occurred since Jimmah Cahtah was screwing up things. We also have the Biden Bug Out from Afghanistan and the hundreds of American citizens and thousands of legal resident aliens he flat out abandoned to the Taliban, along with $80+ billion dollars of arms and equipment.
All this happened in less than one year. We have three more years, and frankly, what these to dunderheads call “Democracy” is more akin to Fascism. They are just doing what Progressive Liberal Elitists always do. Project what they actually are on those they hate. What they are calling for is Authoritarian, and frankly, very scary.
I flipped out over to the actual Atlantic column, and it looks like Fox left a few little details out. Molly Jong-Fast states that the Greatest President of the 21st Century toyed with declaring martial Law, which he did not. This load of manure came from the treasonous General Milley, who called the Chinese Communist government and told them he would stop President Trump from launching an attack on them. (Trump is the least “Warmongering” president we’ve had in decades, possibly a century) The column is full of comments that the problem for President Bumbles Dementia is his “Messaging,
and that he needs to get more and better story tellers.
That’s the actual problem, although I don’t think either of these two stuttering thundercunts really understand this. Biden lies. He is not a serial liar, he is a pathological liar. He’s also stupid. This doesn’t even take into consideration his rapidly increasing mental decline. Whenever Poopypants Biden goes off script, his inner idiot comes out, usually with some racist remark or just plain gibberish. The problem isn’t “The Message,” the problem is the policies.
Obviously, these two lunkheads haven’t come out and stated that the maladministration should start a general roundup of Trump supporters, but it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if they have that in what passes for their minds. I seriously doubt either one of these moonbats has been paying any attention to the anger over Merrick “Heinrich Himmler” Garland’s sending out the FBI to intimidate parents who dare stand up to the Teachers unions and the school boards.
I can’t think of anything that will start an actual shooting civil war than rounding up parents and charging them with terrorism for speaking their minds. Somehow, I suspect that both Senior propagandist Molly Jong-Fast and Comrade Academician Heather Cox Richardson think that if ACW II actually did start, then the Federal Government “Blue Bellies” would once again prevail. The reality is very different, but then these to insist in rejecting reality and substituting their own Progressive Elitist version.
The Faceplant posting by Tom Kratman, along with the comments would, no doubt, cause these two to make a quick to the market for industrial strength Depends. The short version can be summed up as “Oh Really? Fine, Game ON!”
Since these two are so terrified that the Republican Party is now full of all those deplorable MAGA hat wearing Trump supporters, and that now they are taking control of local governments, I wonder what they would advise the maladministration to do come November 2022? That will be the midterm elections and currently, it looks like their party is going to get slaughtered at the polls.
Perhaps they would suggest that the Maladministration, in order to protect Democracy, should cancel the midterm elections, expel all the Republicans from Congress who support President Trump, and directly appoint their replacements, all of them good party members. I’m sure they would get support from Liz Cheney for one. I’m sure she would happily lick Biden’s butt clean to keep her seat.
