Good day all. Dementia Joe has always been in favor of anything that took away the rights of the people. Since his installation as the Fake president, he has worn out Obama’s loaned pen and phone with the generally unconstitutional or flat idiotic Executive orders his been issuing.
Recently, state governors have been ending all the panicdemic mandates that the Centers for Disease and Central Control have been issuing. In other cases, people have been going to court to shut down the CDC’s illegal actions, such as blocking landlords from evicting deadbeat tenants.
One of the big orders the CDC has been pushing is forcing everyone to wear masks. People have had it with this and are refusing. Generally, Republican governors have been listening to the voters and ending the hated, (and quite useless), mask mandates. (If you want to wear a face diaper, no one will stop you) Now President Dementia wants to increase his power by ordering everyone, starting with school children to wear masks. Here are some of the details from the New York Post:
President Biden said Tuesday that his administration is examining whether he can order universal masking in public schools, overriding Republican governors in states like Florida and Texas.
“I don’t believe that I do [have that power], thus far,” Biden told reporters during an event in the East Room of the White House. “We’re checking that.”
No, tapioca for brains, you don’t have that power. The fact that you think you can order it shows just how far gone you, and the Communazi party are when it comes to individual rights, freedoms and personal responsibility. The mandates have nothing to do with health, but with absolute control. This is why the Republican governors have decided to push back against Washington and the CDC.
Last month, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended masking for all students, faculty, staff and visitors in K-12 schools due to the spread of the Delta variant.
However, Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis has dismissed the CDC recommendation. After initially banning school districts from imposing mask mandates and suggesting funding cuts for those that do require masking, the governor suggested Monday that the state could “move to withhold the salary” of local officials who make face coverings mandatory.
The local governments are all controlled by the Communazi Party, and they are following the orders of the Central Committee. What the parents want isn’t even entering the discussion.
DeSantis has insisted that parents should get the final say on whether their kids wear masks in schools, not government or public health officials.
Which is the way it should be. The simple fact of the matter is, the masks don’t do anything to protect the wearer from disease. However, they are quite good at interfering with your ability to breath, and since children are generally running around like… little children, they are burning huge amounts of Oxygen. The problem is, the masks interfere with the intake of Oxygen and the outflow of Carbon Dioxide. Basically, kids, (And adults), are breathing bad air.
Biden did not mention DeSantis by name Tuesday, but described his actions as “disingenuous.”
“When I suggest that people, in zones where there is a high risk, wear the masks like you all are doing, I’m told that government should get out of the way and not do that, they don’t have the authority to do that,” he mused aloud to reporters. “And I find it interesting that some of the very people who are saying that, who hold government positions, are people who are threatening that if a school teacher asks a student if they’ve been vaccinated, or if a principal says that ‘everyone in my school should wear a mask,’ or the school board votes for it, that governor will nullify that.
“That governor has the authority to say you can’t do that,” Biden added. “I find that totally counter-intuitive and quite frankly, disingenuous.”
President Dementia once again shows that he has no idea how the United States operates as a Constitutional Republic. This third rate party hack, who was installed by the Deep State, has a long history of pushing for central soviet style control and ignoring little things like the 10th Amendment. (Actually, he probably has never read the Constitution, the Bill of Rights or the Amendments)
We have been seeing, all around the country, just how little the local governments, generally the school boards, care about what the parents want for their children. Some have sued parents, others have threatened them with arrest. Things are coming to a head between parents, the “Educational Professionals,” the School boards and the Teachers Unions. Dementia Joe and his handlers simply aren’t listening to what the people actually want.
The war of words between DeSantis and the White House over mask and vaccine mandates has simmered for more than a week, with Biden telling recalcitrant governors to “get out of the way of the people who are trying to do the right thing” and DeSantis accusing the administration of trying to implement a “biomedical security state.”
President Dementia is a dictator and he has been acting since day one of his maladministration outside the Constitution. He’s had the help of San Fran Nan Pelosi and UpChuck Schumer in ramming through laws that fly in the face of the Constitution. (The Republicans have been able to stop many of them, but far to many of them are TransRepublicans, quite willing o give the Communazis whatever they want) Even when the courts rule against Dementia Joe, he just ignores them.
Adverse legal advice has not necessarily been an obstacle to the president. Last week, Biden allowed the CDC to implement a new 60-day eviction moratorium in much of the US despite admitting to reporters it was “not likely to pass constitutional muster.”
As I understand it, it had already been found unconstitutional. (It’s a “Taking” under the 5th Amendment, another section that Dementia Joe has never read)
Meanwhile, former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield said Monday that his former agency must base their guidance on masking children in school on data and not on their opinion.
“There’s a variety of negative public health consequences that happened as a consequence of doing virtual learning. I think it’s imperative that we get the kids back to face-to-face learning and do all we can to keep them there,” Redfield told Fox News, adding: “There’s very few studies that really are compelling [to support masking] in that setting of the classroom.”
“These are critical questions,” Redfield told Fox host Martha MacCallum elsewhere in the interview. “Is routine screening twice a week in a school, is that the way to limit intraschool transmission? Is it wearing masks or not wearing masks? I’m of the point of view this has to be locally decided as opposed to a general mandate, particularly in the absence of data.
I looked up Dr. Redfield. He was appointed by the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, and stepped down when the Worst President in American History took office. He sounds like he’s actually been looking at the studies that show the Wuhan Flu just doesn’t affect children all that much, and that the studies, (Currently being suppressed), on the effectiveness of masks, especially for children aren’t showing what the CDC claims. As for testing twice a week? What is the point, other then making sure that labs and techs are making piles of money and getting more jobs.
We are rapidly approaching the “Break point.” People are saying enough is enough. They’ve seen just how wrong the CDC has been about everything, and how they keep changing their “recommendations” when it looks like people are starting to regain control of their lives.
One thing I do expect is a lot more parents are going to be looking at who runs for the local school boards and making sure it’s people who actually represent them, (The Parents), and not the Unions or the “Educational Professionals.” We’re already seeing teachers attending these meetings and publicly resigning rather then continue teaching the propaganda pushed on them by the Progressives, Liberals and Communazis. As for the mask mandates in schools? President Dementia can issue all the orders he wants, but the schools are under state control, not federal.
